A nice little place for two couples! We were in town for Spring Training and this place worked out perfectly. Close to some restaurants, a brewery, and all the other amenities you’d need.

Great location on the west side of the valley. We spent the weekend here for Dodger spring training games, great to be close to the stadium, no fighting the Phoenix traffic. House has a nice corner lot with a view out back. Lovely to sit out and watch the sunset. Bbq worked great but we did not use the pool. Water was too cold. Didn’t figure out the fire pit. 5 adults so we had to share beds.. the top bunk bed is really only useful for a small agile kid, it’s a bit rickety. Firm beds, super comfy cozy bedding. Open living space to hang, we loved the couch, that’s the best couch ever! Everyone got their own spot, drink holder and feet up and loved the massive TV. Cute little game room for kids. Nice quiet family neighborhood. We had an issue with working the A/C..Jacob was quick to respond when we reached out for help. Thank you, we really enjoyed the house.

Perfect for a multi-Family trip! Even bigger yard than the pictures give it credit, lots of kids toys/activities, and great seating and amenities for parents too!

Was great. Road noise in master bedroom was a little loud for us, but we are not city people and are used to no traffic in our rural area so i am sure that is all it was . Everything else was GREAT

This is a great value stay in Phoenix in a central and practical location. The house has plenty of room, amenities and everything you need for a short stay. The host is super helpful making sure everything is perfect and provides info and answers questions on the area. Highly recommend would book again.

Melissa went above and beyond in preparation for our trip! She went and got a steamer for us and everything! The house was beautiful, very well taken care of and Melissa was easy to communicate with!!

I highly recommend staying here. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. We loved having 3 bathrooms and different spaces to hang out in. The pool was warm, clean, and was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Great location! Quiet neighborhood with two grocery stores and some restaurants about a mile away and there are 16 pickleball courts 5 minutes away. The highway is easy to get to if you want to take some side trips and the airport is about 20 min away. I would definitely stay here again.

Jewlz was super communicative, reaching out before we traveled and making sure we knew how to access the condo. The description of the property was accurate. The condo was comfortable, had everything we needed, and there were lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Great host, property and experience. Highly recommended.

Nice place and real close to everything we needed to be near. I would stay there again if I am back in town and in need of a place to stay.

The condo was clean, appliances were new and it was a better experience than staying in a hotel.

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

We had a great stay here! We came for NASCAR weekend and the location was perfect for the race! Took us a few spins around the place to find the unit but we were a bit tired from travel all morning. The place was big, spotless and had everything you need. The bathroom was huge! I would recommend if you are cooking to buy some oil/salt/pepper as there was none available but not a big deal! 10/10 !

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

Anthony's place was fabulous. All that was described was delivered and more. His place was so inviting, comfortable and clean. We were there for Spring Training and the location was perfect. Only 15 - 20 minutes to the ballparks. Lots of shops and restaurants near by and Anthony even helped with restaurant suggestions. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Jessica’s condo was restful and relaxing. Perfect for recovering from treatments at Mayo. Close to Walgreens and several grocery stores and many restaurants. We were comfortable with our dogs and had great places to walk them with trails by the golf course. We would stay again

Mirlene was an amazing host, always answering my texts no matter how dumb, gave suggestions on where to go. She even checked in with me to ask how my trip and concerts went. I would definitely rent from her again.

Amazing place to stay. Very large space and amazing kitchen. Sheets and beds were luxury. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby places.

Everything is top notch at the Villa! Great yard, pool and hot hot tub! Beautifully equipped kitchen! Every bed was very comfortable with lovely linens! TVs were awesome and easy to use! Extra touches everywhere! Such a kind and attentive owner! Every want and need was there and taken care of! Thanks Lestia! Can’t wait to return!

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!

Great place, very spacious for 10 guests!!

Stayed in this AirBnb for a bachelor party of 13 guys. Everyone had an amazing time, tons to do on the property, very close to all the bars, restaurants, and stores, and the house is extremely accommodating to large parties. We personally dealt with Karl who was outstanding, super responsive, and very helpful to us! Overall it was an amazing experience and I would 100% book this place again!

Remodeled to the nines. They really did a great job setting this place up for comfort and functionality with friendsand family. Beautifully done.
