Beautiful home in a great location. My crew had an amazing stay, and everyone had nothing but good things to say. Mathew was very quick to respond with any questions I had, and went out of his way to make us comfortable during our stay. We had to extend out trip by one night and Mathew made the process so easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

Jerry's place was a fantastic getaway for spring training baseball with the family. The place is an easy walk to the Goodyear facility. Jerry is super responsive, provides great instructions, and has the place tailored to the guests. The place was clean and peaceful, providing plenty of entertainment options. Plenty of quality options of food in the area, dine-in or out. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for a multi-Family trip! Even bigger yard than the pictures give it credit, lots of kids toys/activities, and great seating and amenities for parents too!

Location was great. We were down for a baseball tournament at multiple fields and for spring training games and the house was about 20min from everywhere. Host was very responsive we needed supplies and he got it sent right to the house. The place had lots of space great for two Families to share.

My friends and I needed a place to stay while visiting our friends in Arizona for spring break! Its not a huge place but it was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our short stay! I would stay here again if I come back to the phoenix area.

Artur and Joanna have set up a space that is smartly put together while showing that they anticipated the needs of guests. See, they know that Phoenix is really bad in the streetlight category. So, they shed a lot of light on their address sign. The sign is also very big and predominantly placed. The place is functionally designed, and they keep it very clean. We liked hanging out in the comfortable patio area that has plenty of shade. The landscaping and varieties of cacti is really neat. Their guidebook is on point! We went to The Vig and Dick’s Hideaway. The Vig has great food with a relaxed vibe, and it has shaded outdoor seating. Dick’s Hideaway is close, and it really lives up to its name. It is to the right of Luci’s, and the door to DH is under the “Additional Parking in the Rear” sign. Let me tell you, it is worth hunting. The food is hearty and delicious. Vibes are top-notch and the beer list is choice. All of this proves that Artur and Joanna care about their guests.

Perfect amount of space for a family with 2 teenagers. We came here to decompress after hiking for several days in Sedona, and the quiet and private neighborhood was great! Although not walkable to downtown or attractions, it was very central to access museums, the zoo, and the airport.

I absolutely love the place . It was clean and quiet…and her response to us was prompt every time. I would stay there again

Alex’s spot was good for us. It was central to where we needed to go in Phoenix. He was a very responsive host and he went out of his way to make us comfortable.

Awesome stay! Thomasina was incredibly responsive and gave us great recommendations to eat around town. We had a later flight so we were able to have a later check out time which was great!! We will definitely be coming back!!

This was a great place to stay during our short trip to Phoenix! We enjoyed having easy parking, a pool and games area, and a clean and organized place to stay.

Came to Phoenix for a golf tournament at Papago GC and this was a great location. It was easy to get to tons of restaurants, but yet very quite once we were in for the evening. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We only cooked breakfast there, but everything we needed was available. We could have used a few more towels because there were three of us, but I failed to ask ahead of time. I am sure if we'd made the request they would have been happy to provide them. There was a parking spot for our unit that was clearly marked and the parking area and entrance to the four units was clean and very safe as well. I did contact John on the day we departed about the reusable water bottles we had accidentally left in the refrigerator. He responded immediately and offered to leave them in a locked storage unit to pick up after the golf tournament ended. I would definitely stay here again.

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

This place worked perfect for what we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed our time here and recommend it if you are staying in this area.

The place looked better than I expected. I did have difficulties finding the unit. (Make sure you add the unit number to the GPS) However, Marcus gave us his personal number and stayed on the phone until we got into the unit. Overall, very clean place. There were a few spots in the bathroom that needed to be touched up but we did it with no problems and Marcus apologized. Anything we needed at the unit, he had available. Very cute location. The beds were COMFORTABLE!!! Would stay again!

We stayed over our spring break and could not have picked a better location. Right across from Hole in the Rock, Papago Park, 15 minutes to Scottsdale, Camelback Mt, right by ASU, easy to get to gas stations, Target, groceries, and to/from airport was a breeze! Highly recommend. We would stay here again. Pool and pool area was great, friendly people, very nice amenities. Don was very responsive and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thanks for a great week.

We were in town for Spring Training and this place was perfect. It was super clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great little neighborhood. It had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again if we are in town. I highly recommend.

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
