Wooow, I thank God I found her place. She's Soo kind I tell you.. the place is extremely safe and clean.. it's closer to the beach and the views are breathtaking... we are definitely going back.. I found a home in Durban... since we were busy with my nephew's and nieces university residents... she gave us one free night .. please book and you will not regret.... Her communication skills are top tier and very understanding.. thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I booked for my extended family who are all senior citizens. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay and having direct walk-in access made it very easy for them. Bruce was very responsive and assisted with my additional requests, which was highly appreciated. Hope to be staying there myself the next time I book.

Great place to tour Durban away from the crowds

The apartment was so comfortable, had absolutely everything we needed. It was neat and very clean, felt very homely too. The location was gorgeous, sea views for miles, complex was very quiet and clean. The pool in the complex was stunning, cleaned every morning and the temperature of the water was awesome, even I swam :) Thank you, Rika, for allowing us to stay in your apartment. We had an absolutely wonderful holiday

Excellent holiday home. We enjoyed the pool. There is a nice bar area by the pool so we could braai and relax. The place was spacious and very comfy. The house was clean, and when we had queries Belinda was readily available to assist. The mall is a 5 minute walk away. The area is quiet. I would definitely go back. Belinda was welcoming and friendly.

We really enjoyed the staying here as this was our second time booking this house. I will definitely stay here again when I visit KZN.

Lovely place on North Beach rd. In Umdloti, one of the only single residents left close to all amenities on North Beach rd. Close to the beach, nice for a group, nice veranda/deck to braai. Clean and has all you would need.

Susan and her Husband are very accommodative. They wanted to make sure i had a comfortable stay even switching on the TV for me 😅. I cant wait to go back.

My stay at Lulu’s Guest House was truly delightful. Her son went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor. Traveling with my ailing father, I deeply appreciated the compassion and flexibility they extended to accommodate his needs. The genuine care and attention provided made our experience exceptionally comfortable and memorable.

Shivek's place is exactly as described in the listing. Great location!! All the very best restaurants that Umhlanga has to offer is right on your doorstep. (Literally out the door, down the lifts to the ground floor and you are right there on the Umhlanga strip). Supermarket and liquor store also on the ground floor for seamless shopping and stocking up. Bedrooms are comfortable with clean white linen. Shower is piping hot. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils and amenities. Nespresso coffee machine is a huge plus. Shivek always leaves a basket of treats on the counter for guests to enjoy. Fruit, cookies, chocolate and crisps. Plus coffee pods for the coffee machine. Nice touch and will make me come back again.

Bronwyn met me at check in time. Gave good instructions. The few times I had questions (e.g. regarding the AC and the loadshedding instructions) she responded quickly and addressed the issue.

My sister and myself had a wonderful time, the view was spectacular every day, you could hear the ocean the whole time. Apartment was beautiful and our hosts friendly, available when needed and helpfull.

I had the pleasure of staying in this stunning apartment on the quieter side of Umhlanga, which exceeded all my expectations! The apartment is beautifully decorated, cosy, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. But what made my stay special was the hospitality from Jono and Cathy - they surprised me with a lovely bottle red of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! The pool area was fantastic, and the entire complex was ideally suited for those seeking a peaceful, private retreat. The location is also super convenient, with a delicious café downstairs serving the best Chai latte, and a Checkers grocery store just steps away. If I have one regret, it's that I didn't make it to the nearby casino - but that's definitely on my agenda for next time! Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a serene and comfortable stay in Umhlanga. Thank you, Jono and Cathy, for an unforgettable experience!

We cannot recommend Jessica’s Airbnb enough and will look to stay there again the next time that we are in Durban. It is located directly on the promenade and a short walk from all of the key Umhlanga spots, in addition to being clean and well-decorated. Jessica herself was a great and responsive host.

Paola is an incredible host who makes herself available to help with any queries. The location is great and there are many options for food and entertainment nearby. Would definitely recommend this AirBnB for people looking for a convenient stay.
