This is our second time staying in this apartment. You can read our original review from February of this year for more details, but to reiterate, the location is great, both in terms of the nearby neighbourhoods and the pleasant walking along this stretch of Gabon Street. The apartment is very comfortable, but the real reason we came back is because of our host, Hiwot. She may very well be the kindest and most responsive host on Airbnb. Thank you again, Hiwot.

Kedir is for sure a Superhost and by far the best host you can ever have !! Kedir and his lovely family welcomed me with great kindness and constant care. The room is in immaculate condition as the common areas and what an amazing view: the apartment is located in the middle of Addis Abeba bank skyscrapers. I strongly recommend Kedir as a host for you stay in Addis.

I have already written a review of my first week on Bamlak's Airbnb. Whatever I said in that review stands and applies to my stay from December 19 to January 5, 2024.

Do I have the story to tell about this place, just wow 🤩. Honestly, the pictures doesn’t even do it justice. The place looks even better in person than the photos. Very spacious, clean linens. Beautiful furnature, the kitchen looks better than mines at home. Hot water in both the bathrooms (we used both), the floors were very clean, all the doors closed and locked just fine, the security in the building were very helpful and they even will bring up your bags for you. The area is super safe and we felt safer with the security (even having uniform) being there 24/7. Washing clothes was very easy AND was free. Hiwot even got me a portable wifi to take around because I had ZERO internet when I arrived. She is very attentive, always responded, even referred me to some places. Honestly I want to stay longer. But because Hiwots place was so comfortable and she was so friendly, I will come back again in October and I even invited my mother to come with me. I recommend this place to anyone.

If you have lived in Ethiopia previously this place is great and have all the basic needs. Great location in the center of the city. Kitchen needs larger cook area.. maybe an L shape counter would have given more space.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable! The location is very convenient, near shops and supermarkets. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities. Yeshewaget was very helpful and friendly, she's a super host. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Our week in Addis Abeba was made unforgettable thanks to this perfect apartment. Situated on the 6th floor, the apartment offered a breathtaking view that amazed us anew each morning. The bright, spacious ambiance made it the perfect retreat for the two of us, with the large living room and the comfy sofa. The kitchen was not just large, but also equipped with everything needed for daily life - a dream for anyone who loves to cook, like us. The bedroom was a quiet oasis for relaxation, complemented by an en suite bathroom that added to our comfort. Furthermore the communication with Ahlam was seamless, and she proved to be a wonderfully attentive host. This apartment was the perfect base for exploring Addis Abeba, while also providing a cozy place to which we loved returning. We highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again on our next visit.
