We loved our stay. Pierre was so attentive and the place was immaculate. Plus the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

Abbiamo passato un bel fine settimana in occasione della gara Strade Bianche. L'alloggio si trova in pieno centro, a due passi da Piazza del Campo. Spazi puliti e ben tenuti... unica pecca l'insonorizzazione migliorabile. Super consigliato comunque

This place is like something out of a movie! It's so beautiful and relaxing, it's much more than just a place to stay. The unique history and charm of this home is amazing. This is my 2nd stay and when I travel back to Italy in the future, I hope to stay there again. Thank you Bice and Anna for your wonderful hospitality and for sharing your place with visitors!

Veronica et Claudio ont été très sympathique. Ils nous ont donné de nombreuses informations pratiques et suggestions à proximité. La chambre est confortable, d’une belle taille et très propre avec des petits plus très apprécié (café, thé, …). Une bonne adresse qui plus est à deux minutes de la gare

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung in einer traumhaften Lage. Die Küche ist nicht wirkllich zum ausgiebigen kochen geeignet, was uns aber nicht störte. Alessio war antwortete immer schnell und war sehr freundlich. Die Anlage war insgesamt wunderschön und total ruhig. Das Frühstück im Restaurant war gut, Wurst, Müsli, Käse, Obst, Kuchen usw Mit dem Abendessen dort, waren wir weniger zufrieden.

Dette B&B er en skjult perle. Elegant og stilfullt, rent og godt utstyrt. Barbara og hennes ektefelle sørget for utsøkt frokost, der mye var hjemmelaget. Begge var utrolig trivelige og imøtekommende. Beliggenheten er god, like ved havnen, så det er kun en kort spasertur til stranda og «gamlebyen» med sine mange restauranter og små butikker. Anbefales!

Piękne widoki, które powodują że już nie chcesz się ruszać z tego miejsca. Super usytuowane,z każdej strony piękny krajobraz. Basen czysty i zadbany. Dużo miejsca do spacerów, bezpiecznie dla dzieci które samodzielnie biegały po posesji. Wzniesienia przyjemne co umożliwia łatwiejszą jazdę na rowerze. Mieszkanie czyste, z pełnym kuchennym wyposażeniem i za to duży plus. Świetny kontakt z właścicielką, była bardzo pomocna, odpowiadała bardzo szybko na wszelkie wątpliwości jeśli się pojawiły, wyjaśniała od razu. Polecam miejsce! Sama na pewno tam wrócę :)

Our stay here was just what we needed. This is an incredibly special place. It was beautiful beyond what the photos show peaceful and private. We felt cared for by all the staff. The family who owns this are wonderful people. We were also grateful to have George to drive us where we needed to go. Highly recommend staying here. You will be so glad you did!

A wonderful villa and even more wonderful host. Christine is reminiscent of the original days of Airbnb where you got the experience of a wonderful host and not just a hotel room. From the start, she has been responsive, helpful, and incredibly kind. The villa has several activities (cooking classes, private dinners, etc) and Christine goes out of her way to help you plan your stay (even being honest with her recommendations). She even drove us to one of the wineries herself and made sure we had accommodations back (in addition to booking us taxis and bus tickets for other excursions). In addition to the fabulousness of Christine, the room was absolutely wonderful. Large shower, bathroom, room, bed - everything was so large and spacious but also homey. The rest of the villa is large, with lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Great restaurant answers and great beautiful walks. The views are phenomenal. I felt like I had my own private Tuscan getaway. A home away from home! Thank you!

I'd give this place a million stars if I could. The room and bathroom were huge, views from every single window were incredible, and the property itself is just magical. The bed and the pillows were super comfortable. There's a gorgeous natural pool that I would've loved to use but it was too cold. There's a daily changing multi-course dinner menu cooked by a chef on site for evenings we didn't feel like going out to eat. The staff was harvesting olives from their trees when we were checking out. They let us participate and shared their process with us. I loved taking home a bottle of olive oil and other products they make with produce grown directly on the property. I spent three weeks traveling throughout Italy, staying a multiple places, and this was my favorite place by far. Thank you to Lorenzo and family for such an incredible stay!

Beautiful “farm stay” style accommodation in Tuscany. It was very cosy and they made you feel right at home. We particularly loved the cooking class and onsite restaurant. Special mention to the staff and the three cute cats. We will be back!

Our experience staying at Castello di San Fabiano was a highlight of our trip! The castle and grounds are beautiful and homey, just like the photos. It is truely an experience to stay at a castle that is over 400 years old. Giovanni and his family were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He and his family know the area very well, and their recommendations especially helped us get the most out of our time in Tuscany. The breakfasts were also delicious and included some local produce (including some from the property) and visits from the family’s cute dogs! We would plan to come back to Tuscany partly just for this special place :)

Très agréablement surpris, le logement était propre et très pratique. Le jardin n'est pas privé mais la manière dont c'est conçu fait penser que l'on est seul. Pas de vis à vis, petite cuisine fonctionnelle. Je recommande !

Le plus beau de nos hébergements pendant 10 jours en Italie ! Cuisine et salle à manger partagée pour les invités (une chambre double en plus de cet hébergement). Suite très grande pour une famille de 4 (qui occupe un étage entier). Le cadre intérieur de cette grande et belle maison comme le cadre extérieur naturel sont exceptionnels ! Calme absolu. Et Stefano est très sympathique. Attention l'accès se fait par une route escarpée et étroite, en double sens, assez longue donc privilégiez une arrivée de jour si vous n'êtes pas à l'aise avec cette conduite !

Maria Livia si è mostrata da subito gentile e disponibile e non ha esitato a venirci incontro in caso di necessità. Il locale ha superato le nostre aspettative, essendo molto più spazioso di quello che pensavamo, con spazi puliti e ordinati. Se ripasseremo in zona sicuramente torneremo qui!

sono stato molto contento dell'accoglienza di Florentia. L'ambiente è davvero delizioso. Non manca nulla. La bottiglia di chianti è stata apprezzatissima come benvenuto. Consigliatissimo.
