Nicole's property met all of my needs. She even has a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The first Air BNB I have rented that has a full-size refrigerator/freezer! I plan to rent an Air BNB two more times over the next 2 months. I will be renting Nicole's property!!!!

Everything was perfect and worked as it should. The propain was low, Ryan called and they came out within the hour and filled it. Very pleased with the host.

Well Located spacious house. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Pet friendly.

The inside of the home was spacious and clean, the outside has a huge fenced in yard that has access to the lake. Just a few minutes from the main street but in a quiet location.

We had a little trouble getting in but Fran called and provided a way to get into the house. This is my 3rd stay here, and this is the only time had a slight hiccup that was resolved easily and quickly. The house is always well stocked, clean, and peaceful. My dogs enjoyed the backyard deck to sit on and watch the world go by. The lake is an easy drive away and lovely to drive around anytime you venture into town. I would recommend this Host and residents for anyone for a weekend getaway.

Torrie's place was perfect for our 3-day stay. Check-in was a breeze, and Torrie communicated with us in advance of our stay. The house was beautiful and welcoming, with comfortable furniture and beds. The bathrooms were clean and the shower was great. The backyard has an amazing view of the lake, and was a great place for our pup to explore. Overall, a great experience with a great host. Looking forward to our next stay!

The perfect stay for my family and dogs! The fence was comforting as we felt safe to let our dogs out, and the house was very well taken care of. It was clean and had every amenity the listing showed and then some! I will be staying here again in the future! 10/10

I did have just a little trouble finding the house on the map app using the Lakeaire Dr address. And we did have the AC freeze up on us but Kendra responded within a short time. Wonderful place to stay. Roomy, clean, campsite, large patio to sit and visit, wifi, 3 tv’s, and more. You will like this one!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at your property! The hosts were friendly and easy to work with (thank you again for the early check-in accommodation)! Absolutely loved the location of the house, within walking distance of EVERYTHING in Carlton Landing, and the little fenced in backyard area was perfect since we had our pup with us! The house had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy a couple nights away from home…we will definitely be back! Thank you again for giving us a wonderful place to make memories!!

what an amazing experience my family & I had at mark’s Carlton Landing home. so much room - extra beds and next level bunk beds in one of the bedrooms - 2 or 3 families could easily stay here. mark was beyond communicative if I had a dumb question / just overall friggin fantastic experience. If you are deciding btwn 2 homes at Carlton Landing - use this review as the tie breaker. Great stuff and thanks again mark!

Home was beautiful. Host was very responsive and provided important details that made our stay easy.. Beds were comfortable and lots of extra towels and blankets. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. All spaces were comfortable and inviting. We played pickle ball with provided paddles, played cards and games, walked to the coffee shop and pizza place. Plenty to do for a weekend in the winter. We will have to try again in the summer when the weather is better for swimming, etc.

We had a great stay at Jeremy's house. It was just as described. It's worth noting that the area of Carlton Landing where this house is located is still very much under construction and there was a fair amount of construction noise and gravel/dirt (roads haven't been paved yet near the house). That said, it's a very nice home. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Grace’s! The home was beautifully decorated and cozy. We had everything we needed. Grace checked in several times before our arrival and answered all my questions promptly. The area was cute and lots to do for the kids. We would love to go back sometime.

The perfect lakeside getaway.

The cabin was very cute! I appreciated the view of the river from the inside of the cabin and the ease of accessing the river on the outside. I was concerned about not feeling secluded once we got there due to surroundings however once we checked in I felt like we were secluded and enjoyed the escape from the world. We had a cute basset hound visit every morning but we didn’t mind I hear it’s a routine for the puppy to visit everyone on the bank of the river. We met an awesome neighbor who lives up a few cabins. He makes his own stink bait and was so very welcoming. Willie was his name and I want to come back to visit just to morning fish with him! The cabin was a cute and relaxing spot. We will be back, I hope!

We stayed here for about a month and load every bit of it. It’s a great location and a cool spot next to the lake highly recommend families and those who want to enjoy the lake to stay here.

The place was beautiful, located right on the lake. Jim & Cody were both very helpful and answered any questions I had. Amazing hosts and amazing scenery. The master bed was very comfortable and the tv in room was an added bonus. Will be staying again in the future.

The house was an incredibly great place for the price! It is literally RIGHT on the water and we enjoyed our time sitting out on the porches. Speaking of porches, we very much appreciated that they were clean of spiderwebs and bugs when we arrived (a lot of homes don't pay attention to that detail.) We had a house full but everyone was comfortable and with the extra living room/bedroom downstairs, no one felt crowded. The house is full of extra amenities, inside and out; the kitchen is stocked full. There was extra of anything you needed! It was 10 minutes from downtown Eufala and marinas. Would definitely stay here again.
