Both Megan and Scott were great host. Always responsive to questions and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was fabulous and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We had a big storm come through but with the safe room and generator - it’s was no problem. We appreciate having a place like this to feel at home while visiting my son in college. Thank you x100 Megan and Scott for your hospitality!!!!!

After our trip to Asheville, NC was cancelled due to the hurricane, we were looking for a nice quiet place with beautiful views to spend a few days. Kylie’s guest home was exactly what we were hoping for. It was so quiet and peaceful sitting on the back patio looking at the lake…and the sunrises coming over the hill were spectacular. The home is in beautiful condition , tastefully decorated and super clean ( which is saying a lot, because we are picky when it comes to clean). Kylie thought of every detail when supplying the home…so many extras that you don’t get in many rentals. If anyone is looking for relaxation, peace and quiet and stunning views, I couldn’t recommend a better place.

The home is bigger than it looks in the photos. Huge dinner table easily fit our group of 10. Host was excellent and responded quickly. Nobody in our group had a single bad thing to say about this property or host!

The house was in a great location! It was very darling, our kids loved all the little elements like the reading nook and especially the bunk beds. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season which we wish had been made clear in the listing as the only other pool open over spring break was at max capacity.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of small kids plus grandparents wanting a separate space! Our hosts could not have been better- well stocked kitchen, amenities, and always responsive to us. I truly felt like a guest in their home❤️ We created wonderful family memories in this home. The heated pool and backyard grill was a plus! I honestly cannot say anything negative about our experience. We will be back to book this amazing home!❤️

Amazing house and location! We would definitely visit again!

Our group stayed for a reading retreat and it was the perfect spot! Beautiful and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We stayed on a particularly cold weekend and had to cut our stay short due to the pipes freezing but Lindsay responded quickly and gave us the option to move to another location. She was very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again!

Andrew’s place was very well decorated and styled. He was very responsive to any questions we had. It was our first time to Carlton Landing and it was all that we had hoped it would be, and Andrew’s place had a lot to do with it! We will definitely be back!
