Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Very spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were large and beds super comfortable! Short drive to reach Silver Dollar City if included in your plans. A bit further to reach Branson but we actually preferred the quieter surroundings staying in Kimberling City! Jacqui was a wonderful host always responsive and provided detailed instructions. Great experience overall.

I couldn’t have wished for a better host or location, The Nest was truly beautiful and Jim Viola is the kindest most attentive and caring host I have ever seen. If I could rate this location and him as a host the amount of start I see fit, I’d say 100. I will absolutely be back to The Nest and I’ll be bringing my father with me to witness the beauty. I would never stay in any other place in Eureka Springs, I felt right at home and so much love all 3 nights and 4 days myself and my family stayed. WE LOVE YOU JIM!

The house was perfect. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It is on a corner just a few blocks from downtown, great food, various shops, Crystal Bridges, and biking trails. The hosts were great. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their places. The house is very spacious and with the big windows, there is lots of sunlight during the day. She has a place to store bikes in the fenced in backyard, and a bike washing station in the front. I would highly recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and spacious and the kitchen was stocked with several basic things that were very helpful in making in functional. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly stay there again.

A must stay at a beautiful and cute cabin

We had a great time ! The house is beautiful and well situated! There are places to go hiking next to the house and at the same time you are 5 minutes from the university and the city! We will definitely go back!

From the moment we arrived, Mark and Rita treated us like family. The home was beautiful and the lake view was gorgeous. We enjoyed.sitting by the water, relaxing in the hot tub and having coffee in a beautiful space that brings the outdoors in. Everything you could want is right there. Thank you Mark and Rita for the delicious breakfast and your company. It was a highlight of the trip. We enjoyed hiking in the area as well as Roaring River state park. Thank you Rita for the suggestion! Get ready for some beautiful sights! We will be back for sure!

The host was fantastic! Super responsive and patient. I had so many questions and the host answered every single one. The home is also nice and spacious.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay, we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a perfect place for me to stay while my husband was working. There was plenty of room, our daughter and her friend who attend U of A came over for dinner and we had so much fun with the pool table and sitting outside. It was wonderful!

This was our third time staying here. The location is fantastic and the house is adorable. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious! Highly recommend! Tracy and Stephanie are great hosts.

Awesome place to stay with my dog and girlfriend. Only 20 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs! Good walking trails and a nice pond with fish in it right next to our cabin. Will be returning some day!

This is a nice cabin. Hosts are very responsive. Everything is clean and in good condition. Nice decor and many small touches make it very comfortable.

We loved this place and how close it was to the trails! It was so nice to be so close where the kids could just jump on their bikes and go. The yard was nice for our small dog to run around and not have to take her out on a leash. We loved it and would stay again!

Bob’s place was private, cozy, and pretty. We were warm with the wooden stove in the coldness is November. I appreciated the tiny bath house; the stained glass window was especially pretty. My partner and I warmed dinner over the smoker, and enjoyed talking at the kitchen table without the constant nagging of phones. I also enjoyed walking through the creek; there were cool bluff areas to view. I came back home feeling refreshed. There are good vibes at this place!

Beautiful view, awesome space to be comfortable

Our group of 8 was very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and private back yard. We enjoyed cooking some meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our food. Excellent way to bring our family together from several states!

Wonderful area, quiet, and beautiful view — we saw deer in the front yard a couple times! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable!

Very welcoming & comfortable place, very clean and awesome location! Can bike or walk to downtown very easily. Tons of bike trails and fun activities in Bentonville. Stephanie was easy to get in touch with the entire stay. Our family enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again soon, thanks for making our trip an awesome one!

Everything is exactly what it appears to be in the photos. The host was very informative and was available to communicate. I would definitely recommend this place. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay and can see ourselves booking in the near future.

It was a little hard to clean the dishes because there was nothing to scrub them with.
