Superbe appartement ancien, parfaitement restauré et très calme. Je recommande vivement pour les personnes qui souhaitent être du côté de Podgórze, quartier très agréable à vivre.

Anna and Spiros were absolutely wonderful. Our flight was delayed for 24 hours and they were super helpful. The place is so cute, well stocked and clean. The water filter is a huge plus. Spiros gave us great advice about which beaches to visit and when. The beach in front of the unit is lovely. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s much nicer than it appears. We loved it and would definitely come back.

Nice and clean apartment with everything you need. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants and a small shop. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your balcony and the beach is just across the street. Our stay was perfect.

Es war ein wirklich schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Wir haben einen Ausflug zu den drei zinnen gemacht und waren in der Nähe schön wandern. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war traumhaft und man hat sich direkt wie daheim gefühlt. Leider ist das Schwimmbad, das in der Anzeige erwähnt wurde nicht mehr mit im Angebot, sehr schade. Die Unterkunft selbst ist auch schön für Familien. Es gibt einen großen Garten. Wir kommen wieder!

muy recomendado todo. sólo aconsejaría leer el anunció correctamente. porque con las prisas no lo comenté con el anfitrión y el subir y bajar las escaleras con un coche de bebe fue incómodo. menos mal que solo era un piso 😀 De resto todo perfecto. muy bonita la zona. gracias por todo emily

Our stay in Georgia's was simply fantastic. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, not to mention how spotlessly clean it was on arrival and was maintained throughout our stay. The balcony with views of the sea and the hills was a wonderful place to escape to. Words cannot describe how friendly and attentive Georgia is as a host. We would have no problem recommending a stay in Locanda to a friend!

The room fully matches the photos. My husband and I really liked it; the location is right in the heart of the Old Town. The room had absolutely everything we needed, and the administrator was always available by phone. We loved it so much and would gladly come back again!

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig das Hotelzimmer gebucht (1/2 Tag vor dem Check-In) und waren wirklich begeistert von der Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft insbesondere der Gastgeberin U. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet und wir erhielten sehr hilfreiche, individualisierte Tipps um insbesondere die Touristenmengen und Partymeute zu umgehen. Bezogen auf den jeweiligen Rückmeldungen passte U. die jeweiligen Tipps an. Das inkludierte Frühstück war ebenso sehr abwechslungsreich und wir konnten eigentlich alle Wünsche und kleinen Anpassungen äussern, wobei die Umsetzung tadellos war. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit des Mietautos im nahe gelegenen Parking war vorausschauend organisiert - sodass wir nicht im Quartier Parkplätze suchen mussten. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, aber leider konnte die Unterkunft nicht verlängert werden. Wir kommen gerne zurück und würden jederzeit die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Great place for money you pay. Very close to center , great quiet location (we were in Feb so not many ppl in place , we have no idea is it quiet while high season) . Clean, very well equipped, building itself is well maintained, we had room at 3rd floor but luckily there is elevator, warm room , very hot water in shower, fully equipped kitchen , towels at the place. Most popular pizza place just 2-3min walk away, and great small coffee place just 1-2min away😁 thank You for having us , definitely recommend

De accommodatie was erg netjes. Wij waren op wereldreis met een hond en dit was een ideale plek voor ons. Het appartement is netjes, ruim en schoon. Tevens is de tuin omheind en is er genoeg parkeer ruimte op het terrein. De host was ook erg aardig en heeft ons een appartement gegeven met genoeg ruimte voor de hond en een twee persoonsbed inplaats van losse bedden. Er word snel gereageerd als je vragen hebt of voor de instructies om binnen te komen.

Fatih harika bir insan. Gerçekten bize her konuda çok iyi yardımcı oldu. İletişimi çok güzel her zaman hızlı dönüşler yaptı. Mekan gerçekten çok iyiydi konum olarak şehrin neredeyse tam merkezinde 15 dakika yürüme mesafesi ile Galata Kulesi‘ne taksim’e bir çok yere erişim sağlayabiliyorsunuz kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim ve bir sonraki seyahatlerimde arayacağım ilk kişi Fatih bey 🍀🙏☺️

Excellent séjour, on ne peut que apprécier cet endroit. Les chambres sont confortables et climatisées et pleins de coins agréables où se poser, sans oublier la piscine.

Kind, friendly and approachable was my first impression of Daniela. She is a kind of host every guest would want. She will greet you with a big smile and take care of every concern you may have. The apartment was clean and the location is great. There is a free coffee if you are a coffee lover. The beach is just 3 to 5 minutes by foot. Another great conviniance is that there is a supermarket below the villa and a restaurant right next to it, also another restaurant 100 meters from the villa. If you want a place where you can relax, this is definitely it!

I enjoyed the stay at Mehemet’s place even if it is below the ground floor so you can clearly hear people when they are walking outside during the night! The room is really small, but really clean :)

Wir hatten die Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp unserer Reise zum Ausruhen genutzt und dahingehend war alles perfekt.

I stayed with my wife for 7 nights. The little apartment complex is beautifully set up with small trees and an amazing bougainvillea. A really great feature is that most of the older apartments are not exposed to the sun at all, so although it was 30 C we never used the A/C just the fan. The view from our terrace over the small bay with the cozy beach was beautiful especially the sunrise. Our room was as described, simple, sufficient and quite small kitchen and bathroom. The room was cleaned daily. Recommended!

Konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım. Gayet sıcaktı asla üşümedik, temiz ve düzenliydi. Konumu da oldukça iyi, toplu taşıma ile ulaşım çok kolay, 10-15 dklık yürüme mesafesinde Marmaraya. Sadece mutfaktaki bardaklarda ruj izleri vardı sanırım bulaşık makinesi güzel temizlememiş bilmiyorum, temizlik konusunda ordan 1 puan kırdım. Futbol stadına yakın, maç sesleri geliyordu dışarıdan :) ancak biz rahatsız olmadık. Gece boyunca sessiz bir şekilde uyuyabildik. Geri kalan her şeyden memnun kaldım, tekrardan gelebileceğim bir yer.

j'ai passé un séjour fantastique dans ce logement ! L’appartement était encore plus beau que sur les photos, très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Chantal a été extrêmement réactif et attentionné, me faisant sentir comme chez moi dès mon arrivée. Les petites attentions à mon égard ont vraiment fait la différence. je recommande vivement ce logement et espére revenir très bientôt. Merci pour cette belle expérience !
