Guilaine est très réactive, accueillante et sympathique. Sa petite maison (l’oustau) construite par son conjoint avec des matériaux écologiques est très chaleureuse et bénéfice d’une très belle vue sur les collines ! On s’y sent très bien et Guilaine, très discrète, répond à nos moindres questions par SMS. Idéalement situé pour visiter l’Ardèche en dormant au calme.

This place is completely magical. We felt so privileged to be able to find something so remote and unique to spend a few days. The garden was beautiful, we were invited to pick veggies from the garden which were delicious. The kids had a great time running around the garden up and back from the river. It is a peaceful beautiful paradise. We were very sad to leave, and hope to come back!

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Nous étions de passage (à 4) pendant notre traversée de la France, donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter des environs. Mais la petite maison est très bien refaite avec goût et chaleur grâce au poêle notamment. L'hébergement et l'accueil nous ont donnés envie d'y retourner pour profiter aussi des environs en visitant ou randonnant.

Le séjour à la Pigne s'est très bien passé. Le gîte est agréable et bien équipé, bel environnement. Odette est accueillante et aux petits soins.

Wir haben an diesem magischen Ort mit der Familie Urlaub gemacht.Haben zu Fuß die Umgebung erkundet,eine Kajaktour gemacht und einen Ausflug nach Warschau.Alles ein absoluter Traum.Urszula lebt in der Nähe und ist jeder Zeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.Sie hat uns ein Traumhaftes Haus inmitten der Natur zur Verfügung gestellt - außergewöhnlich schön und besonders.Ein wundervolles Erlebnis!

We loved Serena's beautiful villa. It was amazing for our family of 4. Views are just breathtaking. The location was perfect for us as we had a car so it was pretty easy to get to the restaurants, beach, mall and nearby towns. Communication with hosts was super smooth. They are the nicest hosts you can ask for. We were so shocked when we found the fridge stocked up with some groceries and nice bottle of wine. The sweetest gesture ever. Everything was amazing! We will for sure be back.

I absolutely loved this place to stay with my friends for an Iceland trip! We enjoyed the cozy cabin feel to this place. We got to see the beautiful horses and beautiful scenery. Our all time favorite thing from the whole stay was the lovely doggie that made sure she followed us around and took good care of us! Overall a wonderful stay and would HIGLY recommend!

We had an unforgettable and cosy stay in the Strawbale Bothy even in the midst of the stormy weather of mid February. A totally unique home away from home, we felt welcomed and cared for from the moment we set foot through the door. A warm and inviting space made all the better by some home baking on arrival and quality coffee and tea supplied. What the hosts have achieved with this little bothy is remarkable, far more spacious and roomy than the pictures give it credit for, and yet cosy and comfy; wether it's curling up with a book in the chairs, enjoying some food in the rustic but well utilised kitchen, or rejuvenating yourself in a quality shower and bathroom. This place feels like a 5star hotel with an Eco friendly heart. And then there is the view.....the price alone justifies being able to sit down in a chair and watch this view change and morph with the wind, rain, sun, snow, light and dark. Utterly mesmerising. A great base for exploring the island or relaxing. 10/10

les hôtes ont été flexibles sur les heures d'arrivée et départ et compréhensifs. Ils ont compris notre besoin et se sont adaptés à nous, c'était parfait. Logement propre et bien équipé, places de parking devant le logement. Tout s'est très bien passé !

Très joli petit gîte refait avec amour. Accueil très sympa de Nicole. On avait un peu de difficulté de trouver le gîte mais avec l’aide de Nicole ça s’est vite arrangé. On a passé une semaine très reposante dans un environnement magnifique.

America the host was welcoming, friendly and took time to enthusiastically talk to us about the operation of the vineyard and the different wines they offer, which was really interesting. The Hobbit House itself was amazing! So much attention to detail and lots of extras to really make you feel you were in The Shire :-). If you like your Tolkien this is an absolute must and made for a very special birthday present. We watched all of the Lord of the Rings films during our short stay, which seemed entirely appropriate. The hot tub was a really nice added bonus, which we thoroughly enjoyed even in the evenings in mid February! If you decide to visit then we hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did...

Alison’s place is absolutely fantastic. The house is easy to get to following the sat nav. On arrival we were able to check in early and the house is stunning. The surroundings are beautiful and would highly recommend staying here. It was peaceful and private. Will 100% be booking again in the summer and as perfect place for friends to meet.

Great location for near the beach and dog walks! We enjoyed our getaway with our dogs, going to the pub for Sunday roast and visiting the farm shop up the road.

It was a great stay. Beautiful, restorative, simple and relaxed. It is a great little place to stop and check out. We enjoyed the home, the land and all the people we met. The cats were very friendly and the family was as well. It is very peaceful and beautiful!

Das Hobbit Haus ist eine sehr süße Unterkunft und Adriana und ihr Mann sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Adriana hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist tatsächlich ziemlich groß und man hat genug Platz, um alles unter zu bringen. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend. Gerade der Außenbereich mit der kleinen Küchenzeile mit einer Grundausstattung für zwei Personen und den Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Aussicht sind ein Hingucker. Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Anne was friendly and welcoming, great local knowledge and recommendations. The location is secluded and private, but just a short drive to local amenities and connections to Edinburgh. The place was clean and tidy, and had everything you could need for your trip :)

Beautiful accommodation. Stunning views. High-end products used throughout. Lovely touches like bathrobes, slippers and dry robes. Was definitely luxury. Well appointed kitchen. We ate in as you would need to drive if you went out. We liked that though because we made good use of the facilities and hot tub. Would highly recommend.

Dieses kleine Häuschen ist das wundervollste was ich je erlebt habe. So hübsch und liebevoll gestaltet, absolut einzigartig. Liebevoller Luxus im angenhm ruhiger Lage. wollte etwas besonderes für den Abschluss meines Urlaubs in 1 Stunde Reichweite zum Flughafen. Das war ein krönender Abschluß! Danke!

Estadia maravilhosa, quinta muito calma e casa extremamente acolhedora. De destacar os pomares de fruta fresca, os cavalos amigáveis, as comodidades dos diferentes espaços da propriedade e a companhia das duas cadelas Guadiana e Mimosa. Anfitriã muito disponível e atenciosa. Nascer-do-sol memorável por entre as árvores de fruto.

Helt supert! Rent og pent og flott beliggenhet! Verten var raskt på pletten om vi trengte noe, men utover var vi helt i fred! Var flexibel med utsjekk generelt meget hyggelig! Absolutt å anbefale til høyst overkommelig pris!
