Stayed with some friends in late February to walk some of the South West Coast Path. The location was ideal a few minutes walk from the coast. The house was really warm comfortable and well equipped. Nicola was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions about the property and the check in was effortless. The Pack O’Cards pub is a few minutes walk away and is terrific with good food and a quiz night on Saturday! All in all a great stay.

We loved our stay at Alison and Claire's place. Really easy to walk into Holt or to the country park, which was perfect for us. Our dogs were very comfortable there too! The enclosed garden was perfect for them. The house was very well appointed and we enjoyed cooking there - as well as some lovely meals in the local pubs! Thank you very much - definitely a place to return to.

The house was even better than the pictures, so inviting and easy to settle straight in and begin to relax and explore the lovely village of Holt. Super clean, cosy, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful clean white bedding and such style throughout the house. I was in love with their radiators! ;) We only had two nights, so the ease of the stay was wonderful. All the extra touches really made it wonderful, the scrumptious cake and fizz on arrival, the local hand and dish soap and the cute pillows on the bed with the house's name to name just a few. Communication from Scott was first class with tons of helpful information on the area, plenty to dive in to and start enjoying our stay. We loved our mini vacation, it broke up half term perfectly and would love to stay at Parva House again one day - with more nights next time ;)

The house was lovely, it had everything you could need and was very comfortable. It was in an ideal location and was perfect for our overnight trip.

This was our first foray into Airbnb, Mary did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived at Mary's property we felt right at home, everything was provided and more importantly it was immaculately clean. Mary even provided us with treats for Buddy our Border Collie , which was a nice touch. If ever we go back to Buxton we will book with Mary if her home is available, a great first experience and no more Hotels for us!

This was my second visit to the house and it did not disappoint. It’s a lovely cottage in an ideal location for me when I visit my Dad who lives in the village x

Wonderfully comfortable and cozy townhouse. It was exactly as described. Free parking in the back and the host provided free parking passes for on street parking in the front, enough for our entire stay. I would book again without hesitation.

WOW! This place is amazing. The most beautiful views of the hillside down to the ocean by Badolato Marina, and a breathtaking view of Badolato Superiore. The house is brand new, everything works perfectly, and its very comfortable. Did I mention the million dollar view!? And the hosts were responsive within minutes, bringing extra towels, making an extra bed, and were present in person when we checked in to explain everything. I give this place a 100%.

Goran and his wife were very responsive, easy to communicate and willing to help. The lovely apartment is located in the center of Motovun, offering a lot of privacy and peace. Great stay!

Met 5 volwassenen en 1 kind (9jaar) hebben wij van 27 oktober tot en met 2 november 2024 met heel veel plezier verbleven in de prachtige villa. Alles was prima in orde. Mooie en schone bad- en slaapkamers. Heerlijk terras met buitenkeuken en zwembad. Supermarkt op 8 minuten rijden met de auto en de gezellige haven van Lagos ook prima met de auto te bereiken op circa 10 minuten rijden. Alle voorzieningen in en rondom de villa waren prima. Zelfs strandhanddoeken lagen voor ons klaar. Werkelijk niets op of aan te merken op dit prachtige vakantieverblijf. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Beautiful and big apartment, not far from "La Plage de l'Espiguette.". The port is not too far, and around there are a few grocery shops. The apartment matches perfectly with the description; we had a really peaceful moment without any issues. I recommend 👌

This place was absolutely perfect for us. Great location close to lots of amenities and resteraunts, bars etc. The villa was lovely. Everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. We sat out in the garden every evening in January! what a beautiful way to spend what is normally a cold/wet miserable existence! 😂 The nights when the the temp dropped, we sat in front of the glorious wood burning fire, it was simply perfect. When we left some items behind, the host kindly retrieved them for me. The beds are soooo comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. I cannot recommend this Villa enough.

I was looking for a few days peace and quiet, after a very long winter of work on our family farm. I found the perfect retreat in Kathryn's chalet. It exceeded my expectations, larger than expected, spotlessly clean and in a lovely quiet location of well looked after grounds. Kathrine was a great host. Many thanks. 🌻

We travelled to Stroud with friends for a two night stay. Anna was very communicative when we needed a cot for our friend’s little one and any questions we had. The pool house is a great location, bi fold doors open to a lovely patio, swimming pool and hot tub. A canopy occupies sofas, bbq and a pizza oven which we utilised. The fire pit along with sandals supplied and rugs are a nice touch to make it cosy. Further to this, Anna thought of everything supplying toiletries, sanitary items, right through to tea, coffee and breakfast supplies Inc a lovely loaf of bread and even dressing gowns to cosy up in Being a dog friendly location I don’t think you will find anywhere as good! The large garden area adjacent to the pool is more than big enough and enclosed for dogs to play and have fun. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to revisit again soon Many thanks Richard

Absolutely amazing!!! My partner and I have spent 3 days here. From the moment we booked until our departure, Sharon and David were fantastic hosts. Sharon provided us with clear instructions on how to find their property and an extensive list of local amenities. On arrival, David welcomed us and gave us clear instructions on the use of the property and hot tub. The property itself was as described and spotlessly clean and the surroundings were stunning! Any queries we had whilst there were met promptly and nothing was too much for them. Overall we had an amazing stay which was made even better by the fantastic hosts. Would highly recommend!!

The cottage is very well-equipped, with everything you need to rustle up a three course meal - plenty pots, pans, roasting tins, utensils and a huge six seater dining table. It’s really easy to organise supermarket deliveries but only a 10-12 minute drive (Carlisle) if you’d rather pick things up yourself. The location is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of great dog walks close at hand. If you’re feeling less energetic you can relax in the cosy lounge or sit upstairs in the seating area of the master bedroom with amazing panoramic views of the countryside (thanks to the floor to ceiling windows). Sharu was an absolutely lovely host - extremely responsive and ever so helpful, yet completely unobtrusive; allowing me the space to enjoy my stay. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when visiting the area

We had such a lovely stay here, even the bad weather didn’t stop us! Really private and peaceful - we are used to hearing the cows and odd tractor in the morning! A thoughtful welcome card and tea, coffee, milk to use - nice touch! The hot tub and sauna were wonderful! A lovely thought to add a basket full of dog bits incase we had forgot anything! (Towels/water bowl etc) The hut itself was super cosy and clean and it was lovely to relax in front of the log burner at the end of the day. The dogs loved it! A spacious pretty garden and it was nice knowing we could let the dogs out whenever, knowing they would be secure and safe! All beaches were about half hour away which was ideal. Kate was super friendly and quick to reply if we had any queries! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would happily recommend to friends and family and we would stay here again!

What an absolutely brilliant few days away. We booked the Hillside Hut as a last minute break and it did not disappoint. We have always struggled in the past with finding somewhere where we can take our dogs, however we couldn’t fault the Hillside Hut at all. The garden area was massive and enclosed which is what attracted us to this in the first place. The hut was so cute and cosy, very well looked after and we were starstruck from the minute we pulled up. Abigail was very helpful and ensured we had everything throughout our stay. Couldn’t recommend the Hillside Hut enough and we will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you so much Xx

We had a very good time at Maunza’s place. They had provided accurate and well detailed instructions to reach their place and for the check in. We were pleasantly surprised that they had provided some treats for our dog, eggs and milk for us to get started😊 the pink coloured folder had so many details about the place and nearby places too. All in all, it was a fun stay at Dingle and Maunza’s place made it a memorable trip for my family and me😊😊

Fabulous view, central location, great for accessing the great coast walks, or coffee at the Marina, or getting to the station to explore. Clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Highly recommend this great place. Jenny very responsive to messages and friendly.
