Fabulous hut in a glorious location. It has everything we needed and was beautifully clean. The host was extremely helpful and answered so quickly any questions. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Me and five friends spend New Year’s Eve at Fiona’s huts and we had the most amazing time. The place is even better than what you see in the pictures. It’s cozy, comfortable and well equipped. Fiona has been a completely star, helping us with transport and more. Hopefully we will come back!

Great little hut Friendly hosts,came to check we were ok and had everything we needed. Helped with putting the heaters on. Great location great to wake in countryside to birds singing. Comfy beds. Hut had what we needed. Id maybe add a cheese grater ro rhe cutlery drawer. The outdoor table needs repairing/replaced...there was broken slats on it

What a fantastic oasis of tranquility to visit. Terry and Jenny are excellent hosts and could not do more for you. The huts were all styled beautifully and were spotlessly clean. The attention to detail is fantastic and Jenny has thought of everything. Sitting by the firepit at night, with a glass in hand listening to the owls was priceless. Florence, Hector and the dogs were just an added bonus. We will definitely return.

Really lovely few days spent here - I got all the weathers, but it didn't spoil it one bit! Totally secluded, which is what I was after, but still with a proper bathroom and kitchen to hand, to could just completely relax and stay in. Cosy evenings with log burner roaring - very efficient and warmed up the hut quickly! Birds and squirrels visited the feeding station each morning, so felt very Snow White, and could hear owl at nighttime. As in other review: There are no plug sockets - None. So come fully charged and with charged up power packs, in case of emergency if you venture out (though, I recharged at pubs/cafes when I was out!) Beautiful views, quiet, secluded spot - You will completely relax here!

Really beautiful place, more spacious than you think! Beds super comfortable heated under sheets on all bed so kids enjoyed to! With the fire to place stayed lovely and warm, no complaints at all, we had the best time & throughly enjoyed our super last minute booking, Linda and her husband were super helpful brought us animal fed for our kids to do (which they loved) the pool was Soooo warm and lovely decorations were fabulous radio lovely touch, phone box toilet was great and handy showers and toilet facilities were clean and warm, genuinely 10/10 place, beautiful surrounding! Also visited the local pub the fox inn 10/10 food was amazing and tasty! Couldn’t have wished for a better stay over new year was lovely experience in our own bubble. Family friendly& amazing hosts! Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Katie & Anna’s Shepherds hut. The orchard was lovely to sit in during the light evenings & the hut was clean and cosy.

We had the loveliest stay at Sally’s Shepard’s hut. It’s so peaceful and quiet, with a lovely view over the countryside fields, there’s lots of lovely walks, pubs and cafes nearby, but it’s also the perfect place to relax. The hut has everything you need, (and more!) and was so cosy even in rainy February. Sally and her partner were so accommodating and helpful (even coming to help when we stupidly got our car stuck in mud!!!). We cannot recommend this place more highly :)

Michelle and her wagons were both fantastic!! Such a great help, with a very stressful project. Will definitely go back!

It has been a delightful weekend at Jo’s place! The surrounding is stunning, quiet and ideal for a relaxing time. I love the shepherd’s hut and Jo was great at communicating and a brilliant host. Definitely I will come back again! Thanks

Just got back from an overnight stay here. Wow, what a beautiful place. Liz was very helpful with directions and where everything is. Lovely pubs near by and local shops not far. The hot tub was amazing evening in February. Liz is a great host. We’ll definitely be returning

Lovely time staying in the Shepard’s hut. We kept in touch about our check in time and our host Donna had lit the hot tub in advance. The hut was spotless, warm and welcoming: We highly recommend anyone staying here.

We had the most wonderful stay here! This hut has everything you need for a cosy weekend away. We brought our own chilli con carne and heated it up on the camping gas stove, lit the fire outside and watched the sunset. It was the perfect getaway! The bed was also really comfy which is a huge bonus. Annette and George were great hosts. I am sure we will be back!!

Stayed for 2 nights at Julie’s beautiful Shepard’s hut. From arrival we had the most relaxing stay, the Shepard’s hut was warm and cozy! The hut was immaculate and had no issues whatsoever so ever. Julie was super friendly and answered any queries we had! On the Saturday night we ventured out to the local pub and had a fantastic night out for the rugby. The locals were all so friendly. Will definitely be returning in the near future for a relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic time at ‘the hut on the hill’ which was very clean and cosy. Amazing views and a large enclosed field which our dog loved! Sitting around the fire was an added bonus! Thank you Jackie and Johnny for your hospitality.

Perfect place for our first trip to the Lake District! The location is so peaceful and calm, great after a busy day of hiking.

We had a lovely stay here, amazing place for the dog with the large, fenced outdoor space. The hut itself was clean, cosy and very well decorated. I loved the fact that there was a hike straight from the door also. Hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful, and even offers us a little later check out which was very much appreciated. For us, being further away from the shops and restaurants was not an issue with having the car - Abersoch was only 15m drive away with a lovely beach. Hosts very helpful when trying to find the property which allowed us an quick check in as well as everything being ready for us. We made some great memories. Thank you, we would definitely use again if we were going that way in the future 😀

Booked to stay here for a couple of nights and the place was unreal! Super easy to check in and was exactly like the pictures, arrived to a bottle of Prosecco and some Lindt chocolate which were definitely enjoyed. The Hot tub was amazing definitely my favourite part, it was super private and had everything you’d need from tea and coffee to a speaker if you wanted to listen to music in the hot tub. Conor and Sophie were amazing too from the quick responses to getting us extra logs etc! Overall an amazing stay would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

The Shepherd’s Hut is simply fantastic. Cosy and clean with everything you need, it’s a lovely place to stay for a few days. The views are simply incredible and an amazing place to watch wildlife, especially in the morning. I stayed here with my young son as the perfect place to explore the North Norfolk Coast. He loved the hut so much that he played outside it for most of the first day and we didn’t leave. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any queries I had and it was lovely to meet them in person during our stay. All in all, a lovely place with amazing views and I will definitely be back.
