Had a great stay! Donald was a great host and the house was very clean. Perfect location for any activity in the area. I was a little worried that it might be noisy because the house is on a somewhat busy street, but I didn't hear a thing! It was surprisingly quiet. Couldn't recommend this place more when you are in Maine. I look forward to staying again when I'm back in town!

Great place, host is amazingly helpful and responsive. House was clean and our kids loved the childrens books in the bedroom. One thing to note for winter visitors who do not drive vehicles well suited for winter weather: the house is up a hill that is steeper than it may seem on the map. This is clearly not an issue for the locals and would not be an issue for anyone in warmer weather.

The place was perfect! Kelly was a great host complete with alerting us to look out the window to see the northern lights! No complaints about her large comfortable home.

We enjoyed this stay very much. It was very conveniently located close to Sunday River, which made our skiing plans easy to execute. The hot tub was definitely a plus and the house easily accommodated our multiple adults, kids, and even a couple dogs.

Great little house to stay, it did snow while i was there and she had shovel salt and a plow truck come by!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

Marie is an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Her apartment is spotlessly clean, and Marie is thoughtful in providing amenities such as tea and coffee. The location is on a quiet street in the village of Rangeley within easy walking distance of several restaurants and shops and the lake. It's a short drive to Saddleback Mountain. All in all, very convenient.

It was a great find! Jeff answered very quickly, and was very nice to have everything set for us. We were arriving late. The apt was clean and adorable. We usually stay at the Wilton Lake Inn and have to rent 2 rooms. This gave us a family setting with room for our adult son and us. Privacy for everyone. it was great to be able to have my family over for dinner instead of having to go out all of the time during our visit. Very convenient and close to Farmington for shopping and additional resturants. Unfortunately the weather was a bit wintery, and unable to go hiking or walking. A new little coffee shop. 2 very good little coffee shops in Wilton, had to patron both. They are both very nice shops and owners. We will definitely stay here again. Convenient, spacious, clean! You can't ask for better! Thank you Jeff for a lovely stay!

My friends and I had a great time staying here for our ski trip! Nicholas’s listing was a great find for the price. The drive up there was gorgeous and everything was exactly as described. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The pictures don’t do it justice, beautiful space and the views of Sunday River and the surrounding area are amazing! Michael was very flexible and responsive and we have this earmarked for a return visit!

A wonderful cozy spot in the small town of Kingfield, Maine. I loved going to sleep by the sound of the river water fall and the purring of Miss Lucy Lu. It was so nice to have her company while traveling solo. A fun unique place to stay!

A very quick, 30 second walk to where you can strap on your skis or board, and ski to the nearest lift. This airbnb provides a true ski in/out experience. King bed was very comfortable. Huge TV. Lots of restaurants nearby. A perfect set up for a couple or individual.

Good location, easy access to the hill by either driving or shuttle. The condo was fine for our group of four. Kitchen had everything to cook for that many. Very comfortable. thanks

Great stay at this conveniently located condo at Sugarloaf. Condo was very clean and listing pictures were accurate. Lots of info provided by the host made the stay seamless. Great choice for the two of us, but more than 2 would be tight, in my opinion…unless you have very young children!

Great stay at Stephanie's condo! Cute little steps down to the entrance. Condo is very cozy and warm. Easy access to Tempest trail and unbeatable driving location on mountain. Only thing to note is footsteps from above sometimes due to basement location, but not as bad as expected. Great value!
