Εξαιρετικό πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές!Δίπλα στη Νέα παραλία, το πάρκινγκ μας βόλεψε πολυ. Καινούριο ασανσερ και ανακαινισμένη είσοδος. Ήσυχο δωμάτιο, θέρμανση αέριο και μεγάλο μπάνιο. Το προτείνω με κλειστά μάτια

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was kind, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was well-maintained and they left thoughtful gifts. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-cared-for space!

Έμεινα στο Airbnb για 15 ημέρες και η εμπειρία μου ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, άνετος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, ιδανικός τόσο για χαλάρωση όσο και για εργασία. Το highlight της διαμονής μου ήταν το τεράστιο μπαλκόνι, το οποίο προσέφερε υπέροχη θέα και ήταν το τέλειο μέρος για να απολαύσω τον καφέ μου κάθε πρωί. Επιπλέον, ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστεί. Η φιλοξενία του έκανε τη διαμονή μου ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

We stayed at Hub 57 over my friends birthday and we all loved it! It was the best Airbnb I‘ve stayed at in a long time. Everything was clean and ready when we got there and as described online. The location is amazing as well, as it is located in a lively neighborhood with everything that you need reachable in a walking distance. It is a nice starting point to explore the city! There‘s a lot of bars and (local) restaurants around, which was perfect for us! However, it was never too loud and we were never bothered by outside noises. Lastly, the communication with Effie was easy and clear. We didn‘t have any problems so I didn’t have to write her too much, but she was very attentive and friendly. To sum it all up, I don‘t have anything to complain about and would always recommend this apartment to others and stay there again :)

I had a wonderful stay at Christos's apartment. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect for exploring. Christos was friendly and responsive, making check-in easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Εξαιρετική μονοκατοικία με πολύ όμορφη αυλή για καφέ ηρεμία και μπάρμπεκιου. Κεντρική τοποθεσία κι όμως θυμίζει σπίτι στο χωριό. Οι οικοδεσπότες είχαν τα πάντα που μπορεί να χρειαζόσουν από πράγματα οικιακής χρήσης, περισσότερα από ότι θα περίμενες σίγουρα και επίσης πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Συστήνεται για μικρές και μεγάλες διαμονές χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως και στις φωτογραφίες! Ολα καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα, φουλ εξοπλισμένο με χρήσιμες συσκευές (όπως, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο, πιστολάκι μαλλιών και καφετιέρα). Η γειτονιά πολύ ήσυχη και προσβάσιμη στη παραλία και στα καταστήματα. Δεν υπάρχει ιδιωτικό γκαράζ στο χώρο, μόνο στους γύρω δρόμους. Η εμπειρία μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καλή!

The location is exquisite, a superb village which is nothing like a traditional rural area. The house is perfect, very clean and cosy. We communicated very well with the hosts too. It was great for relaxing with kids.

Very Central Spot to experience the town by foot. Easy check in and gorgeous flat. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone that wants to stay in the heart of thessaloniki for a few days!

Everything was fine! The owner was really helpful and commutative! Even when I should change the check in time, she was flexible and helpful! I definitely recommend the place!

Son derece kibar ve beyefendi bir insandı Paulos evi çok kullanışlı, lokasyon verimli bir yerdedir. Bence tek sıkıntı şey araç park etmek çok zordur ki o da ev sahibiyle ilgili bir konu değil.

The room was very clean and modern In a very nice location. We booked it last minute as we didn’t like the first room we had booked and Mr Anastasios helped us straightaway. We had a very rough day and they for sure made it better.

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό και σε κεντρικό σημείο. Το συνισταμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

the only minus is the 5th floor with no elevator, but in 4 days we kinda got used to it :D perfect location, you can walk everywhere only minus the pillows were not reallly comfy. its a small room so 4 days for 2 people was maximum I think. but all in all cant complain about anything!

Expectations were high due to the superb rating, but they've been met & even exceeded during our stay! Positives all around, great communication, flexibility, beautiful, clean & cozy apartment, great city & sea view from the balcony, walkable distance to places of interest. No need to look for other places to stay ever again, this is the one! Thank you!

Από τους πιο προσεγμένους χώρους που έχω μείνει! Πεντακάθαρο, περιποιημένο,όμορφα διακοσμημένο,άνετο στρώμα!

Πολύ ομορφο σπίτι, καθαρό και πολύ βολικό και κοντά στο νοσοκομείο ΑΧΕΠΑ που χρειάστηκε να νοσηλευτώ. Ο κ. Χρήστος ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα στις ερωτήσεις μας και ηταν πολύ βοηθητικος σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very easy check in process due to simple and clear instructions. Very clean and quite spacious. Very clean and had everything we needed during our short stay. It’s in a great location… quiet, lots of restaurants & cafes around, and a supermarket that’s about a minute or two walk away. We also appreciate the great host. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very accommodating & informative. Highly recommend the apartment for anyone visiting the beautiful town of Thessaloniki.
