Πολύ καθαρό σπίτι με πολλές ανέσεις! Ήμασταν 5 άτομα και πραγματικά χωρούσαν άλλοι δύο! Πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και πολύ όμορφο σπίτι.

Cozy place right in the heart of Lefkada town. I was worried that it's not quiet enough, but it was perfect. My wife used the little yard to smoke. It barely gets any traffic even though supposedly it's shared with the bookstore. We were lucky to meet Andreas and he gave us lots of useful information about restaurants, tours, beaches, etc. (that he had in the guest book anyway). We will definitely return.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καλά δομημένος, ενώ η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι ήταν άνετα, καθαρά και με μια μαγική θέα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα ευγενικός και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο άνετη. Απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τη διαμονή μας και θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

The place has a splendid view and close by to restaurants and historical sites. The house is very cosy, with a fire place giving an extra charm, it was a perfect place to celebrate new year with the family.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Μείναμε πριν λίγες ημέρες σε ένα Airbnb στην Αράχωβα και η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, καθώς μπορούσαμε να φτάσουμε στο κέντρο της Αράχωβας με τα πόδια, ενώ υπήρχε και πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο, κάτι πολύ βολικό. Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο, ευρύχωρο και εξαιρετικά καθαρό, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Η κυρία Βάσω, η ιδιοκτήτρια, ήταν απλά υπέροχη! Ευγενέστατη, φιλική και πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Επιπλέον, μας έφερνε πρωινό κάθε πρωί, μια χειρονομία που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Γενικά, η διαμονή μας ήταν τέλεια, και σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε το ίδιο κατάλυμα ξανά στο μέλλον. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Superbe maison familiale, enfin un vrai Airbnb, on est vraiment chez l'habitant on sent l'âme de la famille avec la décoration. Ce n'est pas juste un logement pour être loué mais on a l'impression de vivre à la grecque. Ce logement correspondait exactement à notre famille aimant ce style de maison ancienne. Un grand merci à Eleni. On rêve d'y retourner en été pour profiter encore plus du jardin.

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό μπροστά σε ένα πάρκο και δίπλα σε όλα τα σημεία της πόλης!! Η Σοφία μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ήταν όλα τέλεια!!! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!

Περάσαμε ένα πανέμορφο Σαββατοκύριακο,το κατάλυμα έχει υπέροχη θέα και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση.Το δωμάτιο έλαμπε από καθαριότητα και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας.Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε!!!

Όλα ήταν τέλεια! Ο Αλέξης μας έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για το πώς να φτάσουμε στο σπίτι, κάτι που έκανε την άφιξή μας πολύ εύκολη. Η μητέρα του ήταν πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική, πάντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο – είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα για μια άνετη διαμονή. Επιπλέον, η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια και η θέα υπέροχη! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά αν βρεθούμε στην περιοχή.

Καθαρό, ζεστό διαμέρισμα, παρά το γεγονός ότι είναι ρετιρέ, με όλες τις ευκολίες, και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στο κέντρο των Τρικάλων. Τι άλλο να ζητήσεις?

Η κυρία Μαρία πάρα πολύ φιλόξενη και καλή. Το σπίτι ίδιο με τις φωτογραφίες και πεντακάθαρο❤️

Mr. Christos is one of the warmest owners I have ever met. He was always willing to help and provide guidance whenever needed. The place is just amazing, very clean - recently renovated and extremely hot / warm. Moreover, the location exceptional if you wish to explore Karpenisi and everything nearby. We will definitely visit it again. Thank you for everything! Thank you for being so kind!!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war super. Die großen Räume, vor allem der Wohn-und Essbereich laden zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Sehr gefallen hat uns der Kamin und das es möglich ist aus jedem Zimmer auf einen Balkon hinaus gehen zu können. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location with a fantastic pool and outdoor area. Tavernas are a 10 minute walk. A car is needed for shopping and access to a swimmable beach. Rania was a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful place to stay with really easy access to the sea and a lovely village. It was very well-equipped and furnished with everything you could need. Pantelis' mother was extremely helpful and friendly and we really appreciated her gift of fresh figs, as well as the welcoming bottle of wine. As a previous guest mentioned, there is only A/C in the bedrooms and we did find the living areas too warm to use much. We come from much cooler temperatures in England so this may not be an issue for others as there are fans and shutters. Would definitely recommend and would love to return one day.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The views were nothing short of breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our getaway. Communication with the host was seamless; they were clear and responsive, making check-in and our entire stay effortless. A highlight for us was when my partner developed a severe headache and, unfortunately, we had forgotten to pack any medicine. To our relief, the villa came equipped with a medical kit that included paracetamol. This thoughtful touch truly saved the day and showcased the host's attention to detail. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return again and bring our friends and family to enjoy the breathtaking view

Quite possibly the best villa and location for a quiet and special get away from it all! Sivota is very pretty and has a beautiful marina with many restaurants; lots of villas dotted around the surrounding valley. Most are a bit tricky to get to by car as the lanes and tracks are narrow and stoney, this one is no different as you negotiate the approach. A few trips and you get to used to it though. The villa itself has direct access by foot to the harbour which is a great plus, literally a few minutes and you’re in the owners restaurant which is also fabulous! Elena welcomed us, showed us around, gave us lots of good recommendations for the whole island. We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier host! The villa is perfect! We loved the views, the decor, the pool and especially the private sea access which we used every day for invigorating swims and snorkeling. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, lots of thoughtful touches and welcome goodies. Great villa, superb location!!

Veldig fint hus som ligger i et felles kompleks med 3 andre boliger. Bassenget er fysisk delt i 2, hvor vårt hus disponerte den ene delen og nabohuset den andre. Fantastisk utsikt mot Scorpioøya og det Ioniske hav. Vi oppholdte oss i huset i 6 dager i slutten av september. Perfekt vær og temperatur for oss som blir ukomfortable når gradestokken passerer 30. vi trivdes veldig godt! Det er en 15 minutters spasertur inn til Nydri by. Litt utfordrende å kommunisere med Marias bestefar som tar i mot og passer på anlegget. Han forstår ikke engelsk, men er veldig blid og hyggelig.

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

The villa is an escape from the world in which you can enjoy a holiday without having to leave. It has a prestigious homely feel and it was a pleasure for Lena to allow us the last minute booking. It is next door to a hotel and in the evening you can hear the guests when you are in the garden, but nothing can be heard when you are inside. The first night this perturbed us but once we utilised the bar we were much more welcoming of the nightlife. Sun is in the garden and on the pool until late afternoon and the pool was so clean. The views were to die for and the beach access was perfect . Be aware the pool is deep, but my 5 and 3 year old spent the whole week in it with their arm bands. Lena recommended local restaurants and even arranged for the amazing Konstantina to cook us a proper home cooked meal for a private dining experience. Please do not miss out. The house is as described and as lovely as the photos. The reviews mention the welcome pack which is lovely , with thoughtful bits, ice, bread, juice, milk etc . It’s close to Nidri but also lovely restaurants at the bottom of the hill on the sea front. Easy to drive to Lefkada, Sivota and the west side. I didn’t meet Lydia in person but she was super helpful with all my enquiries, her father met us on arrival and was really helpful. The views are spectacular and the house was peaceful. Had an amazing stay, thank you!
