This place at Three Rivers was superb. Very clean, spacious, beautiful and super cozy. Backyard has amazing views with great hot tub! The host, Pam, was very friendly, super responsive, and very helpful! We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and had a fabulous experience.

The Pinecone Cottage was perfect for our brief stay in Three Rivers! My husband and I, the grandparents, used the front bedroom and bathroom and our daughter’s family used the back suite — two bedrooms, bathroom and family room. It was a good layout for us! We took our own drinking water, as was recommended. There were plenty of pans for cooking our own meals but you may want to bring some spices and olive oil. Beautiful views, wild turkeys, and close to the river and small town.

Michelle’s place was perfect. We had our family for Thanksgiving, and it totally served the purpose. It was as if we lived there. We had absolutely everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and served as a perfect backdrop for our family photo. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Our stay at Don's was wonderful. The place felt very homely and spacious for 6 adults. The outdoor area, featuring a spa, heated pool, and fire warmer, was amazing. Don was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed.

This establishment was excellent. Had a variety of options to keep me entertained throughout the day for a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back.

Very nice place, very clean the only thing I would like for others to know is that there is a hot tub fee, other than that great stay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. We loved how close it was to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. There was lots of room and the area was so quiet and peaceful.

Jamie was an awesome host! Loved the house and the kitchen was beautiful. I loved having the fire place during our stay. The pool table was a plus, my family and I really enjoyed playing pool. Super comfy stay and lots of room, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Three Rivers. We so enjoyed our week here!

The house was comfortable and included all the amenities of home with the added benefit of heated floors in the bathrooms - what an unexpected treat! The location is beautiful and the serenity of the river and star-filled sky are priceless. Would definitely recommend!

Dena’s place in Three Rivers was great! Very clean inside and a short drive to the Sequoias National Park entrance. It’s also just a couple of minutes to grocery stores and restaurants in the area. It was a relaxing and cozy place to come back to after a day outdoors. The hot tub was amazing as well!

Thank you Steffani for such a great stay! My girlfriend and I found this location to be extremely memorable and a perfect getaway for Sequoia also. When we were coming into the street of the home, we noticed an antique shop that caught our eye and loved it! Definitely a great addition to our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed this location as it was about 40-45 minutes to Sequoia National Park! I would recommend looking at the National Park conditions of Sequoia prior to booking to make sure no roads are closed and to get the full experience of the park. 11/10 experience as it was such a clean and comfortable stay, definitely had a relaxing home feeling and had everything we could’ve ever needed for our stay. Thank you again!

Vicki is a great host. She went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is beautiful, spotless clean, and very spacious. Also worth noting is the internet was very fast but more importantly was reliable. This was a work trip for me and in my five trips out to Springville, this was the only time I had zero internet issues. Great home , would totally recommend

Dalila was a pleasure to communicate with and made my out of town family feel very welcome during their stay. I can't even count how many times my sister thanked me and commented what a pleasure it was to stay in such a nice place. It was such a treat for my out of town guests to stay in a home that was so beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything they needed to have an enjoyable stay. The game room and hot tub were very entertaining for my nephews and kept them busy for hours. I appreciated Dalila's house gifts of wine to celebrate the wedding of my son, which is why my family was in town. She also had other little extra gifts to make their stay extra special. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this experience and would recommend this to anyone without any reservation. Thank you Dalila for a wonderful experience for my visiting family and myself.

Such a cute place!! Great views, very peaceful. Interior was nicely done and we loved the fireplace in between the kitchen and living area. Great cook's kitchen. We only spent 2 nights there so don't know much about the local amenities, but it was very close to Sequoia National park and looked like a very cute "downtown" area. The local grocery store was better stocked than I anticipated. Would have liked to spend a bit longer.

We had a great stay at this house and would not hesitate to come back. The house is very spacious, clean, and easily accommodated our party of nine guests.

Adam was amazing. Three Rivers is a small town, but we didn't visit it; we went to the park. Small towns obviously have some challenges, but Adam's house was ten steps above camping. Hot water, electricity, and a nice kitchen. One of the nights we had problems with the water pump, and Adam got the issue figured out quickly so we could take our hot showers. Honestly, the water for the property is super interesting - it comes from the river. The whole property has an amazing yard, and a beautiful river, and it is the perfect landing spot after a long day of hiking around. Thanks for everything Adam!

Candi was attentative when we arrived and asked her to remotely turn up the heat. There was a goody basket upon arrival which we enjoyed daily. The place was stocked with coffee and cremora and various essentials. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site. We loved the backyard space as we had to babysit our 3 year old grandson for a few days. It was a perfect space for his play cars and trucks. The house was clean.

Loved our stay here! I was very thankful for the travel crib, high chair, and kids utensils! I was able to take my one year old on a walk around the block and could walk to Target if needed be. T was very responsive and kind. I would stay here again. Thank you!!
