We had a really lovely short break, the situation helped to make it special, so close to the sea and to our favourite restaurants. We thoroughly recommend The Beach and Rockfish for good food, and La Mar for a special treat. The apartment was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed, even down to beach towels. The bed was supremely comfortable, there is a good shower and my husband says the television was easier to navigate than most in rental properties. Thank you Julie, we hope to return next year sometime to take full advantage of the beach towels!

What an amazing stay at Karen’s - the only grudge I have is I didn’t have more time :( Karen’s place is superb - the location, the house, the communication - everything was spot on. I had read previous reviews and was expecting a very good experience but this was so much beyond. The apartment is right on the doorstep to the beach. It is situated at easy walking distance to the town centre and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is lovely - there’s load of space, the rooms are very vibrant and it is built and maintained to a very very high standard. I would certainly stay here again.

The apartment was just what we needed, a home from home with a fantastic seaview Jemma was away this week but her mum Jackie was lovely, very helpful and welcoming as was her dad and the dog😊 All in all a brilliant week.

Loverly peaceful spot! Very accommodating with our dog. Woods nearby for a quick morning walk. Only 20mins walk into town! Beware the steep hill back up though it’s a killer! Would love to stay/visit again

Beautiful home in a tranquil green area with only the sounds of nature around. Home was very nicely furnished with lovely decorative touches like plants and pictures on the walls. Host left us some delicious fudge and biccies. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great bed and hot shower and parking in the drive. Hosts are absolutely fantastic, very kind and friendly. Thanks so much for a fabulous week.

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

What a great place. Adrienne was a wonderful host. The place was very close to the beach and restaurants. It was cosy and had a south facing balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Apartment was great! Lovely location and outlook. It was clean and very well equipped (although apart from the odd bit of toast, we ate out!). Private parking with security gates provided peace of mind. Chris provided easy to follow directions and instructions for check-in along with lots of recommendations for dining out. Chris was responsive and a top host, even accommodating a last minute change to bring the Guide Dog puppy we are raising. The weather during our stay was a big bonus - lovely early Spring sunshine which enabled us to visit lots of places in the surrounding area. West Bay is a great base to allow this, whether walking or driving. We will definitely be back!

A wonderfully located penthouse apartment, that surprisingly goes on and on. Also they’ve put in lovely new bathroom - not the one in the pics - it’s much nicer with bath and separate shower. Stayed at this location with 2 kids, aged 3 and 7, there are two flights of stairs to contend with and a parking spot which is around the bs k of the property that requires a 2 mins walk, but once your in this space meets your needs in an affordable way. Lounge and kitchen are both self contained at one end, and the kids bedroom and master along with bathroom away so you can get downtime and relax once the kids are in bed. Also town and seafront are soo close.

We had a fabulous 3 nights at Shawn’s accommodation. It is in such a great location - especially good for the Saturday market! The flat was very well equipped and comfortable, especially the bed! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. The Indian two doors up is well worth a takeaway! Many thanks.

We had a nice few days with the badgers while visiting family in Plymouth. The area is quiet with nice walks from the front door. The apartment has great views and was very bright on dull days and very cosy throughout. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was included and worked well

Beautiful apartment which was just as lovely as the description and photos. Annie and her team from the management company were really helpful and so quick to respond to any queries. I managed to lock myself out of the apartment on New Years day and after a quick call to the emergency helpline, someone came and let me in after 25mins which I thought was pretty great considering it was New Years day!! We will definitely look at going back as the place was lovely, and the view was stunning even in the bad weather we had some days.

Everything went well and kids loved the place as there were lots of activities both for kids and adults. Caroline was very responsive to answer any questions that we had. Campervan was just perfect for our needs. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Excellent place, well equipped, they have well thought out the accommodation and a very nice few extras as we stayed over Christmas - thank you for that, very much appreciated. Loved it, a lovely, peaceful break with our two small dogs, plenty of space to walk them both and a pooh bin was present too in the grounds. Pool and Snooker fab. Thanks.
