Honestly this is a hidden gem and is definitely hijabi friendly... We had our own private space, including hot tub and outdoor heated swimming pool. Keith sourced produce so that it was accessible, he helped us in getting appropriate taxi services.

We had a great stay at Gill’s cottage. Gill kindly let us stay at short notice, everything was perfect. Lovely, peaceful location and the hot tub was really nice! Would definitely again.

Stayed for a few days with my partner. Really needed some down time and where better than the middle of Dartmoor! Coincided with some beautiful weather so we were happy to make use of the lovely hot tub. We enjoyed exploring, climbed a couple of tors, rested up...and discovered that the Plume of Feathers in Princetown does a very nice takeaway pizza. Hols was very welcoming and helpful but not intrusive. A lovely break.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a bit of a risk to book this sort of accommodation in late Feb/ early March due to the outside temperature but we were pleasantly surprised but they stocked up well on logs for the fire and hot tub as well as the much needed electric blankets on the beds. I would recommend bringing layers though and slippers as the floor is cold and it takes a little time in the morning for the logs to heat the accommodation again.

From Start to Finish Paul was the perfect host, could not do enough for us making sure that the log burners were lit every morning for us - hosting he was great fun and even joined in our activities. Paul has a great place here - you just have to realise that there is no kitchen in the main house but that did not bother us as we spent most of the time up in the area by the Hot Tub which had fantastic kitchen, games, karaoke, bar facilities - thank you Paul you made a great weekend even better !

We have just returned from a very relaxing 3 night break with the family. The Cottage was perfect, and we had plenty of space for the 5 of us to relax. The views from the property are amazing and it’s a birdwatchers paradise. The kitchen was so well appointed and Pollyanna gave us excellent directions to the local supermarket to stock up. We really enjoyed the bottle of chilled Prosecco Pollyanna left for us too. The bathrooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable so we all slept really well. Sadly the weather wasn’t great during our stay but there is a well stocked cupboard of games to enjoy and we took full advantage of the hot tub in the evenings which was such a luxury whilst star gazing and listening to the owls! Pollyanna recommended some great local eateries and gave us tips and recommendations on places to visit. We managed to get some lovely walks in on the beach with the dog so she had a fab time too!! I thoroughly recommend Pollyanna as a host and give 5* rating!

I absolutely loved my stay and would love to return later in the year. I felt completely at home and relaxed for a while without the demands of life chasing my heels!

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

A perfect location for our short break in Somerset with 2 dogs. The villa is quirky, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space for families with a beautiful garden, sun room and great kitchen. Lovely walks nearby and we walked to the local restaurant the first evening for a takeaway. Took a total of 8 mins there and back! A great base for visiting the Mendips, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and Blagdon. A stones throw from Wookey Hole also, although we didn’t visit this time. I would really recommend this beautiful place. If you want to either kick back and relax, or walk and walk and walk - then this is the place for you. Thank you so much. We’d love to return if you’ll have us!

A private little haven, but close to town to not be a hassle to go to the shops.Dog friendly. Kitchen was well equipped. Will def go back.

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located cottage. The area is quiet yet a short walk to the local M&S. we loved spending evenings in front of the log fire. Kate is very friendly and a great host. The cottage is very well equipped, we appreciated the pint of milk in the fridge so we could have a cup of tea on arriving. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and Kate had left a cake for us in the kitchen which was a lovely gesture.

We had a wonderful stay. Jo is such a lovely host, our 5 year old has a wonderful time feeding the chickens and playing with ruby the dog. When we left he said ‘I miss Jo’. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

We arrived mid afternoon, with advance instructions from Tess to ignore road closures and follow directions regardless. I reversed into the parking space and the car stayed put for the rest of our break. On entry the property was clean and very well stocked. Thank you for our homemade scones, jam and clotted cream, bacon, egg, milk and bread!!! The house is over three floors, with only the top two as living areas. The two bedrooms (top floor) are very big and beautiful with thoughtful furnishings. The beds are comfy and clean. The family bathroom's on the floor below with a great shower. The living room is a good size with comfy seating for four people. There's also a table with four chairs. Books and more books. The kitchen has everything you'd need for a short stay or a fortnight including tea, coffee and cooking oils. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Thanks Tess. Lyme Regis is perfect for exploring and eating out and a good base for hikes- but beware the hills!! We loved our stay.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

We were a group of 15 friends and family - adults, teenagers and children - celebrating new year together. The property suited us perfectly and had everything we needed for a great few days. The location is excellent for the Jurassic coast beaches and Lyme Regis.

Absolutely perfect hosts and accommodation. This was my first stay at an air bnb and it was wonderful. Kate couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating and assisted me with additional things such as taxi numbers. The accommodation is simply stunning and the layout of the home means that even if a large group of you stay you still have your own space. The pool is welcome addition as are the hands outside, even the harder to please teenagers had a great time. We’re now home and looking at other dates we can return to the cottage. Wow what a place, it was even better than we thought from the pictures. Had a great weekend celebrating, No one wanted to leave. The house is so welcoming and the facilities are second to none really is something for everyone at moorbath. We will be back!

Very clean. Gorgeous view over fields and estuary towards Plymouth. Pool and restaurant good. Very confortable. Helpful host and bar staff. Would help to do simple fixes of the broken bin and glasses cupboard. No drive up access so not great if you’re less mobile or parenting younger kids alone but very peaceful if you’re not!

Highlights here are definitely the pool and the play area for the kids. The pool room was super clean and operates on a rota system so you can have it to yourself. Clear directions on the map - dont follow the Satnav as stated. Jonathan was super helpful around check in / check out. Perfect place if you just want a quiet place away from everything!
