Marisa’s place is just perfect! It has everything you need and it’s a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. Very spacious with a perfect layout. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Recommendation to rent a car if you want to explore different areas in the island. Thank you Marisa for being the perfect host!

The view from the terrace is breathtaking with a quick walk to the Exuma Beach. Lovely home perfect place to stay . I would definitely book again.

Awesome stay on Tar Bay! House was set up perfect with pod style rooms. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Location was perfect, close to airport and stores. Beach was amazing and often secluded. Nemiah was always helpful. Can’t wait to be back!!

Updated, clean, and perfectly located. Everything was as advertised and worked perfectly, and Victoria responded within minutes to all of our inquiries. I would definitely rent this house again!!

We spent 10 days at Charles' home on Great Exuma. It was only a few minutes drive from the airport. It is easier to find if you put the name of the cottage into Google Maps directly. We've stayed in several homes in the Bahamas, and found this to be quite a comfortable one. There were several strong AC units in the home, if needed, which came to us as a nice surprise and bonus. The home had everything we needed. The beach was truly right there, though we ended up not using it very much because the wind was favoring from that direction, so we instead took walks along the beach with our dogs (and baby), and would usually drive to more protected beaches. Absolutely beautiful, though. Mavis, the home caretaker, was very helpful on several occasions. The home was well situated and could easily get anywhere. George Town is about 10 minutes, and our favorite beach (Exuma Point Beach) was about 20 minutes west. The home is about a 5 min drive from the airport, on the "north" side of Exuma.

My stay at Ida's place was absolutely wonderful! The location was fantastic, close to all the local attractions and amenities. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Ida was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing thoughtful touches like local tips and recommendations. In addition, the tour hosted by her son, Terren, was marvelous. Very informative & fun! I highly recommend staying at Ida's place if you're looking for a delightful and hassle-free experience. I will definitely be returning! God bless.

Un séjour inoubliable ! Les plages sont tout simplement paradisiaques, avec des kilomètres de sable blanc et une eau turquoise à couper le souffle. Le restaurant propose des plats délicieux, parfaits pour savourer les spécialités locales. Le tour en kayak était une expérience incroyable : pagayer jusqu’à l’île aux cochons et découvrir ce petit coin de paradis était magique. Et que dire des hôtes ? Chaleureux, attentionnés et toujours prêts à partager de bons conseils. Un endroit que je recommande les yeux fermés !

We stayed at Gota Villa for 8 days in feb of 2025 with 4 adults and 2 young children (2 and 4). Overall we had an incredible time on exuma and the house suited our needs perfectly. The shared beach and protected bay is private and amazing - we sat turtles, stingrays, and fish swimming there daily and the kayaks and paddle boards were a blast for us. The villas is nicely remodeled and decorated and has usually amenities. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating during our stay! Definitely note you should rent a car if you stay here. We did and managed to get around the island well but you are about a 10min drive from George Town in this villa with nothing really walkable or very close so you will need a car for sure. We hope to be back someday and are grateful for the amazing memories we made here!

Casa Del mar was spectacular! We stayed for a week with our two young children and it was the perfect space for us. Incredible location, the beach is gorgeous and private, and the home is a reasonable driving distance from everything. The house is well stocked with towels, linens, games, and a well-stocked kitchen. The kids played in the pool every single day! The property is gorgeous - we saw hermit crabs, lizards, butterflies, hummingbirds, and the "money-bat" moths at night. Gabi and Duran were so helpful with getting into the property and ensuring we had everything we needed when we arrived. Truly the villa was fantastic and we would 100% stay again. To address some of the previous negative reviews. Yes, the main sliding door is impossible to open, however, there are other doors that work fine. They also have a replacement door pending install. Additionally, this is a beachfront villa...yes there is some wear on some furniture...but to us it was hardly noticeable in PARADISE!

Lovely spot on the beach at February Point We liked the location and the restaurant. It’s an easy drive both directions on Great Exuma.

The Sandbox was perfect for our family. This was our 4th trip to Exuma and this rental had the most stocked rental we’ve had here. The use of space was well thought out. Small details such as numerous hanging hooks, drawer space, good towels, water filter, sunblock, floats, & other beach supplies made our stay easy. There were even kitchen items like tin foil and zip lock bags, which were a life saver (especially since our last visit, we spent $10 at the grocery store for tin foil). We will absolutely be back again!

The Boujee Beach Villa was amazing. The view is beyond beautiful and the villa has everything you’ll need. We only cooked two breakfast meals, but found everything we needed in the kitchen. The restaurants are so good you’ll want to try several of them. April is a great host. She’s knowledgeable and shares all the “must know information” with you. She offered to rent us her van, which we did. We never used it since we had hired a driver, but it was nice to know we could use it if we needed. We are already planning our next visit to Hideaways and Boujee Beach Villa.

I came here for my 40th birthday with 7 other ladies. This property was perfect for our group. The privacy of the rooms was perfect for when we needed alone time and there was plenty of space for us to all hang out in a group. The property is even more beautiful in person. Derek was an amazing host and was even answering my many questions about safety, activities, the cars, recommendations on restaurants for weeks prior to our arrival. Janet was amazing, responsive, friendly and professional. I highly recommend renting the Jolly House and enjoying the beauty of the house/island. The house was stocked with anything you need and even had kayaks, paddle boards, floaties and everything you need to enjoy the ocean. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Sea Lilly was amazing - and Hideaways was the absolute best location. The house was perfect in every way. Great location, great view, and everything I needed. Beau was absolutely fabulous - quick to respond, made sure I had everything I needed, and was the perfect host. Leaving was difficult - I could have stayed a month!

Cornell is an awesome host! He made sure we felt comfortable, checked in to see if we needed anything, and even brought us fresh coconut water from the tree. He promptly provided extra towels when we asked. The beachfront location is perfect! Highly recommend!

We had the most relaxing wonderful vacation. The Airbnb was excellent! Clean, modern and very spacious. Large showers and plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking. Location was perfect in the middle of the island. We rented a car and explored the north and south ends of the island. The beach was a short walk away with amazing rocks and coves with white sand and crystal clear turquoise water. You will have seclusion and basically a beach to yourselves! Just a short 5-10 minute drive to Georgetown or the airport. The host Glenroy was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Henry's place is a wonderful spot right on the water. It is rustic - just the basics - but very comfortable and the aquamarine waters of Hoopers Bay will wow you every day. From the front door, it's 20 paces to the steps into the water. We stayed 12 days and would have gladly stayed longer. The best grocery store on the island is Smitty's - a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk (note: all stores on the island are small and close at 6p). There are so many great beaches on Exuma, you should have a car to explore the island. Henry's place / Hoopers Bay is mid-island; Tropic of Cancer beach is 35 minutes south, Cocoplum beach is 35 minutes north - try to get to both! Or just rent kayaks from Henry's brother next door. The house has two units with separate entrances, and is well-insulated in terms of sound. There is another unit upstairs. At times, you could hear other guests, but we never saw them and the place felt very private :-)

A definite slice of secluded paradise. This is the first time we have stayed this south on Cat Island and we enjoyed the central location. Definitely utilize Debbie the cook! It was one of the many highlights of the trip!

We spent 3 short days at The Cedar Beach House and it was simply amazing. From the host helpfulness, to the home being so beautiful, I slept in the master. After a long day of travel the bed was ama,ing, I slept like a baby. The home was clean and provided everything we neeced to cook for ourselves. So happy we chose this airbnb. The value of what we received during this whole experience thank you 'Suga' the host. He doesn't says he is a concierge but he is accommodating and his level of services rises to that. I had family staying in a different airbnb that had concierge services and lets just say Suga blew them out the park. I am incredibly greatful to the host 'Suga' my dad arrived early not only did he pick him up he granted him access to the space early and I'm so thankful because our flight was delayed so many times. I am looking forward to returning and this will be were I am staying on future trips to Exuma!

Our stay at this cottage in Exuma was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Reg was an amazing host - super accommodating and full of great recommendations on the best spots to visit. His hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-kept place to stay in Exuma, this is it. Highly recommend!

Margaret was easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. The great things about her place… It’s in the middle of the island and less than 5 min from the airport making it a 40 min drive to each end. Steps from beautiful beach with seating outside. A two bedroom one bath was perfect for a couple, very clean and comfortable. We made most of our suppers/breakfast at home and the kitchen was great! The place is very clean and smells great when you walk in. It was an added bonus to have a washer and dryer. She added all the extras like beach towels, coolers, beach bag, umbrella, etc. We did ask about foldable beach chairs to bring to each beach but she said someone didn’t return them. So you will not have beach chairs and have to sit on your towels each day. We did not find any foldable beach chairs on the island to buy so that we could use them for the week . We also rented a car from Margaret and that was very easy! She arranged for pick up and drop off from airport
