Being to Exuma before, everything was as expected! The beach was right there and more beautiful then i imagined! We were the only ones on the beach during our stay! Great place to stay if you know what to expect! Definitely need a car!

Our family of 3 stayed at Da Bottom for about a week in mid-February. Ivan, the host, was exceptionally warm, gracious and full of great information that we found was crucial to seeing all there is to see in the Exumas. Ivan had wonderful tips to navigating the islands and is as engaging and helpful as you need. His gentle presence was reassuring when we had some booking issues with one of our excursions. Turns out, Ivan knows everyone and everyone knows Ivan! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and equipped with a blender, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and even a washing machine. If you want to stay in some nights and cook your meals you will need to stop by a local market to pick up your essentials such as ice, cooking oil, fruit and veg, etc. Liquor stores are all along Queens Highway, as well. Ivan provided beach towels and regular bathroom towels aplenty and the AC worked beautifully. Thank you, Ivan! You are one in a million! Until we meet again!

Fantastic place, we thought Rolleville is out of the way, quiet, and welcoming. Exuma Point was a perfect place for us. The cottage was adorable and comfortable. We hope to visit again!

The cottages in the bay have breath taking views - the Caribbean ocean on one side and the Atlantic on the other. The people of the island are so very kind and welcoming, especially our hosts! The children of the island are filled with such great respect. We enjoyed every aspect offered from spirit filled Church on Sunday, the Little shops for food items, the restaurants and their amazing conch and grouper, Grammy’s ice cream and the best part... the warm welcome from the locals. Riding around in the golf cart exploring the exclusive beaches, the blow hole, and the boat tours from Ulrisa and Bread Boy to pig beach, thunder ball grotto, iguana Cay, and compass Cay to swim with the nurse sharks. Best week’s adventure ever! Can’t wait to treat ourselves again on this adventure!

I have been all over the Caribbean and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in! The view from the house is breathtaking and February Point is a beautiful community with the nicest staff. Sasha is very responsive and was kind enough to give us an early check in and a late check out. Don’t even hesitate to book this place! You will not be disappointed

We just got back from our week in Exuma staying at the Frangipani Beachfront Villa. I could write a book about how much we enjoyed our time both on the island and at this particular property. My wife and I stayed with another couple. We rented a car and explored the island the entire week. From the very start we were greeted at the airport and welcomed by our driver, who was an amazing man MR. Reverend Adam Brown. He took us to the property and pointed out all of the wonderful places to eat, the truly amazing beaches, and answered any question we had. He was such a pleasure and made us feel right at home. When we arrived we met Shinida, who was just as fantastic in person as she was throughout the whole booking process. She was available anytime we needed, and had everything in place for our stay. Throughout the week we met so many people who all shared the same peaceful spirit, full of life. We absolutely will return, and hopefully at the Frangipani Beachfront Villa.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Alessandro's villa in the stunning Exuma, Bahamas, and it was an experience we'll never forget. From the moment we arrived, Alessandro proved to be an extraordinary and attentive host. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing us with excellent recommendations for local activities and dining. The villa itself is nothing short of phenomenal. Every detail of the space has been carefully thought out, creating a perfect blend of comfort. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible view. Waking up to a sunrise at Alessandro's villa is a moment that is worth its weight in gold. The panoramic vistas of the crystal-clear waters and the serene surroundings are breathtaking. We cannot thank Alessandro enough for his hospitality and for sharing his beautiful home with us. If you're looking for an unforgettable getaway in the Bahamas, look no further than this exquisite villa.

Casa Del mar was spectacular! We stayed for a week with our two young children and it was the perfect space for us. Incredible location, the beach is gorgeous and private, and the home is a reasonable driving distance from everything. The house is well stocked with towels, linens, games, and a well-stocked kitchen. The kids played in the pool every single day! The property is gorgeous - we saw hermit crabs, lizards, butterflies, hummingbirds, and the "money-bat" moths at night. Gabi and Duran were so helpful with getting into the property and ensuring we had everything we needed when we arrived. Truly the villa was fantastic and we would 100% stay again. To address some of the previous negative reviews. Yes, the main sliding door is impossible to open, however, there are other doors that work fine. They also have a replacement door pending install. Additionally, this is a beachfront villa...yes there is some wear on some furniture...but to us it was hardly noticeable in PARADISE!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! It’s was truly beautiful and close to beaches and restaurants! Angeline and her staff were responsive and gave us lots of insight on what to do while on the island. It’s was an amazing trip! Highly recommend this property!!

The Boujee Beach Villa was amazing. The view is beyond beautiful and the villa has everything you’ll need. We only cooked two breakfast meals, but found everything we needed in the kitchen. The restaurants are so good you’ll want to try several of them. April is a great host. She’s knowledgeable and shares all the “must know information” with you. She offered to rent us her van, which we did. We never used it since we had hired a driver, but it was nice to know we could use it if we needed. We are already planning our next visit to Hideaways and Boujee Beach Villa.

Marti Was the best host ever! I had no idea what I was doing when it came to planning this trip! Marti just took the wheel and set it all up. It was the absolute best time ever! So amazing to see and feel the Bahamas from a local perspective with a resort feel. BJ the captain is the best of the best!!!!!!!!!! Do it all! Love serenity bungalow and Marti… and s’mores the kitty 🐱🥰

Lovely spot on the beach at February Point We liked the location and the restaurant. It’s an easy drive both directions on Great Exuma.

Amazing place! Recommended for families with kids too. The house had everything we needed and more. We also enjoyed kayaking at sunrise and sunset from the beach, few steps from the house. We would love to come back!

Rachel’s place is in such a beautiful and peaceful location. Despite the size of the resort it always felt like we had our own space to relax and unwind undisturbed. There was a small issue with us originally gaining access to the property but Rachel (and Cleo at the site) were so incredibly responsive that it resolved before we finished a beer! Being able to use the resort amenities was a great bonus, and the free shuttle to and from George Town made life much more convenient. Staff were so helpful. Would happily stay again.

Where can I start? Linda thank you for allowing us to make of this vacation a memorable one! We came with our 1-year toddler and this was absolutely amazing. Linda was extremely helpful and accommodating since we were coming with a baby. The space was perfect for us 3. It was calm, peaceful and quiet literally steps to the beach. The villa is located in a resort next to Jolly Hall beach and it was absolutely beautiful. Having a pool was really helpful especially with a kid. The hotel has a restaurant that was very convenient too. We rented a car and parking was available at no cost. The resort/villa is located 10 mins to Georgetown downtown and 15 mins to the airport. The staff were super friendly (Hi Rita and Jeannetta). Lastly, I want to thank Linda for allowing us to check out later so that my son could nap! That saved us the day 🩷 we will definitely come back!

The wife and I decided to take a trip for our 30th Anniversary. We had the most awesome time while there. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the two of us. It was close to pretty much everything you could want or need. Centrally located to plenty of great places to eat, and activities for you to do. Kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. The view is amazing as well as the water! The Bungalow was furnished with all the amenities from coffee and coffee maker, stove top, microwave and an air fryer toaster. It even has an ice maker and a soft sided cooler, which made it perfect for a day trip to Stocking Island. We also loved having our own washer and dryer! All in all, we couldnt have asked for anything else, Mr. Littlejohn was attentive to our every need, and made our stay the best it could have been! There is no way we would stay at an all inclusive resort! We will be back soon, and we will book with Exuma Bungalow!!! Thanks a million Larry! The Brinson's

I'm not sure you can beat this location. Not even a 5 minute drive from the airport and it has a long stretch of beach less than a 30 second walk from the front door. Vladimir's house was clean and had ample snorkel gear / floats / kayaks / and a paddle board for fun on the beach. Some of the roads on Exuma can be challenging, but this house is right off the main highway and has ample parking which is nice. You can walk down the beach to Tim's on the Bay or drive 10 minutes to Prime Island Meats or Smitty's for groceries. It's 15-20 minutes from Hooper's Bay, Jolly Hall Beach, and downtown Georgetown. I would definitely stay here again.
