I booked based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. I was able to park directly outside the cottage with no concerns. Rutland Water is gorgeous and I really enjoyed walking round the reservoir. I also drove to Seaton and found a great view of the very impressive viaduct. I didn’t meet Marie or Ben but Marie was in contact throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend away. opened the door on the saturday morning to a view of a rainbow stretching over the fields. place was very clean and well looked after. short drive into Bedford for a walk around the shops and the local museum and gallery. will be booking in again asap!

Beautiful lodge and location. Could do with a physical welcome pack as the QR code we scanned came up blurry and hard to read on our phones. Lots of ongoing banging around the lodge (not great for nervous dog) Lodge was beautiful, spotless, warm and cosy. Lovely big hot tub. Highland cows were an added bonus. Lots of lovely remote pubs and restaurants within 15 mins drive. Site not yet finished but still lovely-would love to see it when it is complete.

A great stay in Adam’s gorgeous house. Kitchen was really well equipped, beds comfy and great shower. The village is really pretty and Stamford only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend; we were 4 friends but would be great for a couple of families too.

Our stay at the Koya was peaceful and comfortable and the hosts were lovely - including their beautiful dogs. Would highly recommend xx

This place is just stunning. Beautifully decorated and kitted out. Everything comfortable and homely. The hot tub was spotless and soooo lovely. Parking right outside your lodge. The setting is idyllic with the fishing lake just in front and it’s so very peaceful. You can feed the ducks as they come up to the lodges. There’s donkeys, geese, ducks, alpacas and peacock/hen. There even a games room on site with a snooker and pool table and dart board with lots of board games etc you can play. A lovely welcome package on arrival that included a bottle of Prosecco, bread, milk and biscuits. Really helpful guy on site that couldn’t do enough for us (think his name was David). Good comms with the owner Sharon. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely weekend away at Danessa’s place. We were very grateful for the early check in to accommodate our travel plans, and the Airbnb was clean, spacious and very peaceful. We especially loved the big kitchen as we love cooking, and the log burner. Great walks and pubs a short drive away. Danessa was very helpful and responsive. Perfect weekend away!
