Ideal accommodation for our party of 2 couples. Ideal not having to worry about transfer from airport, as Giorgio provided this. Easy access to accommodation. We ate out almost all the time, but with a well equipped kitchen , cooking would have been no problem. Great local restaurant next door, with friendly staff, (also a few others close by). Location is good, though uphill walk to tram lines may not suit elderly or people with mobility issues.

The most comfy beds, despite being so central -nice and quiet. Amazing water pressure. House nice and warm. Great bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes. Omer was proactive and a great communicator about the local protests which we had no idea about. Appreciated the coffee left for us. Simple check in with keys. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush and Omer fixed it ASAP. Great value for money and would 100% stay again. Thank you Omer 💕

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

This was a perfect base for our four night stay in Istanbul. Grischa and Sergey have taken care to make things in the house comfortable for their guests. We were two friends and so had a bedroom and en suite each, and had lots of room. The place is also quite stylish and unique, spread over three floors. The house is in a really great location with cafes and restaurants and quirky shops all around, while also being quiet enough at night to sleep well. A five min stroll down to Tophane tram stop makes it easy to reach many of the main sites. I recommend wandering north up Cuca Cuma Cd to explore the local area more and to get lost in the local streets. We were very happy with the house itself, and my friend says she'd definitely stay here again. There are some things out host can't control such as the 'art installation' (furniture graveyard) out the back, but it's easy to ignore. Choose this place if you want to be comfortable and well located.

Excellent host 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, respectful, communication, always available. Huge apartment fit my family of five with extra beds available. Nice area with park right outside the door, restaurants within walking distance and historic eyupsultan mosque. We really liked the area and the space at the apartment well come back any day, felt like at home. Thank you

Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos der Anzeige und auch sonst war alles Top. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls einwandfrei.

Manzara süper, ambiyansı iç ısıtıcı, vintage havası her yerdeydi. Temizdi ve içerisi sıcaktı. Bu evde konaklamak son derece zevkliydi. Sonraki seyahatlerde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebilceğim bir yer.

Waking up to the breathtaking view every morning was a true highlight! Our host was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, always responsive, and eager to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We loved the view and the house. We had such a great time at the house. Our parents were visiting us and they had such a nice istanbul experience. It was great for the crowded family. The house had everything you would need. Such as every kitchen supply, hair dryer and cottons in every bathroom. Saeed was so nice and help-full, she was kind and sincere. We had such good time made some great memories.

Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

If you are staying in Istanbul then this is THE place to stay. Sardor was an exceptional host from beginning to end. It is a beautiful property, feels like a grand country mansion … gorgeous pool, fantastic staff, comfy air conditioned rooms. A beautiful roof terrace for relaxing in the evenings - overlooking the Bosphorus. An awesome holiday, and the villa was the best thing about it. Thanks for everything!

It was a good experience. The team of sea view grand is very nice and professional. The area is wonderful, everything is just a walk away. We enjoyed our stay.
