Great apartment and an excellent location. The apartment is clean and enough space for two people. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Plenty of restaurants near by, supermarket and a bus to take you to Tel Aviv if you don’t rent a car. If you do, there’s an indoor parking space appointed to the apartment. I’ll definitely come back.

I had a great stay at Itai's apartment. While it’s small, it is very clean, quiet, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is practical, and the space is well-equipped with all the essentials. Itai is a great host—very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time at Anthony's apartment. We were a family of 5, parents and 2 kids and we had enough space for all of us. The location was absolutely perfect with young children , a few minute walk from the marina with lots of restaurants and the mall, and the other direction was a beach! The pool in the apartment was amazing, a big pool, small baby pool and outside area. the view and balcony were great, my kids spent lots of time just watching the boats go by and the fish jump out of the water. Anthony was responsive to all my questions, and very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone. we had an amazing vacation!

Отличный вариант для проживания семьи. Парковкой хозяина не пользовались. Ставили машину рядом с парком. В квартире все чисто, уютно, хороший балкон с видом на город и на парк. Месторасположение оптимальное. Рядом , парк, аквапарк, до моря на машине 15 мин езды. Благодарим хозяев за хороший прием. Рекомендуем. Хорошее соотношение цена качество. Спасибо!

Very spacious place in the heart of Tel Aviv with balcony looking at Dizengoff square. It was very good stay especially comparing with other rent experiences in Tel Aviv. You must consider that it’s noisy because of crowded location.

We had a great stay at the property and Adam was a great host who was as responsive and helpful as you could wish for. We loved the fact that there were loads of uk plug sockets and usb charging points there to make it easy to charge everything that you need to these days. It felt like we were in a home from home with all the kitchen bits and pieces that you may need. I highly recommend it here and will be staying here again. It’s a very short walk around the corner to the beach. Great location.

Well-appointed apartment in an absolutely perfect location — less than a minute walk to the beach and right next to a couple small grocery shops, restaurants, and a bakery. Highly recommend!

The location is unbeatable – close to everything you could need or want, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities needed to make our family feel right at home. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding service provided by Moran. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, from his warm welcome to his prompt and helpful responses to any question or request. His attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort made a huge difference. היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

Gorgeous, comfortable, expansive apartment with huge beautiful private outdoor rooftop space. Backs up to park & playground. Great for dog walking. Amazing location - short walk to stores & restaurants. Great toys & books for the kids. Master bed and 2 upstairs twin beds are very comfortable. But the bunk bed & expandable bed mattresses in the 2 kids' rooms are thin & only suitable for small children. So it really sleeps 4 adults & 4 kids. Kitchen was amazing & super well equipped. Owner was friendly, helpful, and very flexible. We loved our time there and felt very much at home.

Amazing 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv. The place is newly renovated, easily accessible, quiet and clean with all you need for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, all the linens and towels you'll need and two very comfortable bedrooms. Shulamit was always responsive and addressed every question, will definitely come back.

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.

Me and my two boys (12 & 16 ) stayed at the apartment for two weeks in August. We enjoyed our stay very much. Me and the older used the bedrooms and the younger slept in the leaving room. Despite the central location , with restaurants just minutes away , it was very quiet during the night . The kitchen area was relatively small , however it was equipped with everything needed to cook and enjoy breakfast and dinner , we usually ate out for lunch. We enjoyed the roof top to watch the sunset and view the boats sailing away, during the day it was too hot to sit on the roof top . The pool was amazing in the mornings and evenings! Having the underground parking was great during hot summer days. Guy was available for our questions and quickly replied .

The flat was absolutely fabulous!! The living room appearance was even nicer than the pictures :-) The kitchen was fully equipped and more - two type of toasters, coffee machine, lots of cooking utensils, plastic bags, plenty of cups and plates from all kind types, there were coffee, oil, salt and pepper, various spices, and even peanut butter and flatbreads. Amazing. The shower was lacking soaps and lotions, baby wipes etc. Washing machine and dryer was life saver with kids. The swimming pool was spacious and fun, partially shaded with nice staff working there. Having the private parking was very important in this area. Ronit was very responsive and very helpful in our stay and I couldn't ask for a better host!

Staying at Irene's place was comfortable and pleasing. Irene is so very nice and responsive. There was an issue with a water drip from the ceiling which could not be helped during our stay. Irene answered any questions we had and made sure to provide extra items we needed on short notice. Everything was as described. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice and the pool was a perfect addition. The location is great for getting around the Sharon area towns without too much traffic.

What a great place to stay host is super friendly super nice amazing Apartment amazing views of Tel Aviv and the beach. It’s a must stay place but the horses are super guy great Jym great swimming pool it’s a must.

This is a large 5-bedroom apartment in Bat Yam. It is clean and modern with its own private roof top pool. Although you are not in Tel Aviv it is not far away. There are restaurants close by and the local beach is a short walk. If you are staying here I would recommend you have a car. There is car parking on site.
