Michael’s place is central located, grocery store is around the corner and Costco is only 20 minutes away. Michael is a very responsible person, always take care of our needs in a timely manner, we requested extra blankets and kitchen supplies, he delivered immediately to our doorstep. Thanking Michael for taken good care of us.

this property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. it makes absolutely no sense to stay in a hotel when a place like this is out there. the hosts were so fast to respond to questions and even contacted us afterwards because we forgot something and they got it back to us. 10/10

Great place to stay. Love the garage parking and shower! I was there for work and the location was close to everything I needed. I never saw or heard anyone the entire stay.

We loved this house so much that we booked another stay later in the season. It’s the perfect spot for a big group or family, with tons of space to hang out. The bar area, gym space, office, and two dining areas made it super easy for everyone to spread out and do their thing. The major highlight was seeing the aurora from the hot tub and back deck two nights in a row, and it was actually a way better show than when we drove out to Murphy Dome. Watching the northern lights right from the house was unreal. The whole place is well-stocked, comfortable, and just a great setup overall. It is also with in a mile to the Pump House restaurant, which is delicious! Can't wait to come back to this house next year!

Very nice place to stay for a couple of days at Fairbanks. We came as a group of five and everyone gets their own bed. Living room is very nice and cozy to watch TV or just chill for a bit. Game room is definitely a plus. Very clean property and very responsive host. Definitely recommend!

Kristen is a wonderful host. This is our second time staying here and we love everything about it and the hosts!! She definitely goes above and beyond to make your time at their wonderful house an experience to remember!! 5 stars!! Would recommend to anyone!! Northern lights from the patio!! Moose in the backyard. This place has it all!!

By far the best Air BnB I have stayed in. I reached Fairbanks around midnight and Kristin and David picked me up (for an extremely affordable fee). The place was bigger than I expected and getting in was very easy; super clean too. They also gave me tips for local exploration. The place is very close to the bus-stop (I used the public transportation for most of ny day exploration). One day when I was waiting for the bus, David spotted me on the road and offered me a ride—which was so kind of him. Some time after he dropped me off, he returned with ice cleats—something I didn't know I even needed. It certainly saved me from injuries esp while watching the ice sculptures, walking on the icy roads, and the chasing Aurora in the night. I cannot recommend this place enough!
