This was our 2nd stay at this house so we knew what to expect. The house has a lot of character and an old feel but still nice. Everyone loves hanging out at the long kitchen table where the lighting is more cheerful. Beds/baths are very comfortable. We have hosted family thanksgiving here with others coming in for the day. Plenty of room for our group (17). The kitchen amenities are hit or miss, just be prepared to bring some things from home. I always feel like this house is a good value for us, and we are likely to stay here again when multiple family members are coming to town for a holiday.

We stayed at this home when we were coming to visit our daughter at Cedarville. I had some questions and Emily was always very kind and helpful. The home was so beautiful and updated with lots of charm. There were lots of dishes, linens, etc for our stay. We also saw the prettiest sunsets !! We would love to come back again when its warm, to sit on all the lovely porches. My kids already asked if we could make it a tradition and come back to this same home again next year :) thanks for being such a great host Emily!!

The house we set up beautifully with everything we needed! Full kitchen with everything I needed to bake and cook for my family. Absolutely loved the little playroom and the acreage was absolutely wonderful for the little ones to explore!

This place is so nice. I almost hesitate to share about it because if you are have kids at Cedarville this place is the perfect place to stay when visiting and we kind of want it all to ourselves. Less than 10 minutes from campus, minutes from Youngs Dairy, and easy drive to surrounding areas for restaurants. We have a large family of 7 and this house is so much better than 2 hotel rooms. Expansive kitchen with tons of seating. Great sitting/TV area with very comfortable couches. Three large and fully renovated bathrooms and 4 bedrooms that are very clean and well appointed. In addition, there is a great deck with a hot tub. My whole family loved being here and we will definitely be back...Cedarville families should check with me first before booking in the future as I am calling first dibs.

Tiffany’s house was in a great location and we felt right at home. She was quick to respond and we will stay with her again the next time we are in the area.

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were wonderful and the towels were plush. The fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in.

Nicole was extremely responsive. She was flexible and understanding. The detailed instructions and options for house guests were fantastic. The home was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with many windows that brighten up the space. I would have stayed longer. Something to note if you or a family member are renting, the toilet space is small/smaller and lower to the ground. Like a toilet "nook". Most importantly, I felt at home. Extremely grateful for the home and memories!

Katy's place was adorable, clean, and perfect for our quick overnight. Katy was extremely accommodating and responsive. We appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs to run after a day in the truck and the instructions were very clear.

We were in town for the WGI Championships held at UD Arena and other locations. Very close to UD and that was fantastic since we were in and out. Both my spouse and I needed to do work and the apartment was very suitable. The apartment building was quite charming despite the yard needing a but of attention - with spring rains the grass was in need of a mower : )

Stephanie was a fantastic host for my family and I. The home was perfect for our needs and provided a location close to downtown Troy with restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within a few mins walking distance. Over night during or stay the area was threatened with severe weather and tornados. Stephanie called me and offered access to the homes cellar. Her thoughtfulness made a huge difference in making me feel better about the safety of my family and I. If the opportunity comes we'll definitely be staying at this home again!

What a fun place stay. Very creative setup and very comfortable. Warm and quiet. Had everything we needed. The couch was greatly appreciated after our trip. The bed was very comfortable too. Very roomy as well. Thank you again

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was so cute and perfect.

This airbnb was very comfortable and homey. Owners are very responsive and took care of needs. I will definitely stay there again!

The Garden Place in Dayton was perfect for our visit ... easily one of the nicest, best appointed, charming places we've ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully stocked, down to homemade banana bread in the fridge. Plenty of towels & pillows, info on local restaurants, parks and happenings, close to shopping, downtown, UD campus and bike trails ... even charging cables in the bedroom. We'd happily return next time we're headed to Dayton (which is a great city!). Cheers!

The host gave instructions on how to find the location, how to enter and for check out. They allowed us to walk the property and interact with their farm animals. They were very kind.
