Just a really great place to stay. We booked last minute to see some friends and it was just what we needed for a weekend visit.

We loved stayed at this charming B&B and couldn't have asked for a more delightful overnight getaway to celebrate my birthday and out 16th anniversary! Jim and Kay greeted us as soon as we got there and made us feel at home from the start. The private, cozy space and the charming decor provided the perfect escape from everyday life, offering peace and comfort in equal measure. The breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a wonderful way to start the day. Despite being just 30 minutes away from home, it felt like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to unwind and recharge over the weekend!

What a perfect location for a summer getaway! We fished, went out on a canoe, used the firepit, and hiked around the property. It was so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. This place is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. Richard was amazing. He reached out a couple days ahead to suggest a safe route given that it had recently rained on the country roads, and he checked in with us again the day of our arrival. He answered all of our questions and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. It was so comfortable and exactly what my little family of four needed! We look forward to our next visit!

The house was exactly as described, was comfortable, and a great fit for what I was looking for. Linda was very friendly and responsive to any communications. I will certainly stay here again in the future when traveling to the area.

This place is really cool. Lots of space, great fishing, and I love how it is decorated. BJ was so helpful. He text me before check in to see if I had any questions, and then text me again to make sure I had everything I needed. This is a great place stay with family or friends and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

My son graduated from University of Nebraska this weekend and we needed a place where all of our family could stay comfortably. (We are from out of state, and there were 10 of us. The price was comparable to 5 hotel rooms and much nicer!) It took us about 27 minutes to get to Memorial Stadium for graduation. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with soft towels and nice linens. Everything was very clean. The property is gorgeous. We took several great family photos. Perfect area for bird watchers. Very private and peaceful. Watching the thunderstorms from the sun room and sunsets from the dock area were highlights of the evening. The basketball court was fun. Joe was very responsive. Easy to check in. We loved it. One of our favorite Airbnb rentals ever. Highly recommended if you have a large family.

Just what we wanted and just what we expected. It was a great bar for our large family to visit family and friends in Marshall county. We will stay again the next time we are in town.
