Bradley’s place feels like a home from home. It is both comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Everything you’d possibly need is provided! This time there was even a new radiant heater that could be individually controlled. We always look forward to returning!

Beautiful space with a lovely backyard. The rooms were perfect with comfortable beds and extra space to keep personal items. The lounge was cozy with spacious sofas for an end of day hang. Very close to downtown Napa for easy access to restaurants and wineries.

Spotless space, clean new linens, great walkable location, responsive host, zero issues would definitely stay again!!!

The place is exactly as described. Great location to explore the Bay Area. Host was friendly and helpful, upfront beforehand about possible upstairs noise from early risers (we brought earplugs and it was no problem). Parking was no problem and there were great restaurants and cafes nearby. Would stay again.

Beautiful place, the view is actually really nice, I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice. Gina was great as well, she was very understanding when the plant pot broke. Overall felt safe , as I am a solo female traveler and I enjoyed my stay.

Judith's place is my go-to address any time I visit Berkeley. Spot is great with an ideal location, access to BART and San Pablo with almost every service one could dream of. The backyard garden is the cherry on top, a beautiful and quiet space to relax. Judith is always responsive and welcoming, the ideal host.

Megan, thank you for providing such a comfortable and welcoming place to return to at the end of the day. It is such a peaceful and quiet retreat. Everything was in working order, and the treats were much appreciated. Great little home!

I've stayed here now a couple times, once with my wife (couples trip) and this visit just myself (visiting friends). Both time Sage was awesome! Great communication and very friendly. The Sauna was a good detox in the morning.

My second time staying here, great home exactly as pictured. The home is quiet, peaceful and in a great location. No reason not to stay here if you are interested.

I rented this Jim’s place for my nieces who came to visit San Francisco for 2 weeks. The communication with Jim was super easy and he was very flexible with check in, so they wouldn’t have to wait after a transatlantic flight. The place was clean and light and quiet. While it didn’t have a kitchen (no surprise it was well known from the description) it had a microwave and a decent sized fridge to keep some food fresh. The place seemed newly renovated and even had a stairwell lead to nothing (obviously to upstairs but a wall had been installed). This reminded me a bit of the Winchester Mystery House, I thought it was pretty cool. :) During their stay, he was always reachable via chat and reached out proactively a couple of time to see if everyone was having a good time. Overall, it was a great experience and I can only recommend his place.

Oh my gosh, this was a last minute booking for us on our once a year trip south from Oregon and this spot is likely to be one of the high high points of our road trip. We were planned to get in after 10pm and really wanted to get a soak in before passing out after a long drive and Elizabeth was so kind to welcome us to use the hot tub under the stars - it was an incredible experience. And there were frogs nearby adding to the ambiance.. really no better outcome after a longgg drive. Then there’s the bed, they got. It. Right. It’s so comfortable with all the right pillows. It feels incredibly private and the energy is just peaceful. If you have any doubt on booking this spot don’t just do it you’ll thank yourself. There’s also a sauna and cold plunge that we didn’t take advantage of, but the setting is just incredible up there. They really put a lot of love and thought into the space. This will be a mainstay among our stopovers to the Bay.

Lovely little spacious adult apartment in the trees. Well equipped with anything I needed. Soft comfortable bed. Parking is tight so a small car is recommended. Not really walkable to Montclair (very steep, no sidewalks for the first mile) but quick drive into town. Check out fenton’s ice cream on piedmont ave, a local classic.

Beautiful place to stay. Peaceful and. away from the city but near public transportation stops. Will definitely be staying here again next time.

Had a great stay in Sonoma, we had a fantastic time! Having a washer and dryer made the difference. Full kitchen and all of the wine amenities - big bonus as well! Easy 3 min drive to local shops, bars and restaurants. Not forgetting sweet Ethel - pup! Would highly recommend and look forward to our return.

May and Ilan were outstanding hosts — their space was clean, quiet, and super comfortable! We encountered an issue with the hot water heater, and they were extremely responsive and helpful in getting it resolved quickly. The bed was so comfortable - so much so that I thought of asking for the brand information to take home with me. It is a very short drive or public transit ride to the heart of San Fransisco, while the neighborhood surrounding is quiet and residential. I’d recommend this stay to anyone traveling to this area.

It was a great place. We were there for the GDC conference. As a party of four (two couples) the place was great. We had a common room with a kitchenette (no stove) to make simple meals like sandwiches or heat up leftovers. There were also a TV which came in handy when we wanted to wind down after a long day of the conference. There were also a dining room which were great for breakfasts and boardgames. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom were everything you needed. Overall a great stay and if I were to come back to San Fransisco, I would reach out to George for sure!

This is my second time staying at Serena's place. I stayed for about a week for a work trip, and loved everything about this place. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood; the check in was smooth, and you get the entire suite to yourself, which is equipped with everything you will need for a short stay. Serena is a great host and super accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay in a quiet neighborhood. The space is a bit compact but totally fine. All the listed amenities were there. Easy walk to bus stops and lots of great places to eat nearby. Vikas has also been very responsive during the whole stay. Definitely recommend.

very clean and comfortable stay with personalized touches has simple but important amenities and directions that seem to be lacking more these days (extra towels, directions to turn on the shower, blankets, soap, etc.) there is some noise of footsteps heard upstairs but nothing overly loud or distracting i would stay here again !

Comfy, clean, and spacious stay in San Francisco. It’s close to the beach and to public transportation stops. Hosts were helpful with any of my needs. Highly recommend this stay for anything visiting San Francisco.

I visited San Francisco recently twice so I 'tested' both the Cosy and the Garden suits. The latter one is bigger, has a separate bedroom, the Cosy Suit is smaller, but one can watch TV from the bed. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen area in both suits covers the basics for 2 people, but do not plan any bigger meals. The bathrooms are clean. The instructions are clear, finding the place, getting in is extremely easy. It is a plus if you happen to arrive rather late. The West Portal has several good restaurants. My favorite is El Toreador. (I like mole poblano). One can get coffee, pastries, buy groceries nearby or could take the M to Stonetown to Trader Joe's. The Muni stop is just around the corner. One could take a streetcar to downtown (K,L,M) or to Ocean Beach (L). I would also recommend 'climbing' Mt. Davidson (great view from the top!). I might be a bit biased about this neighborhood: I used to live here for almost twenty years.
