6 of us stayed in this beautiful modern up to date home. We came to see the DC area and attend a couple of events. The home is in a beautiful area we saw deer on 2 different days during our 4 day stay. 2 the first time and 4 the second time. They have a patio with a BBQ and a fire table and chairs. The house was super nice and cozy while being roomy at the same time. We took the metro into DC (top notch metro system)everyday $13.00 for a allday pass or less if you buy multiple day passes. The metro station is 1.5 miles away. Lyft to station was $7 to $9 or 30 minute walk. Stores are nearby. I contacted the host and they were super good to respond right away. All in all I am coming back in the summer and will stay here again

We were in town for a military retirement on Ft Belvoir with other activities not on the base. This location was central to all “things” in the DC. We did a day of sight seeing and walking the old town of Alexandria. For us a big bonus was that this place was an easy five minutes (with no need to get on a freeway) to and from DCA which for us was very important. The keypad got us in and out easily- parking out front was easier for us just based on the size of our rental van but you can choose to use the carpad/ carport in back. Brian was very responsive, house was clean and had the necessary essentials we needed. we enjoyed our stay Very much. Thank you !

Great location and very spacious house. Stayed here with 2 kids and 3 adults.. and had more than enough room for all of us. Has lots of different room and places for kids to play. Quiet and beds were very comfortable. Tyler was a great host very communicative.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

The stay was great. The house and backyard were beautiful, very warm and peaceful. Close to restaurants, local downtowns, and historic DC sites. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect home away from home while we visited our family near by. We loved and appreciated the displays of Christianity and spirituality throughout the home. We were especially impressed with the well appointed and generous kitchen. The sunroom was a great bonus and the outdoor deck space was charming. We felt the neighborhood was safe and easy to navigate and close to stores, restaurants and medical help if needed. Suggestions to make this a truly top notch property would be updating the towels and wash cloths (they are a bit dated, dingy and warn) and splurging a bit to provide two ply toilet paper instead of single :) All in all we would highly recommend this property and would return again.

I had an amazing time staying at this wonderful home! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was in perfect proximity to shopping area and dining locations . The owner was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described. Everything was new or in pristine condition. The communication was excellent. We stayed and walked to the zoo. It was perfect. We had 3 but this would easily fit 4. They have all the extra touches in addition to the dishes, cookware, etc to make you feel like you don’t want to leave. They’ve thought of everything. Also the decor was such that you stepped into a concept or clear vision and it made you feel relaxed.

We had a great time at Ethan’s place! It was a perfect base for our group to explore DC from and would definitely stay again. One thing worth noting is how difficult parking is. There isn’t street parking really anywhere but there is a garage across the bridge. The garage closes at night though and you cannot enter nor exit until the next day. We arrived around 8PM and found the garage to be closed on a Thursday night. Parking really isn’t Ethan’s fault or responsibility at all, just wish we would have had a bit more info on the situation so we could have arrived earlier to avoid parking a 10 min walk from the house late at night. Overall, would stay here again though, the place was well taken care of and matches exactly what we expected!

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's place. The space was very clean, cozy, warm, and inviting. We felt right at home. We appreciated all the treats and amenities. The neighborhood beautiful and the location fit our needs just right.

Courtney was kind and very responsive. The property was easy to get to. Everything matched and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this property.

Jeff and Peggy's place was very nicely done and everything was spotless. it was just like the pictures and seemed bigger than it was. very comfortable and private. we loved our stay and I would highly recommend staying there. everything was perfect.

We were visiting our daughter who works for NIH and lives in Bethesda. This location was ideal for our needs. The apartment was very clean and is well stocked with all pots ,pans, and dishes that you would need. If you wanted to cook there were many oils and spices to choose from that were in the kitchen and available to use. The apartment was very quiet, it had a work desk that I needed and the WIFI connection is very fast. I do rent a car when going to Bethesda and having the designated parking spot is very nice to have included. Thank you for a Great stay. Brian from Boston

It was a great stay, my guest and I were satisfied with everything Bruke’s place had to offer. The condo was clean and we felt safe, no complaints!

Lovely apartment with many great restaurants nearby and within striking distance of DC.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark’s condo. The location is perfect - walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops and metro. You’re also steps away from the Capital Crescent trail. We felt very safe in the condo’s secured building. The condo was clean and fresh. Bed was super comfy and shower had great water pressure. There were ample spots for teleworking. We stayed for a week and loved every moment. We may make this our go-to spot when visiting the DMV.

Place is bigger than the photos , have anything need , bed is so comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. Located in the quaint historic town of Occoquan, it was the perfect stop on our drive from NY to SC. It was spacious and well equipped. My husband, an artist, really liked the large green painting in the living room. Thank you!

Lucas was great.! Had a few hiccups because of the holiday season and Lucas went above and beyond to help solve the issue!

I highly recommend Penny as a host! She had the fridge stocked with basics, catered to my tastes, as well as snacks and fresh fruit.
