I can't say enough good things about how helpful and responsive our host was. As a person travelling with family, I so appreciate clear and consistent communication, as well as flexibility. The place was also exactly as described and we felt right at home.

Le logement était très bien mis, à part le fait que pour y accéder il faut monter deux escaliers ce qui n’est pas pratique quand vous êtes charger,et le manque de four aussi vraiment dommage, mais sinon dans le reste appartement ressemblant comme sur les photos,consignes de l’hôte claire et faciles à appliquer,hôte très réactif, A quelques pas du logement il y a un trader joe's pour effectuer quelques courses mais il n’y a pas énormément de choix,sinon il y a un CVS un peut plus loin,la ligne de métro Froggy Bottom a 5min à pied très pratique. Mis à part ses petits détails la ville est très interessante,culturellement parlant les musée accessible gratuitement,ville très propre,ville très good vibes je recommande ce logement ainsi que cette destination. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour 😇😇.

Not an elegant place, but excellent value. Nice neighborhood, about 12 min walk from metro. Host was exceedingly responsive. I’d stay again.

Great spot!

The location was great: quiet neighborhood and easy 20-minute walk to Metro. Tyson's Corner, Wolf Trap and downtown Vienna were all close by.

We are so happy we stayed in Karah and Brennen's apartment. It was extremely comfortable for our long 2 month stay. We are familiar with Alexandria, and Del Ray is the most fun neighborhood. Friendly people, fantastic restaurants, easy walk to the metro, and convenient to everything we needed. Karah, Brennen and their brand new baby girl are wonderful.

Ha & Todd’s place was clean, clutter-free & comfortably furnished! It was the perfect space for accommodating myself, my parents & my 2 daughters (3 adults & 2 children)! Very comfortable pillows & beds. Location is close (ie. Few min drive) to a grocery store & some restaurants. It was also nice to have a park & playground in walking distance to entertain the kids! The only thing that I would point out is that there is a flight of stairs leading from the entry door to the door leading into the kitchen so if you have heavy luggage or difficulty climbing stairs, this could be cumbersome. Overall, our stay & Ha & Todd’s place was excellent & I would recommend!

Staying here was a treat. Quiet, peaceful, clean, and phenomenal location really make Anju's place stand-out. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting, or even looking for a few nights away if you live in the area. Easy to reach downtown and directly across from Rock Creek Park for those looking for nature nearby!

We loved the location, very accessible for our trip to visit American University. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Falls Church and the area are beautiful. The house was very well maintained. Claire was very communicative about everything we needed to know. Would definitely go back.

Great stay for me, my wife, and dog

The home was perfect for our needs! It is an old row house so not very wide but the set up makes it feel spacious. The third bedroom downstairs doesn’t have a door as it is the open space at the bottom of the stairs but it still felt private. As with any old home with wood flooring, you can hear those staying with you but I never heard the neighbors (we had a baby with us so I know they heard her but they were gracious and friendly). Everything is updated and the beds were very comfortable. Maggie even had a pack n play sent over when we asked about one. She was very responsive and checked on us often. It is one block from the metro stop entrance and you don’t have to cross any main roads to get there! One more block to King St and you are at a bus stop. Buses and trolleys are feee on King St so that was very helpful and has stops every two blocks. We loved our stay here and always stay in Alexandria during our visits so we will be back to this rental! Thank you Maggie and neighbors!

Amazing stay for a group of 7 of us! Had more than enough room and Andy was very accommodating with our plans!

Can’t beat the location, a block and a half to the Metro, a short block from lively King Street, which is lined with restaurants and boutiques, and a lovely walk down to the harbor. Diane was extremely responsive, even bought a Nutribullet blender when I asked if she had one!

Great place, clean and with all the necessities. Host is very communicative and respectful. The house is very closed to bus stops if you need them to get transported. Just FYI, since is a basement apartment, you can hear people upstairs (ex walking) but is nothing too loud or disturbing. I stayed for 5 weeks, so really appreciated having parking, washer and dryer available at the apartment.

I loved this home and will use it again when family comes into town. It was exactly what was listed but better. My family had enough space, the appliances was up to date and the beds and furniture was comfortable. Kayla was very responsive and very friendly when I had questions even before I booked the home. We were visiting our daughter who works for NIH and lives in Bethesda. This location was ideal for our needs. The apartment was very clean and is well stocked with all pots ,pans, and dishes that you would need. If you wanted to cook there were many oils and spices to choose from that were in the kitchen and available to use. The apartment was very quiet, it had a work desk that I needed and the WIFI connection is very fast. I do rent a car when going to Bethesda and having the designated parking spot is very nice to have included. Thank you for a Great stay. Brian from Boston

Incredible host in an exceptionaly convenient location near the bear of Herndon! Will look these hosts up first the next time I'm in Herndon!

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and in a fantastic location. The dedicated parking about a block away is very much appreciated in this area where street parking can be a challenge. Would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed in a few different places in Occoquan, which I adore!! This one is by far my favorite for the location and it really is a great value!!

Location was excellent. A lot of restaurants to choose from. Cute cafes, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance. Nice green spaces for my dog. The apartment was neat, clean, and welcoming. The balcony was very nice too. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Kayne was welcoming, responsive and friendly. He offered assistance with location, parking and anything else I’d need. The condo was exactly as described, well appointed, comfortably furnished and inviting. The location is perfect for a stay in Alexandria; slightly off the main road, with everything within walking distance and easy access to DC, if desired. Check in and check out instructions were clear. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to return!

I gave five stars because Willie was so friendly, always responsive and proactive to try to resolve initial issues with smoke detectors going off two nights in a row very late even after Willie replacing battery and resetting it. The apartment was so cozy, clean and had everything I needed to cook. Well equipped. Hot water for a long shower! Comfortable bed and bedding. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Helpful to use a white noise app and wax earplugs for noisy mornings especially on weekdays if you need to sleep late. Choosing a 2nd floor apartment would avoid hearing the loud walking upstairs. Worth carrying your suitcases up the stairs especially if a late sleeper. I extended my stay two nights and wish I could have stayed the weekend to see more friends and music after a family burial. I became very much at home there. I would stay again! Appreciated storing my luggage until my late flight and the noon checkout exception. Very helpful. Thank you Willie!
