Hans place was a very peaceful retreat for my husband and I. We found the space to be very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay! Our book club went for a reading retreat, and we had a great time. There are plenty of areas to sit and read, although we ended up doing more talking than reading. Emily and Jeremy worked with our schedule and were super accommodating. They also texted to let us know about some severe weather in the area. This was my second trip to Cottrell Cottage and I will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, especially since we were able to bring our fur baby with us! The home was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the deck in the evening. We look forward to coming back with our kids and grandkids soon. Since they have so many things for little ones available it will be super convenient as well!

We stumbled upon this listing while on a whim and decided to give it a try. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The two-room layout was a highlight, and there was ample space for our furry companions as well as a spacious yard. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious and provided the most comfortable sleep we’ve had during our entire trip. However, we did encounter a few concerns during our stay. Fortunately, Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing them. The home felt like our own, and it provided everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. I’m already planning my next stay.

Angela’s place was so cute and was much bigger than it looked in pics. Has lots of beds and can sleep a lot of people. Older home but very solid and nice remodel. On a busy 2 lane highway but we got used to that quickly and didn’t even think about it after the first day. As a matter of fact I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the huge picture window and watch the cars go by. It was quite peaceful. Felt roomy and kitchen was well equipped. About 20 mins to Fairfield Bay and Greer’s Ferry Lake west side. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved our trip. The Air B&B was a beautiful place host was wonderful kept in contact with us through our 4 hour trip we made it an hour early before check in and he let us go on in! and even after we got there we had a bad storm come through and he emailed us to make sure we were all good!

Beautiful cabin and amazing location. The cabin was very clean and organized. Perfect for our getaway!

Nice place to stay and very accommodating! Great place for a smaller group or larger family to stay if you are wanting something quiet and peaceful without being disturbed. The house was really nice and in a great area!

Michaels place was great ! It was the perfect house for my family of 5. The location was close to everything. Mike made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us daily. I highly recommend ! Thanks for a great stay Mike !

Wonderful stay and wonderful host! I had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed the condo. Everything was just as described and Dee is thorough and accurate with the instructions. She also provided great recommendations for activities and food in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! She knew we were bringing our pups and had a had a dog bed, bowls, and toys ready for them. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Communication was super smooth and Rhonda was so accommodating! We will definitely be checking to see if her place is available the next time we’re in the area!

This place stands out as the absolute best Air B&B we've ever stayed at. We were hesitant at first being that dogs are allowed... (we wondered if it would smell like "dog", or have dog hair on the furniture) but no bad smells, and no dog hair. We were very happy about that! The bed's were very comfy! We had a good bit of rain the week we were there, so the quilts all around the house were great, and used by each of us. As a family with 5 kiddos ranging from 13, all the way down 7 months, we were happy to have plenty of room for everyone. We love playing games, so having all the board games available was a big bonus. My guys really enjoyed using the dartboard outside under the covered front porch! They had several tournaments in the week we were there. Lol Suzy was the perfect hostess, and was so sweet to suggest a few family friendly activities within the Fairfield Bay area. There are quite a few things we didn't get to do in our week stay, but are looking forward to next time!!

We had a great stay at Melissa's lakeside retreat. Our group had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games around the large table. Everything was super clean and comfortable and we loved waking up to the beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend staying at Melissa's place if you travel to the Fairfield Bay area. She was a fabulous host and made us feel right at home.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities we could need. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again!

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

It was nice to be able to control the temperature in the room so easily. I do wish it had already been set to a reasonable temp before I got there though. But they had everything anyone would need in a cute and relaxing way.

Communication with Michelle was great she responded fast and even met us at the entrance to show us the property and amenities. The tent faces the lake so you have an amazing view. The pictures don’t do it justice. There is a wood stove heater inside the tent in case you get cold, but the blankets provided kept us warm. There were several lights for one to use if you need to use the outhouse when it’s dark. It was a very nice and peaceful getaway.

Linda's home was perfect for our large group! She has thought of everything we could have needed. Her husband met us at the property and showed us around and it was perfect! The beds were comfortable and the house was very spacious! I would recommend this to anyone and will be back again if we go down to this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, screened-in deck, terrace, lake access, and location were all great. Hope we have an opportunity to stay again some time in the future.

Herat quiet little cabin. In the area for work. Can’t beat it. The place is clean. And meats all the needs . What you see is what you get. What she has put in the description is exactly what you will get. They are very attentive and get back to you with any questions you may have immediately. Only negative was that it advertised a pool table but it wasn’t there. But that is the worst I can come up with and that was totally ok for me and what I was using the spot for. Don’t hesitate to book! You won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay , this little cabin had everything we needed and it was such a good nights rest!! We will go back!!!

The house, view and property are wonderfully remote, but not so far away from things that it is inconvenient. The only thing we heard were the birds and a very, very distant outboard motor; the place will just calm you as soon as you walk out onto the deck and look at the lake. The house is very well cared for, everything worked, and was exceptionally clean. I am already planning and looking forward to our next visit!

Chad was a great host. The place was extremely clean in a great area. Everything was exactly as posted and better.i would recommend to anyone!
