This unit is separate and external from the building so it gives you a sense of unique privacy. The building is an empty factory that has been transformed into apartment units. Every bit of mortar was used in the exceptional design and decorating of this building. The furnishings are comfortable and make you right at home. Check this place out!

I’ve had to visit Columbus many times and prefer renting this unit when I can. This unit has always been reliable, clean, comfortable, well furnished. Parking spot, location, and host are great.

Dom's place was beautiful, exactly as described, and perfect for what I needed on my work trip to the Columbus Convention Center. I was able to walk to where I needed to go, and the fact that there was a free parking spot included was huge! The small convenience store on the corner was also super helpful, as I forgot a few items at home :) Dom was so communicative and helpful, but also allowed me the space to be on my own while staying in their place! I loved staying here, and would definitely do so again!

We've stayed in three Airbnbs in Columbus this year and this one was the best and the least expensive. Great location, very clean. Matthew was extremely responsive too.

Besides the place being comfortable and the air conditioning being really good for the cold, I think the neighborhood and area (town of Baltimore) is a very humble, quiet place. It brought extreme peace of mind, I would definitely go here again. Loved it

Good place. About 20 minutes away from Hocking Hills Park.

Rebecca was amazing from start to finish. She was proactive in making sure we got checked in and that we had no issues during our stay. We were in town for the Arnold Classic and we only had a short drive to the convention center from the house. The local restaurants around the house were great and very close. There was a gym (American Barbell) very close by that had a lot of the Arnold Classic crowd there as well so that was a plus! Amenities in the home were as advertised. The home itself was perfect. The decor was vintage, modern, colorful, beautiful and fresh. Everything was very clean. We had all the toiletries we needed as well as a washer and dryer so we could come home with clean clothes. Fresh grounded coffee was available in the morning. There is a long driveway for plenty of parking. Overall it was beyond expectations. Rebecca was a great host and the home was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

What a lovely home!!! Good eateries nearby and beautiful location. My guests and I loved staying here, very comfy and cozy. Plenty of space to spread out and COMFY beds! We enjoyed how quiet it was but a quick stroll away from some good eats or a nice view. Great house! We would love to come back again

Everything was great. You get exactly what was advertised. Caleb was very proactive and extremely friendly. Checked in with us every couple of days to make sure everything was still going ok. 10/10 on all fronts.

Shan was great to work with! The space was perfect for our short trip to Columbus. Walking distance to Nationwide Arena where we were going for an event. Would love to stay again if we plan another Columbus trip!

Andy was very responsive for any questions that I had leading up to and during our stay. The game room in the basement is an excellent touch, and we were and to very comfortably fit a family of 6 here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Columbus area!

We stay here when we come down to Athens for every Thanksgiving with my girlfriend's son and daughter-in-law. Never been disappointed. Very comfortable with all the amenities you'd want.

This was a perfect location and accommodations for attending an event at the Convention Center. Nia's recommendations of restaurants and running routes were incredibly helpful. So many restaurants and activities in the area that are walkable from this location. Definitely a spot I would recommend, especially if you are in town for an event at the Convention Center.
