My daughter and I stayed at Deni's place during a visit to Ohio University. It's less than 15 minutes to campus and Athens, but you feel like you're totally off the grid. It's very quiet and surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife. Deni's directions were super helpful, and she was in touch me with before and during our stay to make sure we had all we needed. The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious, and the bed is soooooo comfy with lots of pillows and crisp linens. It's so homey inside and decorated with lovely local art and books and is full of interesting and quirky artistic detail. There is a deck that directly overlooks a pond, and I'd love to visit again when it's warmer to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend Deni's place if you want to "get away from it all" but also be handy to the awesome, funky little town of Athens.

We were delighted with all of the extra attention to detail, thoughtful supplies/kitchen comfort items, and fresh linens/bath items were a bonus! As frequent travelers, our unit's updated decór, cleanliness, and simplicity were all greatly appreciated!

Enjoyed our weekend stay very much - easy check in, private, very close to town, and nice accommodations. Would recommend for folks wanting a peaceful stay in Granville. Would definitely stay again!

The location of this lake house was perfect. Having a dock, bike path access and walkability to a handful of restaurants was perfect for our weekend stay. We had everything we needed and more, and Kristen was responsive to questions and very kindly accommodated a late check out for us at the end of our stay.

Beautiful place right on the lake. We brought our team of 9 to stay here when we hosted an event in Heath, OH. It wasn’t a long drive to the airport and it was close to lots of good restaurants that Julie shared. Julie was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for LL 2024 and would do it again. It was a 7 minute ride to and from aside from getting there unless you left after 2-3pm. It was the perfect place to have AC, stay in from the rain, have a bed to sleep in and full kitchen/refrigerator to not pay festival food prices for every meal. Scott was and continues to be the best, nicest and most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. He treated us like family allowing us to check in early, check out late, etc.. He responded through the app as fast as if I was texting his personal cell. One of us left an item at the home and he sent it back right away. I plan on trying to book this anytime I come back for LL or come back to the area. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and everything was as advertised. We wish we could have used the boat slip/dock and fire pit but didn’t have the time.

We enjoyed this home. I loved their heating system. It kept us very warm. The bed was comfy. This is a canal view. We were glad to see some water. The hot tub swim spa was amazing! This was our first time seeing one. In the summer it would be even more enjoyable leaving the doors open. Yes it was fully enclosed .

We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful area the home was in. It was well equipped and had lots of sleeping areas to fit our large groups needs. The onsite tenant was extremely friendly and helpful when we had a question.

Wonderful place for a fall weekend getaway! Well stocked, clean and great amenities. Amazing view of the lake and convenient access to the lake. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
