When we arrived there was a misunderstanding about reservations. Josh answered my text and then called. Told him the situation and he left a date to come help us! Also offered anything we needed, and got a refund for the first night. Very grateful for not making all a big deal. Definitely puts customers first

We felt right at home, safe, neighbors are amazing and neighborhood is beautiful. Owners were amazing and very responsive and personable and friendly. We stayed 11 months while my husband renovated the BMW there in Mobile off of Government Street. Felt like home literally. It’s an old historic home so it had that old feel and character.

Had a great stay for Mardi Gras at T’s Airbnb. Do not let the fact that it is in the Prichard area turn you away, it is in a quiet secluded area. T was very friendly and responsive and even sent us some info about the Mardi Gras events in the area.

This was my second stay at Elisa's this year. Wonderful location with so many things to do in Mobile. Great fenced in back yard for our dog to get exercise and walkable neighborhood. Elisa was very responsive to any question and I will be returning again in the future if she will allow it. Thank you Elisa!

We had a very relaxing stay. The beach was close by for daily walks. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the local restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The house is so cozy and only steps away from the beach! It’s had two great porches with views of the ocean. There are all the amenities of home. I forgot to bring my fan (I travel with it because I like the noise) and they had several available for use. There are two great swings under the house along with an outdoor shower. Paul was very quick to communicate and a very helpful host. I will definitely be back!

Melissa’s place was fantastic for me and my family. There was adequate space and we felt right at home. I loved how spacious each of the upstairs bedrooms were. Everything was very clean and neat upon our arrival. The home is a short walk to the beach and we loved having beach toys for the kids as well as beach towels at the home. While we didn’t take advantage, there is a golf cart available for rent and had we stayed longer, we would have taken advantage of the rental option. The bbq grill was a great added bonus for us to grill in on our last night. I reached out to Melissa on multiple occasions before we arrived and she was responsive every single time. Her level of compassion during a very challenging time for us was the most appreciated. Overall everything was perfect and Melissa was an absolutely amazing host. We will definitely book again when we’re in the area.

This place was beautiful! Host responded to any and all questions very quickly. House was very clean, comfy and spacious for me and my family. The kitchen is beautiful and I cooked several nights during my stay. All rooms including the bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries. The beds slept comfortably and the decor was beautiful throughout the home. The home is close to the beach and the property has a shared pool, that was very well maintained. I enjoyed brewing a fresh cup of coffee and sitting out on the screened in patio to enjoy that first sip. Very peaceful. Martha was extremely friendly and was available to answer questions and also helped with last minute accommodations when we arrived. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay here again. We will definitely return.

Me and my friends stayed here for spring break and it was perfect!! Short walk to the beach and plenty of area in the house to hang around as well.

This was our second time staying here. It's become our go-to rental when we come down to visit family in the area. Everything was as easy, convenient, and comfortable as the first time we stayed. I'm sure we'll be back.

Erin and Nick have set this place up with everything you could possibly need from kids toys, pack and play, to coffee beans. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, the kids enjoyed the pool when we weren't at the beach which was nice so they weren't inside bored. They had amazing extras for our furbaby as well. I couldn't recommend this place more, seriously if you're thinking about it-- book it!!! It's amazing as long as you're okay with being a good 20 mins from town, we enjoyed being away from the craziness spring break can be. The beach is a short walk!!! Totally worth it, everyone one of us enjoyed it-- would definitely book again! Erin and Nick were incredibly helpful with any questions we had and had any issues sorted out as soon as possible! 10 out 10!!!

I’ve stayed at many AirBnBs over the years. I think Terry’s Speak Easy on Perdido Bay was at the top of the list. The pictures don’t do it justice. I was apprehensive, but when I walked up to the apartment, I was in awe. The yard is small, but who needs a large yard. The deck and docks are well maintained. The apartment was much brighter than the pictures show. It is well furnished and supplied. Terry left us a bottle of wine and even a bottle of champagne since m boyfriend was flying in from NY to spend the week with me. We’re not big drinkers, so the wine and champagne are there for the next guests. If I ever come back to Pensacola, Terry’s will be the first place I research.

We had a great stay with our kids and dogs over Christmas! House was perfect for us, and close to everything. The sand toys were great for the kids to not have to pack, along with all of the other supplies. House was very clean, and having 3 bathrooms was so nice! Also there is a blow dryer, always nice to not have to pack that! One thing to note of the general area if you have dogs, there are “sand spurs/stickers” outside of actual grass. This isn’t just this property, but in MANY places we went. Our dogs have curly hair so that can be a pain, but as a dog owner I know they can be pesky for any dog so just thought I’d mention it.

The house was beautiful. Room for everybody. We had nine people, including a baby staying at the house and we never felt crowded. Loved the proximity to the beach. We also loved the beach was not crowded. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends!! Also loved the fact that it was pet friendly!!

We had a blast, loved the house. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We could not have beeb happier. Price was a value in my opinion. Everything worked great, AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher. We would not hesitate to stay here in the future, and highly recommend this house. Back deck, over looking the ocean, was awesome. The room downstairs had all the beach toys we needed. Thank you guys!!!

We have been vacationing on the Gulf for decades now but had never visited Dauphin Island. What a perfect piece of paradise!! Very local vibe with NO big high rises blocking your view. Perfect location. We enjoy the time on the bay side and beach side. Absolutely loved being able to see both bodies of water. ***would definitely plan on going to groceries on the way in so you don’t have to come back off the island once arriving***Host was incredible responding on any questions asked!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 💫

This was our second stay here (on the opposite side of the duplex) and again, we loved it! Not only is it exactly as described but they have so many amenities on hand and the house is very clean! The location is so close to everything but tucked away enough to not be disturbed and our kids loved using the bikes they have available. The hangout area under the house is great for grilling out, playing games, or “just chilling”. We will hopefully be back again next summer!

Wonderful home ; responsive host and def was a nice neighborhood. The neighbors all had Halloween themes and the children loved it . I def give 10/10 and would come back anytime . And might I add that host was so responsive that was amazing cause I have had bad experiences with unresponsive host before.
