Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

House owners were extremely responsive and informative. House was well stocked , and a great location and view made the stay even better.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

Great place, nice atmosphere and big with a lot of rooms. Clean and lovely surroundings. I just wish with how big it is, there’s more bath rooms. Hope to come back when its not cold so pool is not cold. 👍🏼

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay during the weekend of our niece's wedding in Baltimore. The home has plenty of large common areas, dining space, and super comfortable beds - even the queen-size bunk beds on the lower level had high-end mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had 4 additional family members drop in for dinner on our last night there, and it was no problem preparing food for, and serving, 17 people. Everyone was happy with this choice for our accommodations.

It was simply amazing. Daniel was a fantastic host. The house was incredible. Spacious, beautiful and peaceful felt just like home. The family and I enjoyed every inch of it. Family vacation home for every trip we take to DC.

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

Stuart's place was exactly as pictured. his home was clean and welcoming. Everything was walkable, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. The neighborhood is terrific, and the Sunday farmers market is held practically next door. Stuart was very quick to respond to my questions both before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again, the next time we are in town. If you are looking for a home away from home in DC, don't look any further than this fabulous house. You won't be sorry.

Robert's place is comfortable and clean. The mattresses are comfortable - firm with a soft top. He is friendly, responsive, and full of information about the area. We felt completely at home. It is the perfect distance from the mall. We took an Uber into the city each day and this was an easy, quick, and inexpensive ride.

Absolutely amazing house and location!! Our family had an incredible week spent enjoying the property & views, spending time watching the sunsets by the fire, and kayaking around the bay. It's a great spot to teach kids to paddle and our 7 and 9-year old both enjoyed learning on the still waters near the sandy beach. The property and house are both thoughtfully designed and have so many spots to relax, read, watch the birds, and take in the views - made it feel like there was never a reason to leave. We had an incredibly peaceful week and would love to visit again!!

Nicole was responsive and friendly and the place was perfect for us. It is a short walk to downtown, which was fine for our group, and we loved the quiet neighborhood and easy parking. We stayed in two other airbnbs in downtown Frederick this spring as part of a series of work trips. While the others were nice for the convenience of being right in downtown, this was a more spacious and quiet space that worked out better for us and will be our first choice when we come back.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Thank you for the amazing girls trip! We had an absolute blast. The house was just as described and matched all photos! We always felt at home and it was beyond perfect. Will stay again if we come back this way!

We had a great stay at Maryann's place! It's clean, spacious, and in a great area. The beds are super comfy too! We appreciated the Keurig and coffee and hot cocoa pods. We will definitely stay again when in the area! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My wife, two kids, pup and I all enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and super comfy home. It is in a great location with parking on site and a cute park right out the back door. Walk to lots of cute restaurants, bus and metro easily. The host was super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the DC area.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

This home was perfect for 6 of us to stay. The beds were comfortable, the heat & AC worked perfectly for the fluctuating temps, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was great space both upstairs and down. I’d definitely stay here again!

We needed to rent a house near our daughter's wedding venue for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. This home suited our needs perfectly. Spacious, immaculate, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable! I mentioned the clean floors previously because we had to iron full-length gowns for the wedding. The teenagers had a blast with the ping-pong table, pinball machine, games and zip-line. In addition, there were thoughtful touches such as coffees, teas, cream and chocolate. Also an "on your honor" snack bar and drinks (which the teens loved). We all wished that we would have had time to extend our stay just to enjoy all the amenities this house has to offer! John and Leslie were friendly, very responsive hosts and also notified us immediately when we left an item behind. We could not recommend this house more!!

This house is absolutely adorable! Very well described on Airbnb. Very well stocked. Claire and Roger are very responsive and helpful. Kept in contact with us and made sure everything was perfect for the weekend. House has a very cool Layout. Neighbors were very friendly! There were 7 ladies staying and we all felt very safe day and night. There is a school nearby and it was cute seeing all the little ones walking by after school let out. Loved the parking in the back, that was a huge plus!!! Parked once we arrived and didn’t have to worry about nothing the rest of the weekend. We will definitely rent if we visit DC again.
