It was an awesome stay it’s cozy and has all the thing needed to fell at home while traveling ;) nice 15-20 min from New York City

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

A very clean, spacious and well equipped and presented property with easy walking to every facility. Particularly liked white bed linen and towels which gives confidence of cleanliness. The property is well proportioned and in an ideal location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the massive park at the top of the slope. Travis was always responsive and helpful.

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was quiet and comfortable, providing a great environment for rest. Eric and Paulette were very kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Please stay here and support Nicole.. what a wonderful host Comfortable, clean and safe home Snow storm hit overnight and we woke up to the sidewalk and steps already shoveled and salted … she even offered to dig out our car if the snow was piled up high enough Nicole was very proactive with great communication but we did not feel bothered Plenty of street parking right by the house We really enjoyed watching the ducks and other water fowl in the stream behind the house A little bit of nature to relax after a day in the city Thanks Nicole, we will be back to stay in your home again

The house was absolutely charming and beautifully decorated inside. Deirdre left up the Christmas decorations which was very special since we were celebrating the holidays with our family that week. The playroom, with all the toys, was a huge hit with my five grandchildren, and the house was well stocked with anything that we could have possibly needed during our stay. The wood stove in the family room was a big hit. The entire house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Deirdre was an amazing host, providing detailed instructions about the house before our stay, reaching out to us during our stay to ensure we were comfortable in the house, and following up after our visit with a lovely note. We hope to stay there again in the future while visiting our daughter in the Stamford area. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and charming house to stay in.

Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

The barn is a perfect place for a family with children. Beautiful surroundings would enjoy a summer stay and use the pool. Micaela perfect host all requests were attended too quickly. Look forward to another stay on next visit to NJ.

My stay at Haithum’s place was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. Haithum’s attention to detail and care were incredible – he was always helpful and quick to assist with any issues or questions that came up. Communication was smooth and friendly, and his responses were always prompt, making everything so easy and stress-free. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the cozy atmosphere, showed real care and intention. It was clear that Haithum genuinely wanted his guests to feel relaxed and well taken care of, and that made a big difference.

Jake’s place is so comfortable and charming. Absolutely loved making this our home away from home for a few weeks. The property is stunning and so peaceful. The house had everything we could need!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We hosted our small, intimate wedding there. The house looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Not only us but all of our guests fell in love with the charm and uniqueness of the house. The host was wonderful and welcoming, and quickly responded to any questions we had. Fanny is an amazing host and very responsive. The house was in a very peaceful and relaxing neighborhood; that is as described! The design of the house (the living room and bedrooms) elevates the view from the inside. The kitchen felt like home as it has everything one would need to cook! There’s also plenty of board games to enjoy with others. The beds are very comfortable. The best part is the porch as it looks at the greenwood lake and is so beautiful when spending sometime outside! Would definitely revisit this place as it is very clean and spacious! Staying at Mark’s historical cabin was a true privilege. The charm and character of the place made it a unique experience, and the fact that it’s just 20 minutes from Manhattan made it even more special. Very comfortable place to stay for a couple or single person. We were in town for an event in RVC and Bernice's place was a convenient 10 minute ride away. Everything was as described and the bed was extremely nice! Would stay here again.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Peter’s beautiful brownstone for our family engagement weekend, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, Peter made us feel incredibly welcome. The home is full of classic New York charm, with stylish, modern touches that made it both elegant and inviting. The space was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, and every detail clearly thought through to create a comfortable and relaxing stay. The neighborhood was vibrant and full of character, yet peaceful enough for quiet mornings with coffee. Peter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
