Responsive and responsible host. Extremely clean modern home and easy to get to Silverwood. Would recommend to (multiple) families nor more than 12 total. Only advice is to put put a window covering in the master bathroom as I prefer privacy. But wonderful accommodations that would take care of any scenario. Best and cleanest AirBnB I’ve been in. Felt right at home and I’m glad I had my rehearsal dinner at their place. Definitely recommend staying if you’re in Spokane area.

We had a fantastic time here. Home is truly beautiful especially the amazing view! Wow! We spent every minute of our day outdoors enjoying the view, the different seating areas in the backyard, the hot tub, the hammocks, the amazing fire pit and much much more. You won’t need to go anywhere!! It was a total rest and relaxation time with our friends. The house is nice and clean, extremely spacious and beautifully done.. amazing special touches by the host from chocolates, to good coffee to sumptuous goodies to comfortable sheets, towels and bathrobes. Outstanding! Kitchen is fully stocked.. and I mean fully stocked, they have literally everything you might need. We were two couples and the one full bathroom did not bother us. There was plenty of room. The hosts do live on the property and you will see them occasionally, but they are very respectful of your space and besides asking if we needed anything they did not bother us one bit.. in fact they are really sincere and very nice people and we loved meeting them. Boat ride with host was amazing around the lake. Everything abt this house and the host is amazing, we will definitely be back and have no hesitation referring friends and family to this beautiful Airbnb.

I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

I wish we could have stayed longer!!! I knew this place was going to be a Haven from the photos… but it exceeded expectations in every way. I’m going to have to hunt down more weekends away in Spokane just to get to stay here!! Perfect couples get away. Very private and peaceful. It has all the amenities to rest and relax. I was surprised how close it was to a local grocery, downtown dining, and state park trails! You feel nicely secluded out there, but need to run for eggs and butter… it’s just down the street! Thank you Dolly!!!! So welcoming!

The place was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Nicely furnished and the fish tank was a fun addition.

My fiance and I stayed here for two months and had an absolute blast. Jen is so nice and gave us great recommendations for the area. We felt right at home and the house was extremely nice and updated. Just the right size for what we needed to work remotely. Movie theater upstairs was AWESOME. Didn’t think we’d use it that much but we were up there every night watching shows and films. We biked on the Route of Hiawatha, rented a boat on Coeur d’Alene lake, went and had Hudson’s hamburgers, saw the craziest fireworks show for 4th of July that we’d ever seen, drove 3 1/2 hours to Glacier National Park, hiked Tubbs Hill… the list goes on and on. One thing to mention is I wouldn’t come here with the intention of having a loud or rowdy group. The homes are close together and while we made great friends with the neighbors, most people living in this gated community are older so it wouldn’t be wise to do something like a bachelor party here, etc. Thanks again! What an amazing place to live.

Wonderful place. Michelle is a great host and we'd totally stay here again! Super close to shopping areas and attractions. Clean and well funished.
