We really enjoyed our stay at the villa (we rented the whole house as we were 7 persons). The location is amazing - steps from the Blue Lagoon and easy to find. We loved the clean and tasteful decor of the house and nicely appointed rooms (it was great to have a bathroom for each of the bedrooms (we used only four of the bedrooms). The air conditioning worked great and we appreciated the ceiling fan in the upstairs air. The staff were fantastic - chef/cook Joyce, housekeeper Trina and groundsman Cory. - meals were delicious and the house was spotless. The kitchen had all the required amenities (and we appreciated the extra fridge space for drinks, etc.) and we made good use of the sea canoes in the lagoon. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Spicy Villa is an amazing place to stay, made so by its beautiful location, its comfort and perhaps more importantly the way that Denny, Keith and Karen (the amazing staff) welcome and look after you. We were a group of 5 friends getting together for a reunion and we were incredibly well catered for and attended to whilst had more than enough to do, both at the comfortable villa and within the local environment. Can't recommend this place enough!

I had heard of Shotover Gardens before and had my eye on a visit for a long time, so I was pleased when my visit turned out to be just as lovely as I expected. Even though it was only a short stay, Derick was an excellent host with great communication and spot-on directions. I was only there for a one day stay, but I still found the time to enjoy the lovely lawns and the swimming pool. The road to get to Shotover is a little rough in some parts but a car can make it if you drive carefully and take your time. An SUV will have no problems at all. If you are in doubt, Derick's transport rate from Port Antonio is extremely reasonable and can be utilised.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, place is very spacious for family. And the host is also amazing he made sure we were good throughout our stay. Will definitely be booking again!!

The open air floor plan was great ad the staff was attentive. Good value and the perfect spot for my elderly parents and young children to vacation together.

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful home for 5 nights and we felt so at home. Waking up to a direct view of the sunset was the icing on the cake. The home was clean, spacious and welcoming. Just sitting on the veranda and enjoying the cool breeze and taking in all the greenery in our beautiful surrounding. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind, this is it. We didn’t use the pool and hot tub because the beaches were in walking distance. We are definitely going back. I highly recommend. Thank you Marcia for making his first time to Jamaica memorable.

Fizemos a reserva em cima da hora e a Donas deixou tudo pronto e limpo pra nós receber imediatamente. Ela nos respondeu tudo muito rapidamente e ajudou no que precisamos. A casa é grande e superou nossas expectativas! Alem disso, a localização é excelente. Hospedagem perfeita!

Het contact met Marsha verloopt heel prettig en snel. Ze heeft enorm met me meegedacht en erg haar best gedaan na het verblijf in haar huis zouden we doorreizen naar een ander huis maar dit bleek niet zo te gaan als ik had gehoopt. Omdat Marsha geen boekingen had kon ik terug naar het huis met mijn gezelschap (7 personen). Zó fijn! Beneden woont Ed. Hij is er alleen als je hem nodig hebt of gemakkelijk telefonisch te bereiken. Ik geef altijd de voorkeur aan wat privacy en wij leven op vakantie ook best op ons zelf. We komen hier in deze buurt elk jaar, weten de weg naar de supermarkt en de activiteiten. Het huis is groot, simpel ingericht, tocht goed door (door de ligging), de keuken geeft alles wat je nodig hebt en op het terras met prachtig uitzicht kun je heerlijk zitten!

I really recommend this beautiful flat. It's so close to the centre but far enough to have the calm of the lane. People around are so friendly. And the decor of the whole flat is so pretty. And not to forget the kitchen is well prepared from oven to blender to bowls and pots and cups and so on. I didn't missed anything. The communication to Pauline was amazing. She was so fast in answering. And I had such a warm welcome at my first day. Thanks Pauline. :)

Hosts were very pleasant and catered to our needs as best as possible. Clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood in the hills. However the ONLY downside is that it was a bit far from the main road for us. But if you want the country adventure, it's a great deal! (just have an appropriate vehicle)

First I just want to say thanks to miss Rona for her pleasant and warm conversations. Thank you miss florette for accommodating me and my family. The community is mostly quiet and fill with friendly people. Beaches and rivers are close by and if you love fishing you can bring your gears and fish right on property. Bunch of cook shops and small restaurants if you decide to buy food or just buy your groceries and cook. NB; Now if you're looking for a 5 Star ⭐ hotel then it's not the place for you. If you're not use to nature, it's not the place for you.(Heavy Waves from the ocean and 🐓 crowing are some things to be expected) Culturally Jamaica is about music there is a place of entertainment on the beach near by, you will hear a booming party at least once per week, just be like me and attend the event. It goes until 4am, it's Jamaica. I encounter no issues and I will be back. It's a home away from home.
