We have stayed in many Airbnb’s in many countries, and this one by far is our favorite. When you arrive you take in the amazing view of São Jorge and the ocean, then you get a tour of the house. It is so well put together, spacious and comfortable we had a hard time leaving. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and linens are so comfortable (We also loved the hammock.) and the bathrooms were large. But, the best part of the house is the host, Laura. She is a rare gem who wanted us to relax and enjoy our time on Pico. You could tell she takes great pride in hosting. If you have time, sit and talk with her. We cannot thank her enough for our great stay on Pico! ❤️

Great place! Tastefully decorated, great views from inside and outside. Gift basket was nice touch, and kitchen had everything one could need. Would be a great place for longer stays (we were only there 2 nights). Not really walkable to anywhere, but we got groceries on our way back from daily activities. The host was AMAZINGLY helpful and full of information about the area. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very impressed with our stay at the Atlantic Heritage Luxury Villa. Coming from Canada, we appreciated the level of communication from Carolina (booking manager) prior to our arrival. She was able to accommodate our many requests from airport transportation, to food and drinks, including getting us a bottle of 2013 Czar wine (not an easy thing to do). The home was stunning and had everything we needed for our family of 6. Everyone had a private room and washroom. We loved the large dining room table to enjoy all our meals together. The grounds are private, safe and so peaceful. We absolutely loved the view of Faial and the infinity pool. What made the whole stay special for us was our on-site host Catia. She prepared an amazing breakfast every day, was available for anything we needed, and made many great recommendations. Catia was so kind to our family and she is the reason our stay was extra special. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to be back one day!

Gisela is a very friendly and helpful host, keen that guests should see the most of and enjoy her beautiful island. The accommodation is adequate but somewhat dated. As others have noted, the walk down to and up from the town is incredibly steep - do not attempt it with luggage! Initially there was a problem with communication with Gisela but this was because the messages were not getting through to her from Airbnb. Once we had her number there was no problem. A really beautiful island with some great trails.

Even before we arrived, we had the feeling that we were warmly welcomed. We received all the necessary information in advance. The house is on a quiet street. The view, the pool and the evening atmosphere are indescribable! At around 10 p.m. the Cory's Shearwaters come back from hunting and hold their "concert" for about 30 minutes. A unique experience that is rare outside of the Azores. The house is very well equipped, you can cook really well and there are also great restaurants not far away. It was super clean. We were given a very warm welcome and everything was explained and shown to us thoroughly. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Vor allem die private Terrasse und der gemeinschaftlich genutzte Garten mit den Tieren und tollen Blick auf den Pico haben uns super gefallen. Maria ist eine äußerst nette Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen große. Korb mit regionalen Leckereien sowie einen Obstkorb und sogar einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen. So viel Gastfreundschaft erlebt man wirklich selten.

This is a perfect house for a couple. The waterfront location is beautiful. It’s easy to walk around the area. There is a small grocery store at the top of the hill that carries everything you will need to prepare your own meals. We were here during February and a small heater was provided to keep the temperature comfortable in the living room. The bedroom has heat and A/C too.

Wow. Just...wow. A beautiful, home in an absolutely stunning setting. Everything felt new and clean with modern but inviting architecture. The view from the kitchen/living room/balcony is gorgeous and peaceful. The pool is lovely and just steps away. The place was immaculate and Cleide, who manages the property, is absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The house is a few minutes walk or drive to natural pools, outdoor natural pools, and a small but very cute market for groceries. Every morning, Cleide left us a box of fresh pastries and cheese and meat for breakfast. We loved this property and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take a deep breath and maybe do some dolphin and whale watching :)
