My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed at Milagros’s place after coming into PR around 11:00pm. From the moment we walked through the gate it was a wonderful experience. Everything was clean. I tried to book for this coming Thursday but it was already booked. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

10/10 would book again. The location is perfect and so convenient to El Yunque, the ferry, and obviously the beach. Check in was easy because the complex has security 24/7 so we had all the help we needed in person. The views were incredible, the layout of the unit lets so much breeze come through so it was very comfortable. It’s a very spacious unit so we didn’t feel like we were tripping over all our stuff. They have a closet with beach/pool items, a small cooler, and chairs to make enjoying the 2 minute walk to the shore easy as possible. We never once felt unsafe in the area, even walking around the neighborhood at night. There’s a handful of restaurants about a mile in either direction (they also have a book of things to do/places to eat). Everyone we met this entire trip was so incredibly nice and helpful. I cannot wait to come back to Puerto Rico.

Manuel was very helpful and quick to respond. The check in process went extremely smooth and I loved the little addition of the welcome sign!

Reyna's home was the perfect landing spot for my family of five. Even though we were unfamiliar with the area, we felt completely safe in the apartment. Mami was a gem too - a meaningful presence!

Fantastic space with the balcony being the best amenity.

My first solo trip was spent here, I was nervous at first, but I felt safe here! The place was clean and pretty close to the airport and other attractions nearby San Juan :)

Andrés fue súper amable en todo momento, nos recibió con amenities y tuvo total flexibilidad para el check in y el check out. Nos envió con anticipación instrucciones claras para ingresar, parquear y gestionar los residuos. Su apartamento es muy amplio y reluciente. Limpieza 10/10, lo cual hace que uno se sienta cómodo y como en casa. Las habitaciones son amplias, así como las zonas comunes y de lavado. Tiene un balcón agradable para tomarse unas medallas. Lo único que diría no es ideal es que es un 4to piso sin ascensor. Sin embargo, esto está claro en la publicación del apartamento, por lo que no fue una sorpresa para nosotros. Gracias Andrés por hacer de nuestra visita a San Juan una gran experiencia! Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita!

Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

First of location was great and close to main road , market, etc. Secondly, the place was just as described and pictured. Clean linens and plenty of room to store luggage. Overall stay was very pleasant and neighborhood was very quiet and friendly :) I do wish they had a couple more skillets and un expired condiments and coffee. Not that it was a big deal or a deal breaker but it would of been nice to have that available. Anyway I would highly recommend staying here. There’s also a little stand that sells Piringuas down the street which has homemade flavors and you might enjoy!

Had a great time. Location, while a little out of the way, was beautiful! Had to make a few supply runs to the local market but once we were stocked with food and drink we were free to enjoy the gorgeous views and great pool. Our host, Jose, was friendly and responsive to our needs. Even setting up an additional bed for our daughter. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely return!

Daddy’s place met our expectations and more! The pool and the view of the mountains were absolutely stunning.The inside of the home was beautiful and very cozy. My boys loved the jenga on patio. The fire pit and patio couch were great to use after a long day from the beach. I would recommend Daddy’s place to anyone who is looking for a staycation or vacation! José is super friendly and has excellent communication. He made sure we had all our needs met and made sure we checked in accordingly. Over all we are beyond happy we booked this stay and would love to be back for future visits!

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

Samuel is an amazing host. The home itself is tucked in the mountains and the photos provided make locating the home very easy. The location is wonderful, nice and cool with a good breeze. The home was very clean and the master bedroom had an AC unit. The rest of the home has these beautiful windows that make air conditioning useless. They really keep the whole home nice and cool. When we arrived we were greeted by these two adorable and friendly country kitties. My favorite part of my stay was getting to lay on the hammock while cuddling them both. I would absolutely book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy yet spacious enough for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They provided great recommendations and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place!

Stayed at Edith’s home with my husband and 3 kids for a week. There are many fans in the house and a few rooms have AC units…we never turned on the AC, it was perfect with the fans on and windows open. It was great to be able to do laundry, the beach chairs and umbrella were nice to use and the coolers were great. The beach at the end of the street was gorgeous and super private. The proximity to Old San Juan and the places we wanted to visit east of Loiza made this a perfect location for us. We cooked breakfast at the house most mornings, some lunches and some dinners and the space worked well for us for that. My kids loved the sweet outdoor cat Keke and enjoyed giving her food and water. There are many stray dogs around the streets but they didn’t approach us at all. There was a dog next door that barked many times in the middle of the night.,.it didn’t bother us much but might be an issue with people with babies. Overall we loved the home and would absolutely stay there again!

Carlos is a fantastic host! He was extremely helpful in finding great local recommendations, very responsive, and made sure our stay was great. The view from the balcony is better than the one shown in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The condo is very clean, the amenities are as described, and most importantly for me, the condo is in a great location.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. I came with my husband, mother-in-law and 1-year-old daughter. It was comfortable and cozy for all of us. The views of the ocean from the condo was incredible and breathtaking. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. I will stay again. Thank you!

Gabriel was very nice and provided things to do before arriving. He was very detailed and instructions were clear. Place was clean and had a really nice view of the beach. The only thing i would recommend is getting a rental. It was hard to get ubers even to go 5 minutes up the block.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Sheila's! It has everything you neef and it is incredibly peaceful--we enjoyed listening to the frogs at night and at the quieter end of the beach. We could easily walk down the beach either direction for different sized waves and activities. But we also enjoyed taking the beach chairs across the street and reading under the shade of the palm trees.

I’m torn about leaving this review bc that means everyone will know about this gem! If you are looking for a low key relaxing place to enjoy the island life w/your family or friends.. this is it! This was literally a home away from home bc Nancy has it stocked with everything you need! Beach essentials ✔️ Cookware✔️ Towels/Linens ✔️ gorgeous terrace?! ✔️✔️ The Airbnb also has a nice pool and feels very safe. We will be back as soon as we can! 😊

Nice place. The ocean is beautiful but no beach to swim at in front of property. Clean and everything listed. Felt safe in area. Lots to do if you have a car.
