Bueno no tengo palabras para describir lo maravilloso que fue mi fin de semana, fue el lugar perfecto para el cumpleaños de mi hija, Jasmine nos recibió con un detalle muy hermoso, la casa tiene todo lo que uno necesita, no tuvimos que salir para nada, de verdad que los recomiendo al 100% Super Agradecida ya quiero volver bendiciones 🩷

Keishya has been here since the mid 90's and has a respect for our culture and land almost only see by natives here. Upon arrival, she gave us the grand tour! Her guesthouse has ample room so no one feels confined. Large kitchen for guest use with all manner of kitchenware and appliances we could ask for. Even some food and refreshments where provided for our breakfast. She has cute, comfy furnished multiple family/living rooms that will almost make you want to stay inside all day. But wait...then she took us to her outside patio. Large, spacious, with multiple areas for lounging, eating, enjoying a cold beverage. And the POOL!!! After spending the day at the beach, it's great to spend time in the perfectly temperatured pool where we watched the sunset and the stars! Magical is the WORD for Keishya and her guesthouse!

Great location, close to lots of activities for families with children. Uncluttered and with enough space for us to spread out a bit at the end of each day. The TVs in each room (with cable!) helped. :) The washer and dryer were life-saving after each beach day with three kids. Antonio was a wonderful host. We appreciated his list of local recommendations and kept referring back to his email to decide what to do and check things off the list. All in all, an absolutely wonderful vacation spot.

Best to find in the daytime. Difficult to find. We needed to call the host for directions even with the emailed fotos and directions. It was worth the find. Felt like sleeping in heaven with the sound of coquis serenading you to sleep. You will only hear faint songs anywhere else. At Dan's, it is in the heart of the home of the coqui's . Magical and serene. Great stay.

This is a beautiful setting and just a wonderful place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice, I loved sitting on the balcony watching the clouds roll over and listening to the frogs at night, The walk down to the river is a little steep if you have older knees - but with my hiking shoes and a stick it was fine. And so worth it!

WOW. What a beautiful place. Great host, wonderful breakfast, and just steps to a stream, waterfall, and the jungle. Falling asleep to jungle sounds was an unforgettable experience. We loved it, our kids loved it, would go back anytime!

My partner Alan and I stayed for two nights at Casa Cabuy. This place is absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. The private waterfall and pool were the cherry on top of the cake!!! Matthew was extremely helpful in guiding us to good local restaurants, all the prime hiking trails, and was overall the most helpful host I've ever had. The food every morning was BEYOND delicious and made from scratch and the freshly squeezed juices were to die for. Honestly... If you don't stay here during your trip to PR, you're missing out. P.s. the locals in Naguabo are amazing!!! Hands down my favorite city here.

Casa Cubuy is a little slice of heaven. It’s cozy, it has everything you need and nothing you don’t, and it’s hard to explain how beautiful it is there. The pictures barely begin to capture it. The swimming hole at the bottom of the property is one of my favorite places on earth. The deck is the perfect place to contemplate and watch the weather patterns shift over the rainforest. The hosts are lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was always delicious. Thank you for existing, Casa Cubuy! I’ll be back soon!

Casa Cubuoy was one of the highlights of our trip. The hosts were very friendly and approachable. The views were striking with a mountain side of the rainforest right in front and the direct access to a private path to the river and waterfall was a treat! Just hanging out and chatting with other guests was a very rewarding part of our stay. The southern access to the rainforest is much less busy and thus provided an option to experience the rainforest. Mathew connected us with Skip who gives two hour evening tour and morning birding tour in the forest. Skip was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed both tours. Highly recommended!

Staying at Joaquin’s place is nothing short of magical. He has created a retreat from the world while still being able to see it below from the house and the gardens. I learned so much about Puerto Rica and botany. Joaquin is such a special person with a huge heart and unbelievable knowledge. You’ll want to talk to him for hours! Meeting the other guests was a fun experience as well. I appreciated that my room had a private bathroom and refrigerator. The breakfast Joaquin made was so beautiful and filling. Can’t recommend staying here enough- it’s uniquely captivating. I’m looking forward to coming back to see my new friend and his ever-evolving sanctuary!

I don‘t even know where to start - the Lodge was everything we imagined and even more. From the moment we entered we felt instantly at home and got a very warm welcome by Matthew and the other guests. Matthew himself is such an interesting person - he knows aaaall the paths in El Yunque and good restaurants and doesn’t hesitate to greet you with a juicy mango („I have to get rid of them“ 😁) and some fresh coconut juice. The view we had from our room was breathtaking, also the views from the common areas are great. The vibe in the lodge was very laid-back and chill, and so were the people. All in all, 2 nights were not enough - I would love to come back (and enjoy another amazing vegetarian breakfast, too!) thank you, Matthew!

Incredible location, the most beautiful views right in the middle of the jungle. Easy access to walking trails.
