We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

Nice Location, Beautiful House! Clean, and all listed amenities available. I would definitely stay here again! My children and I loved it. Also, appreciated the local attraction list provided by the host.

We absolutely loved the place. The outside feels like you are in a garden. So many plants and flowers. We were greeted by two little outdoor cats and my kids spent a lot time sitting outside petting the friendly kitties. The place was clean and felt cozy. The view of the mountains was beautiful. Samuel was very attentive and responded to all messages very quickly. The place was also easy to find.

It was a beautiful place for my whole family (10 of us) to visit comfortably. It is near the rainforest and beach, which made it easy for quick trips. Mostly we lived the outdoor space to visit and eat together. There were personal touches as well. Brenda responded quickly to any questions we had.

The beach house was epic! Huge location and private oasis with pool, hot tub, grills, and beach access. Had a great time hanging out at the house. Roads were very easy to navigate. Manny, the property manager, was excellent. Extremely responsive to any questions and always helpful. Being close to the national park was awesome, and having the small town nearby made shopping/eating/entertainment a breeze.

This spot was a fantastic last minute find! The host was easily to communicate with and gave great tips. The house itself has so many spaces to hang out and entertain. There are a few outdoor cats that hang out at the house. It was lovely to fall asleep to the rainforest sounds at night.

I rented this place for a romantic getaway with my fiancée. The place is absolutely incredible: the view, the atmosphere, and the accommodations. Everything was perfect. Upon entering the room, a small table with a red balloon that said "I LOVE YOU" and two glasses (a lovely touch) was waiting for us on the bed. We were able to enjoy the sunrise and in the night we sat in the patio to enjoy the sunset (breathtaking). We had a wonderful time; we will definitely return. Roberto is an exceptional host, and his customer service is excellent. Thanks Roberto for providing us the perfect getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home for our family trip! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless. We’d absolutely book again for our next family getaway. Highly recommend

everything was great! but bed 🛌 very uncomfortable, they should get better mattresses. so closed to beach, so safe with kids highly recommend, couple small things need to get better, but other than that it was pretty good stay. I was there for 4 nights and was with 2 kids 8 and 3. please change mattress and it will be A +

The apartment was very comfortable, cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities included a sparkling pool, wonderful hot tub, pool table, patio, and grill situated in beautiful, peaceful and private surroundings with views of the mountains in the distance. The host was kind, helpful, and always responsive.

We loved our stay here ! The place was well stocked with all the little things we could need. We struggled to find water on our way in so it was a pleasant sight to see multiple bottles available for us at the air bnb free of charge. The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. They’re medium firm memory foam style. The AC works really well. The view outside is breathtaking and we will miss it. The roads leading to it have a lot of potholes but that seemed to be the theme for PR. The rainforest has many sounds which we enjoyed during the day but made it a little tricky to sleep at night. Bring a sound machine or ear plugs if this is something that will bother you otherwise it can be a nice natural lullaby. The value for the stay was excellent. The host is very responsive. We enjoyed hiking El Yunque, a snorkeling tour to the islands, and a resort day pass at the Hyatt. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room located in an area of the Wyndham hotel. Had access to all the hotel amenities. Great pool and beach access. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Todd was very attentive and gave perfect instructions for check in.

This home is definitely a place I’d stay at again. Everything was very peaceful and clean. A lot of thought went into their design, as well as their guests needs. First aid kits were available, women’s intimate needs, they have a full cabinet full of beach stuff you can use if you choose to have a beach day, from inflatables to sun screen. They also provide smores for the fire pit upstairs. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side during our stay there so we didn’t get to utilize the rooftop as planned. But we hope to stay there once again to have the full experience. Rebecca was super responsive and helpful. Truly is a great place to stay with family or a couples get away.

The unit is large, open, has an amazng view and everything you could need for your stay. It exceeded both our needs and our expectations!!

Jose was a great host. He made our time in Puerto Rico amazing! My wife's family lives on the island and it was nice to have such a great residence to come back to after long days at the beach and traveling. The unit is great for just a couple or a small family looking for comfort and or relaxed vibes. Thanks again Jose for your beautiful home and your accommodations.

This is a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing place to stay for a few days. My husband and I stayed here for 3 days for my birthday. It is very clean and not too far from many places to eat,driving distance away. The host provided a list of restaurants and the few that we tried were fantastic. We were also able to cook breakfast and we used the outside grill,the kitchen is very well equipped and the grill was spotless.

The house had everything needed to accommodate for 7 guys. Whenever we had questions Eunice responded in a timely manner. When our flight got delayed Eunice was kind enough to allow us to have a later checkout.

Nos alojamos allí con nuestros hijos pequeños y fue una gran experiencia. El sonido de la naturaleza por la noche metidos en el jacuzzi es algo inolvidable. Vimos un par de coquis y algunas luciérnagas. La cocina y el baño son exteriores aunque están techados. La mesa del espacio principal se nos hacia un poco pequeña para comer cuatro personas, pero en conjunto disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

Lovely, quiet spot well up in the hills. Comfortable terrace has a view out over the treetops, surrounded by the sounds of the forest (and a few dogs and chickens from the neighbors). Seems to be a brand new rental, so very well equipped, with everything in good shape. A few kinks to work out and a bit hard-edged and impersonal inside, but not unpleasant - and the terrace made up for any small shortcomings. The old school video game unit (Bandai classics) was a hit. And the warm tub is lovely - just allow overnight for it to come up to temperature. Would definitely stay again.
