This is a great stat! We had a group of 10. This house is about 40-45 mins from San Juan Airport. 10-15 mins to the Liquillo beach & food / bars. The house itself has a nice large size kitchen & livingroom area. We got groceries about 15 mins away. It was quite windy, (typical for PR in February), but just be prepared as the wind howls at night. It didn’t bother us & it kept the bugs away. The pool was very clean, it was a little cool for us, so we didn’t swim much, but maybe the managers could have turned it up (I didn’t ask, so that’s on me). The area going out to the ocean is very swallow ( like knee deep) for a long distance, we tried to walk out there and went quite far, but the ocean floor is very uneven, so it is not easy walking & it is very weedy. This is not an issue of the house, but rather if you think you are going swimming / snorkeling out there, it’s not really that kind of ocean area, more for looking. The managers are great & they were extremely helpful & responsive.

Hosts were great and helpful, got us settled right in and felt right at home!

We had a lovely stay! Very clean home with everything we needed from dishes, shampoo to sun screen and sun hats! The house is easy to find right off the freeway but was still a very quiet area. Nice neighbors and an huge amazing back yard with a great private pool and cozy patio area with sun shades. Hosts gave clear instructions for remote entry and were top notch with all the amenities and decor of the home. Was our first time in Puerto Rico and we loved the coffee shop and restaurants down the road in Lucillo beach area. Also highly recommend taking the ferry that is right down the road to Culebra and Flamenco beach was absolutely stunning! Highly recommend this home for a relaxing vacation with so many beaches and attractions close. Thank you Dave & Tracy we hope to be back!

The Nice Beach House was a gem! The pictures are accurate but do not do it justice. The beautiful backyard leads to a private, quiet beach with amazing views. We were a group of 8 women, and the house offered plenty of space and we felt very safe. Tim and Sarah were a message away and responded quickly for any questions. They also provided great activities and restaurant recommendations prior to our trip so we could plan accordingly. Highly recommend renting a car as they suggested. I will be retuning! Thanks again, Tim and Sarah! Absolutely loved your place and will return!

The beach house was epic! Huge location and private oasis with pool, hot tub, grills, and beach access. Had a great time hanging out at the house. Roads were very easy to navigate. Manny, the property manager, was excellent. Extremely responsive to any questions and always helpful. Being close to the national park was awesome, and having the small town nearby made shopping/eating/entertainment a breeze.

We enjoyed our stay. We hosted another couple for 4 days and the place was very comfortable. The location is great,right on the water with the use of a kayak. You can walk about 5 blocks and access the beach where you can walk all the way past Rio Mar Margheritaville. We will definately consider staying again in the future.

We loved the stay at Christophe's location. It was an easy walk to the beach, just out the door and down a dedicated public access route. The kiteboarders were fun to watch, always leaping and jumping. Water temps were perfect for swimming and lounging in the ocean or on the sand. There was plenty of beach to explore and cover. Waves were up while we were there, but we still managed some snorkeling and kayaking. Fishing from the beach produced barracuda, snappers, small groupers and more! The location was perfect to head up to the El Yunque Rainforest. There was plenty of food and shops to check out in the town on the way. It was also an easy drive back to San Juan for flights or nightlife. The house worked well for us, with all five bedrooms providing ample space for the nine (9) guests that we brought on this trip. On particularly windy days, the pool made for the perfect lounge spot. The new grill highlighted the outdoor experience and made group cooking easy and fun.
