I loved my stay at Estuary Waterside Retreat in Falcon. The 2-storey house is light, bright and airy. It's tucked away from noise and traffic offering privacy and peace. The water view is lovely and the surrounding natural environment is a tonic. The layout is perfect with living downstairs and sleeping (and entertainment) upstairs. Large rooms, comfortable beds, two bathrooms - also washing machine and dryer. The estuary is 20 metres from the property. A stroll along the water's edge is a breeze with a well maintained pathway. Wallabies on the doorstep (almost) are beautiful. Supermarket, a variety of shops, take-away outlets, gym, medical services, pub etc are within walking distance. Close to Mandurah and an easy drive to Perth. Both Rod (owner) and Kerry (manager) are proactive, responsive and basically make the stay easy. I highly recommend Rod's place and I will certainly be a repeat guest.

Exactly as described and well equipped. Walking distance to the beach. Appreciated the aircon. Lots of stairs/levels which created lots of separate spaces perfect for our two teens. Loved the board games and books and extra beach towels. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed here for the weekend, was an amazing place. Felt right at home as soon as we’d walked through the door, quiet area, very clean and could definitely stay there for a much longer period of time. Close to the shops, the beach and quite close to Mandurah foreshore, has everything you’d need to stay there for a lengthy period of time. Will definitely book here again in the future

Home has a lot of character and is in a beautiful location. There has been attention to detail. The Serpentine River is right in the front yard and it can be seen from bed in the main bedroom. We saw a quenda from the kitchen window, countless birds, and dolphins in the river.

magnificent home with stylish furnishings. kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. beautiful views in a peaceful and quiet location. the beds were so comfortable. lots of activities to enjoy in and outside of the home. host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. as pet friendly my dog settled well into his surroundings and areas to walk were close by. Was hard leaving, would go back in a heartbeat!

This house was exactly what we needed for our family gathering/holiday. We had 9 people and 4 dogs and we were all well catered for. Plenty of room for all of us, well stocked kitchen with basic and some luxury food items (coffee pods) and equipment, plenty of towels and toilet paper, even toys, games and dvds for the kids. They supplied dog toys, bowls and towels. Everyone was looked after. We left an item behind and Kristine was more than obliging when asked if she could post it. Great spaces to entertain - huge couch, dining table and outdoor table. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this house to others. Thank you Kristine.

This is quite simply the most exquisite house we have ever stayed at. Not only is it beautiful with lots of space for our family group, it was very well specified and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is close to beach, Mandurah town centre is very walkable. It's a great base to explore everything south of Perth. Next time we come i dont think we'll look to reconnect with anyone other than our host Susan.

Loved every minute of our stay. Great location, super dog friendly, everything you could possibly think of was made available in the house and a beautiful backyard. Marisa had amazing communication and was fantastic to deal with. No complaints with our stay at all. We had 4 adults, 2 dogs and a baby and all felt comfortable and had enough space to get around without falling over each other. Will definitely return!

Lovely spacious property with a beautiful pool/ spa area. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved our stay here with family and made lots of memories. We loved the little touches in the property like the Christmas lights, wreath on the outdoor table and some essentials in the kitchen. Thanks so much for having us, we loved our time here and would Definitely recommend to other families wanting be close to Mandurah but have lots of privacy.

This is a really charming house that is extremely welcoming and relaxed, and thankfully with great a/c! in the perfect location right on the river.. Ideal for a family holiday. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and being able to host a big family lunch on the verandah! Kaz and Ken the caretakers made sure we had everything we needed and were most helpful.

Excellent location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Richards house was a great fit for a family catch up. We enjoyed the pool and food and attractions close by. The house was clean and easy to access. Richard was very prompt with communication and answered any questions we had. Thanks for having us, we will definitely stay again.

Great for a family group, just 10 mins from the centre of Mandurah, two malls close by and a fine beachside cafe a couple of minutes drive. House itself had all we needed, it felt like a home from home, was well equipped and the pool was a great feature. Very quick responses whenever we needed to contact Keagen. We enjoyed the week - many thanks!

Thank you for letting us stay, unwind and relax for our break away. Was really nice hanging out in the pool everyday. Chris was very friendly and helpful to book and deal with.

We had a fantastic stay at here with a family of 5 , felt at home from Day one . Very helpful host with great communication throughout our stay. House is in a great area , I would definitely recommend.

Melissa’s place was lovely, a really peaceful surrounding which was perfect to switch off for the weekend. As options can be limited when you are travelling with a doggo it was great that this is dog friendly. The pool was great, house is spacious and clean. We were really happy with our stay.

We made wonderful memories over the new year with the kids and grand parents at Tina’s place. Peaceful garden, comfortable home in a lovely neighbourhood. Perfect for a little get away near the beach. ❤️

This was our first christmas by our self with our little dog, we had the most wonderful time the views where to die for absolutely wonderful .loved every minute of our stay will definitely go back again the hosts where so wonderful and friendly

A wonderful quiet break. The house , the furnishings and location were as described. Very comfortable, everything included to make your holiday stress free. A great house for a family, plenty of space, close to shops and restaurants. We will return!

We were lucky enough to experience the gem that is Timpano's Farm with our family. The farm offered a wide range of activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay, including games, a pool, bike rides, and a fun-filled open air games room/shed with a pool table, ping pong, dartboard, xbox and projector. We all enjoyed taking the bikes to the neighbouring properties to see the cows and horses up close. The owners, Simon and Nicola, were incredibly helpful and dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We loved the peaceful early mornings with stunning paddock views, and the nights were just as magical with breathtaking starry skies. The views from the main bedroom were simply stunning. It's an experience that our children will never forget as they did not want to leave and can't wait to go back and create more unforgettable memories. So much so that we've already booked another weekend getaway to Timpano's Farm !

Great House layout. Plenty of space and amenities for 5 adults 2 children. loved the Cubby House, and Basketball 🏀 court. The Chickens were a bonus. Master bedroom and esuit lovely and Private. Loved the outdoors shower. great after coming back from the beach. Nearby shopping good. We really enjoyed our relaxing time with family. Thanks Elise
