The home was very welcoming. The best location I could’ve found in Mandurah and can’t wait to visit again. Plenty of space in all of the bedrooms extra space if we wanted to bring a friend or a cousin with trundle beds and wide open areas we’re playing in and basically walking onto the beach more or less from the back garden. The kids loved it and we can’t wait to visit again. Everything was very good value and you could walk to some of the best coffee shops there. Such a nice place can’t speak highly enough of the proactive communication from the host very friendly very helpful And felt as though there was no question too big to ask.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay for my birthday and loved the accomodation, view and location. The accomodation had everything you could possibly need. We received a lovely welcome pack and were offered a late checkout. Thanks so much!

Absolutely loved this apartment the location was superb just a few minutes to Dolphin Quay, to sit on the terrace and see dolphins playing is just incredible. There was everything we needed and even cooked a couple of nights as the kitchen had everything you could need. The balcony had comfortable sofas to relax on in the evenings. Bedroom very comfortable with ceiling fan and aircon if needed. Highly recommend this apartment to stay in.

What a fabulous place to stay in Mandurah. The private large furnished balcony was amazing. You could sit there all day just relaxing and taking in the view and the activities on the water. Plenty of places to eat or drink nearby and it lived up to our needs of a relaxing week as part of our six weeks touring around WA. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Place was well catered. All the necessities were there and Liz had fresh bread, eggs milk and coffee for us. Location was perfect.

Another Excellent stay at David and Christine's place!!. Excellent facilities - super view, super kitchen, beautiful linen, lovely space - Highly recommend. These are SUPER Hosts - so kind and so accommodating. I highly recommend this amazing Airbnb!!! :-)

Spacious accommodation with everything we needed. Great location on the beach and local amenities within walking distance.

We had fab a 2 nights stay here. The apartment was beautiful, views were amazing. Waking up to the water and visits from dolphins was great way to start the day. The master bedroom is something else. Walking distance to small shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Pool was heated so that was bonus. Shame the jacuzzi pool was under maintenance. Only one tiny small thing and this is not a reflection on or problem of Iris (host)… there was really loud thumping music from bar(s) across the water until 12pm on the Friday and Saturday. Kinda spoiled the tranquility at night. We would highly recommend staying here and one day we might get back down for a visit.

Great place for a family weekend. Great kitchen with a family table for socialising. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and a beautiful outlook from the spa.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Chillax Holiday House. The owner Paul and Fiona are kind and responsible; the house is modern and clean, at such fantastic location.

House is beautiful, spacious and clean with great selection of cooking/serving utensils and plenty of crockery/cutlery for large groups. Host is easy to communicate with and very understanding. We stayed as a family of 11 which included two elderly grandparents so all the rooms with ensuites was very handy. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much Cathy! Just a suggestion if there could be lights on the jetty that would be excellent so can fish bit longer as its so lovely and peaceful.

Wonderful 2 nights right across from the beach - with great views from multiple positions in the house. Huge front room fully enclosed with the ability to open up sliding windows to see & hear the ocean ( dining area & very comfortable couch here). Another huge living area with an enormous TV _ again with a very comfortable couch. Main bedroom ( QB) has a very open en-suite ( ie minimal privacy) - but there is a 2nd bathroom/toilet that can be used. Kitchen is enormous with all essential items. Comfortable bedding -peaceful night with sound of waves just outside. Glorious sunset from front room. Yes -you do have entire home ( as per the listing) - but the owners are right behind you on the property ( ie open the window in 3rd bedroom to look directly into their garage). They also park their cars right in front of the main room. This was not a great deterrent - just needs to be mentioned in listing.

An absolutely lovely place to stay for our annual whole-family trip! The pool table, table tennis and beach gear were a big hit with the kids, the house was roomy and beautifully set up for us. 10/10 no notes!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautifully styled and welcoming the home was. The space is filled with natural light, the views of the river are stunning, and every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing, luxurious escape. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, friendly, responsive, and helpful. The location is ideal, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac yet only minutes from the heart of Pinjarra. We especially loved the garden, the balcony views, and the peaceful riverside walks just steps from the door. The home was immaculate, well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Thank you for such a magical stay, we’ll definitely be recommending The River House to family and friends!

Great house with a nice quiet outlook over the canals. Our son loved the bus bunk bed. Heaps of room to park our boat out the front and the boat ramp is just a short drive away. Thanks
