Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. A home away from home for our 2024 family Christmas! We came together from Florida, Georgia, and Montana to see and celebrate with our newly transplanted Rhode Island family and Kenneth’s home was perfect for us! Kenneth was very responsive and very kind; flexible, too. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to help. There was plenty of room for everyone. We even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen! The quiet upstairs was ideal for our infant granddaughter at nap time. The location could not have been more perfect for our purposes.

We brought in 2025 with our family friends in this charming home. Our daughters loved the sunroom which is adjacent to the kitchen. We enjoyed making smores by the fire pit out back and walking to the beach. Rebeca’s recommendations were spot on and she was very accommodating. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

We just completed a wonderful five nights stay at Kevin‘s apartment. Everything was perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to dinner at a local Irish pub. There are clean apartments, and then there is Kevin‘s apartment. The place was literally spotless. Kevin was great at communication. Clear instructions and he even accommodated our request to extend the stay one night I highly recommend this apartment as a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home.

The place was great and very centrally located! Perfect for my short stay in Newport! It was a little small if you have more than 2 people, but for the price was great. Would definitely stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

We loved Paul's place as it was very accessible to Thames street. Plus it was able to accomodate my big family. It was also nice that there is parking space available as it is difficult to find a parking in Newport. Paul responded very quickly too when we encountered a power outlet issue in one of the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and had made my family's first trip to Newport a great one. Thank YOU!

Location is superb if you'r visiting Newport for the first time. It's central to most restaurants and shops while still being accessible to public transit if needed. The staff is extremely responsive and always made sure we had what we needed. PS we loved the fireplace! Added to the coziness of the space.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a weekend while visiting and attending a couple of family functions. The place was very clean and neat. The check-in was very clear and easy to access. Overall, good stay!!

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.
