Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

We are local to Oceanside and we’re in need of a place to stay while work was done at our home. This is a great hidden local area. Right by an awesome park called Buddy Todd. Close drive to downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean place to rent. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and a great perk too! All communication was quick and clear. Seamless rental process.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The house was spotless and very spacious. Very peaceful setting and only a short drive from the vineyards. Rob was a fantastic host and had great local recommendations. He even left us a delicious bottle of wine from his vineyard. Would highly recommend this home!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is bright and welcoming, with plenty of windows that offer a stunning ocean view. The pool and spa were the perfect spots to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and we loved having fun games to play both inside and outside in the backyard. The location was also a huge plus and close to restaurants and shopping, making it super convenient. Daniel was an outstanding host, very responsive, helpful, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

It was rather enjoyable to stay here! Spacious and very modernized. Though it was during the winter and we couldn’t use the pool, we made good use of the hot tub, game room, pool table, and the guest room.

We are building our house right now and residing in a toy hauler. We like to get air bnb once in a while to have a “home” feel. This was such a match for us and gave us exactly what we wanted that can’t be supplied at hotels! Privacy, comfortability, and space. They turned the jacuzzi on for us hours before check in and accommodated our pet which means a lot. Our dog was really happy. When we are at hotels my dog is stressed and doesn’t eat or drink, but here he was so happy he slept and ate like a baby! Thank you so much!

This property is a gem. Private, secure, clean, neat, beautiful views, not far from the quaint town of Fallbrook, which has several excellent dining locations. This was quite a find for our son’s wedding at Monserate wineey, was literally at the end of the main drive through the neighborhood.

This stay was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and great communication from our host and property manager, they both ensured everything was perfect. The home itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The house is very nice and has everything you need; in fact, it has more than what is listed on the website. Dan is a very good host; he answers and helps you with whatever you need immediately. I definitely hope to return to this house; I loved it. I would only make 1 suggestion: the hose that cleans the pool during the day is very uncomfortable for swimming. I would suggest cleaning it only at night. Thank you Dan

We recently held our micro wedding at this beautiful property, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was! From start to finish, our experience was amazing and more than I could have ever expected. They truly thought of everything, ensuring that our special day ran smoothly and stress-free. We opted for the additional coordination services, which included a coordinator, server and waiter - and it was worth every penny. The extra help made all the difference, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about the little details. They went above and beyond what I expected and I can't thank them enough. Beyond that, everyone on the property created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere—I felt completely at home and comfortable every moment. My guests have raved about how amazing the property was and how great the people were. If you’re considering hosting an event or a stay at this property, I highly recommend it. Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

The Mountain House at Morning Farm was a wonderful getaway for 2 people. Private hot tub with views of the valley and stars made for a romantic weekend. Follow Dawns directions to the house and you can't get lost. House is quaint. Bed is super comfortable. Wonderful time walking the property to see the goats and alpacas. The peacocks slept in the tree above the house for the night and talked to us while we were in the hot tub. Great experience.

The entire area was beautiful. There were several different cabins separated by little sitting areas with lots of chairs and tables. The land scaping was amazing with bamboo and trees with so many bushes and flowers and immaculately maintained. Unfortunately, it rained the days we were there, so we couldn't really take advantage of it, but even so, just being there was so peaceful.

Welcoming, private, beautiful home. Great for a weekend gateway from the city life.

We had an incredible time at the Almost Heaven cabin! The cabin is the perfect mix of rustic charm and creature comforts, like the clawfoot tub, stocked kitchen, and comfy furnishings. The host was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had quite a bit of snowfall, and she took the extra time to send us a video showing us how to find the house in snowy conditions and where to park. We also appreciated all the special touches, like the hot tub being already warmed up when we arrived. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Our kids loved playing in the snow and then soaking in the hot tub surrounded by trees. As mentioned in the description, there are some stairs and uneven surfaces, so probably not ideal for someone with mobility issues, but the cabin worked extremely well for our family of four and our doggo. The downstairs bathroom was super fun… it reminded us of the Madonna Inn! Lots of quirk and fun to be had at this special place. We hope to come back soon!
