The cabin is beautiful. My family had a wonderful time. We can't wait to come back again.

We had a great stay with our friends. The home was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub and our kids liked the arcade game. We were around 36min to Mammoth Cave NP. We would gladly stay here again if visiting the area.

This home was BEAUTIFUL! The neighborhood was quite peaceful and so relaxing. There was 9of us and there was enough space to spread out and relax. I would definitely recommend for big families. Hot tub was so relaxing and if you stay and a rain storm comes through it makes it 100x better. A couple nights we’ve fell asleep on the sofa outside and lightening to the rain on the tin roof and enjoying the breeze. Hot water on demand was amazing no one had to wait to shower ! Didn’t get to use the saloon but it looked fun. And host were very accommodating :) multiple washers and dryers was great for a huge group !

Very cool property and close to Mammoth Cave. Multiple fire options for during meals, night time bonfire, or relaxing inside. Inside was cozy but felt spacious. Owners are great at responding quickly. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home and perfect place for our family. Our kids loved it. It was private with pretty surroundings. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was great! The place was clean and the property was peaceful. We woke up early to watch the sunrise from the hot tub and it was beautiful. If we had a longer stay I could imagine grilling out and enjoying what all it has to offer! Only thing is they didn’t have shampoo/conditioner/body soap so if you didn’t pack any, make sure to bring some! Overall great experience though!

Phillip's place was great! We couldn't figure out the indoor fireplace but Phil was able to swing by and help us! The location is nice and there's a good restaurant very close by (PJ's Roadhouse) and the park was close and very nice for my 4 year old even though it was very cold out! Would definitely stay here again.

Holli's cabin was a gem in the Kentucky area. It was clean and had all the amenities available in the cabin! It was very warm during the cold rainy nights and honestly it was very comfortable and cozy even though it was in a rural private area. I am not very good at camping but this made being closer to nature very easy! 10/10 would recommend!

My daughter and her family stayed with us and there was plenty to do in the area. Kids swam in the river below the house and we also went about 5 minutes away and rented a pontoon boat and spent the day on Rough Lake.

Heather has thought of every detail to make you feel right at home. The cabin was clean, organized and included many things most places don’t have. We appreciated the outdoor fire pit and seating. It was the perfect place to sit, talk, have smores and enjoy the beautiful views. Heather was very responsive and helpful. When I needed to make a last minute change, she was gracious and understanding. We would definitely recommend checking out this amazing place.

My children & grandchildren & I celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday. A very great place for family time! Very roomy & cozy! Our host was very responsive & helpful! We all loved it and can’t wait to get together again! ♥️

Small cozy cabin that was perfect for our family. The one thing that I absolutely loved was that there was a fenced in yard for our dogs. Close to several caverns which is why we stayed there in the first place . Very affordable spot for some time away from the city. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! The cabin has a stunning view of Nolin Lake and we spent mornings and evenings watching wildlife and boats, either on the wraparound porch or around the campfire. Inside, we loved all the thoughtful details. The fans in the queen bunks, the TV and sofa area in the loft, the towel hooks in the laundry area, the games and puzzles and the s’mores kit. We kept saying it felt like home! Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

We had a great time at Nolin Lake. We chose this spot due to its proximity to Mammoth Cave. It was easy to get to and the place was secluded and quiet. Angela’s place was clean and was perfect for our family. The only thing I would say are the basement stairs are steep so if you have little kids just be aware! But we loved the games in the basement and the loft upstairs!

We came to this lovely cabin for our annual sibling reunion. We had a great week as always. Even the bed downstairs, under the steps was comfortable and fun. We were able to enjoy things inside and out. A nice walk down to the lake and a nice firepit just past the yard in the trees. We did find a couple of things after we had been there a few days that would be helpful to know ahead of time. The lights have a turn switch that allows for two levels of brightness, there are 2 coffee pots, a Keurig and a drip pot, there is a table leaf under the upstairs bedroom, and there are extra trash bags in the trash can that you find when you take the bag out, no need to buy extras. We did most of our shopping in Litchfield before we arrived and used the Dollar General for anything we needed later in the week. Dan was always helpful with suggestions and answers when needed. Very cozy cabin.

I had one issue with the shower head. I contacted her and it was fixed the next morning, very quick response.

Mammoth Cabins are beautiful inside and outside! With plenty of outdoor seating on the patio, a fire pit and walking trails we spent as much time as we could outside. Be sure to check out the cave and waterfall along the walking trail. While inside we appreciated the great decor, cleanliness, comfortable beds and kitchen. It’s not too far from Mammoth Caves National Park so it was easy to get to and from there for the day as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

Cozy, clean cabin nestled in beautiful scenery with ponds, nearby lake for kayaking, hiking trail with cave, waterfall, Billy Goats gruff & trolls. Hosts were very responsive. Would be a great place for family reunions. Remote--DG Market about 20 minutes away. Large porches to relax & take in the views or firepit to gather around. Toured Crystal Onyx Cave with kitchy picture ops. Visited Bowling Green. Want to come back to track a corvette & visit museum. Booked 3 nights--should have planned a whole week!

Clean and comfortable! Our son loves all things Bigfoot, so this was a fun cabin. We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit.

Book this NOW! If you are a solo traveler, traveling with a dog or bringing the whole family this is the place to stay! Mammoth Cave National Park is very close but honestly you don't even need to leave the property. The hiking trail and waterfall/cave onsite was more impressive than Mammoth. The lake is stunning and everything about the property is very well maintained. The cabin was fantastic, great mattresses and a real shower head! Check out the guidebook link before you come! Especially the part about the GPS running you in circles in the park, you will have no service at the park and the ferry was closed due to high water. I referenced the guidebook Dagmar created throughout the stay. Loved the Cee Bee for groceries and Webb's for burgers & ice cream in Brownsville The cabins are close enough that a solo traveler has safety but far enough to have plenty of privacy and quiet. Would recommend coming during daylight hours for arrival to get a lay of the land but after that it's easy

A spacious, well-outfitted lodge in a beautiful setting! Our big family group had most of our meals on the deck, with a gas grill and wood-fire pit at one end, but we also enjoyed the large living/dining room , as well as boating and swimming and hiking the road in the forest.
