Ana's cottage was a perfect place to get away for a weekend. I had a destination wedding and when I told people the price and the fact they provided a canoe and kayaks because it was located on the water there were in shock because their hotel room was double the price. Definitely would stay there again if I ever travel that way.

This is a gem of a place to stay as a couple. The location is very near (walkable) to Sutton and it’s so beautiful to look off the back deck. We appreciated the quaint town of Sutton (and great dining recommendations) and skiing through the woods. We had a free tour of the ski hill by one of the Sutton volunteers! Just a few tips to those booking the accommodations - stop at the grocery store in town to buy wood in your way, you’ll want to use that wood stove at every chance (it was a highlight to watch the falling snow and warm fire with morning coffee). And check the hot tub temp when you arrive so it’s ready when you are. Other than that, it was a lovely place to be! Super clean and comfortable. I’d bringing a blanket to cozy up with by the fire next time. Check out the L’ets Go pass and explore multiple slopes. We plan to come back! It’s a great spot to use to enjoy the area.

What a lucky find on ABnB! We loved the location. It couldn’t have been better- just a walk across the street to the public beach. We learned the history of the home and Claudia’s library filled us in on Lake Willoughby’s rich history . Little pricey but this home has been lovingly cared for. Family oriented space -great for kids! Comfortable beds for 8 with two full baths! In a beautiful location. Well worth it We found Claudia more than generous in offering chairs for the beach and kayaks/life vests for use. She even gifted a lovely book to our bookclub. We hope to come again and stay longer next time. WiFi fine. Some had cell service some did not but not huge issue as Claudia provided landline for emergency use if needed. Great price and accommodations for the locations. We have stayed at Jay for multiple years and tried out multiple locations. This was by far our favorite space. Having the extra space for the kids was worth the walk to the trails.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

This was the perfect spot for our family trip. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The house is private and there’s lots to do close by. We swam, golfed, hiked, and made day trips to Burlington VT and Montréal. The sunsets by the dock were amazing. I loved this property and would visit again if available.

Beautiful house and property right on Champlain! Water (or should I say, ice) access was great and the fenced yard is a huge benefit with the dogs. The hot tub was amazing during a frigid February week!

6 ladies stayed here. Age range 25-62. We all loved the quaint and rustic cabin , just as described with all its charming qualities. We loved the lake and having the cows and horses in view from the front of the house. Sean and Maria were very responsive to us when we asked a question. St. Albans town/city is cute and we enjoyed Stowe and Burlington! Would definitely recommend!
