This was a lovely house, perfect for our family weekend away! It was really equipped and the beds were very comfy. The communication made it feel really personal and thoughtful. We will be back for sure!

The cottage was superb: in very good order and well equipped. The location is superb in a quiet and characterful corner within a 3 minute walk of cathedral, shops and restaurants. Communication, including the online guide, was excellent.

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

We loved staying at the Turkey House this autumn. Straight out of the house you can walk through the beautiful woods up the Ashford Hangers and to the Poet’s stone. It is cosy with the Aga - never used one before but so easy and efficient to use. There is an electric stove but that wasn’t needed. The house has a ‘lived in’ feel. The well-stocked spice cupboard was very useful.

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly want. On top of that amazing artwork, that I really appreciated. The best Indian restaurant I’ve been to close to it as well as all the fabulous shops etc I honestly can’t recommend enough. Hopefully I’ll be back.

We enjoyed a gorgeous three days in Bosham, staying in Mandy's beautiful house. We love Bosham, and particularly appreciated the location and layout of Mandy's creatively converted Chapel. It's right in the heart of the village, in sight of the sea front, with a peaceful patio out back that overlooks the stream. Mandy's home is a lovely mixture of pleasing to the eye, and comfortable, and we enjoyed curling up on the big, comfy sofa after walking in the Sussex countryside, and playing cards at the large family table. We ate very nice pub meals out out at the Anchor Bleu (a five minute walk away) and the Crown & Anchor in Dell Quay (ten minutes by car). Mandy's instructions were clear and helpful, and her very generous welcome hamper was particularly appreciated. Thank you Mandy for a very enjoyable three nights.

We spent a fabulous two nights at Marley’s house. The accommodation is connected to the main house, but has a separate entrance and is very private. Everything was clean and well resourced for self catering and entertainment including games for the children. The highlights were the daily kite feeding, watching the birds on the numerous bird feeders, the ability to hike up the well-kept woodland trails from your front door, the surprise cubby house with toys and the warmth and friendliness of Marley and his family. They even dropped us to the local pub for dinner on the Saturday night and picked us up afterwards. We felt welcomed at all times and extremely relaxed leaving. I highly recommend Marley and his accommodation.

Had a great stay at the Lavender barn. Hot tub was great and kitchen utensils too. Heated floor was a huge bonus too. Would definitely stay again.

The pool house is a great location, as described and shown in the photos. It is in the heart of the beautiful South Downs and a good location to explore from. The house is well equipped and Anna is so thoughtful in leaving supplies like coffee, tea, milk, oats, cereal, pasta, and the fresh bread, butter and jam. The outside is a fantastic space with both a jacuzzi and pool, both of which we enjoyed. There is also a large garden with an outdoor covered space with a BBQ, fire pit, table tennis and Badminton. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights there - Anna is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, lovely to speak to and overall really welcoming and friendly. Our daughter loved the hot tub and playing with gentle Max and Luke. Thanks for a great airbnb experience.

Brilliant staycation! Couldn't ask for anything more (aside from reliable british weather:p ) Cant wait to visit again!

Brilliant place to stay. we booked for a work trip so unfortunately wasnt about to make full use of all that was to offer. which looked fantastic. parking was fantastic for us, ample room to keep vehicles and tools sucure. host was lovely and very much look forward to returning

Both Deborah and Pete are the ultimate hosts. They helped us settle in immediately, both friendly and very approachable. The attention to detail in this accommodation is excellent, from welcome gifts on arrival (including fresh eggs laid daily) and treats and extra blankets etc for our dog. There are lovely gardens and a beautiful pond area in this small holding, stunning for walks any season! It was a peaceful haven for us during a house renovation period where it was wonderful to return to each day. The wonderful sound of owls at nighttime and the magical woodland walks make this a beautiful and serene place to both relax and have as a base for exploring the Surrey hills and surrounds.

Great host, great location good restaurants

What a lovely place and Tori was great host! Such a spacious little cabin/caravan that was exactly as described and just like the pictures. Nicely decorated with birthday balloons as I requested plus clean, tidy and toasty warm when we arrived. Fab little extras like a welcome basket of goodies and some bubbles/beer in the fridge were much appreciated. The beds were nice and comfy, shower was powerful and all we needed was provided from kitchen essentials, towels extra blankets etc. Tori was super friendly and responsive, not that we really needed her as everything went smoothly with no issues. The location’s beautiful, nice, peaceful lovely views with lots of outside space. My kids loved playing on the decking and grass areas outside and they were so happy to have some daily visits from the friendly cats and dogs. The location was close to nice shops pubs/ restaurants and we had some lovely walks nearby, including a huge lake. We would definitely come back and stay again 😊

Such a lovely stay at the Cabin - booked really last minute and it was a perfect stay. The cabin is very cosy and comfortable, loads of little extras that I really wasn’t expecting like eggs in the fridge, biscuits, chocolate! Frankie and Jonathan kindly lit the hot tub ready for my arrival and did this the next day too (great because I’m not great at getting a fire lit!). It was lovely relaxing with the fairy lights of an evening. Walks immediately from the cabin were really great too. Frankie and Jonathan were so kind, really responsive to messages and really friendly for a quick chat. I would really love to return to the cabin again some time!

Ik verbleef een week bij Elizabeth om de omgeving te bekijken en vrienden te bezoeken uit de tijd dat ik au pair was in de regio. Bij Elizabeth was alles netjes en alles was aanwezig om hier een week te kunnen wonen, een huis van thuis. Fijn waren de melk in de koelkast, een voorraadje chocola en ontbijtgranen, koffie etc. en lekkers bij aankomst, heel attent. Wifi en Neflix waren uitstekend. Het enige nadeel was dat je 's avonds niet even een ommetje kon wandelen. Daar leent de omgeving zich niet echt voor, qua donkerte, en de wegen en straten in Lower Beeding.

Anna is an amazing, friendly and welcoming host. Her cabin is nice and private but she was also happy to chat to us in the garden as our toddler loved her dog Cooper so much so we crossed paths a few times. The private garden outside the cabin is perfect for stargazing. We look forward to going back, we had a great time - thank you!

Had a wonderful couple of days at Pony Cottage, very clean, well stocked for tea, coffee, milk and biscuits! Virginia I felt had covered every aspect to make sure it’s a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden, 5 mins into the village, which has lovely coffee shops and restaurants, everything you need. Bonus also of having beautiful walks on your door step. I look forward to returning!

Lou was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed . Perfect for short stays for one or two.
