Rundum zufrieden. Gute, grosse Wohnung mit Terrasse, schöner Aussicht und die Lage ist optimal. Strand, Promenade, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous house in a great location around 5 minutes walk from the beach. Remarkably peaceful & quiet location with private parking immediately adjacent the house & a sunny private south facing terrace/garden with a sea view. Good selection of restaurants & bars within walkable distance & only a few minutes drive to the centre of the city of Lagos. The house has everything you could possibly want for an extended stay & we can highly recommend. Thank you Ursula.

We cannot recommend highly enough! We are from the US and this is the third time we have stayed at Francisca's, so we are fans. This place is absolutely lovely, with privacy and comfort, a great kitchen with everything you need for cooking, both patio and rooftop access to relax in the sun, and walking to the greatest beach and sunrise/sunset viewing spots. The Alvor boardwalk is a terrific daily walk and lively place to enjoy both exercise and cafes/restaurants. We have only been there off-season so cannot speak to the amenities and crowds during the season, but this is a perfect spot (both town of Alvor and the development itself) in the Algarve to access quiet, beauty and good restaurants. Alvor is a great home base from which to enjoy the whole Algarve. Francisca is a kind, warm host who communicates easily and quickly when we have needed anything. It's a lucky find!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit super Aussicht. Das Haus ist schön und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl fühlt.

Magnificent Manifesting! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Outside area was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely outside cooking and dining area which we used a lot and the sea is much closer than appears in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the local shops are an easy and beautiful walk to pick up any additional extras. Close to lovely restaurants and bars filled with friendly people and staff. Luz is a wonderful location to explore the Algarve however a week is not enough as there is much to see and do 😉. Just a note that the access to the pool area would not be conducive to someone with mobility issues but is beautiful. Something that everyone really appreciated was the very positive water pressure 😂 seems like a small thing however weirdly it matters. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this villa to friends and family. Ideally located, with charm and character in a beautiful location, sea breezes and with a fab host 🙏

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in Pedros Unterkunft verbracht – zusammen mit meiner Frau und unserer Tochter. Die Wohnung war einfach großartig: sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und mit allem versehen, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders die Betten waren äußerst bequem, sodass wir jede Nacht hervorragend geschlafen haben. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden, sodass wir jederzeit entspannt unseren Aktivitäten nachgehen konnten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Pedro als Gastgeber. Er war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und proaktiv mit hilfreichen Tipps und schnellen Lösungen, falls wir Fragen hatten. Diese Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Auch wenn das Wetter leider nicht immer mitgespielt hat, haben wir uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank, Pedro, für deine Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder! We have just returned after an amazing week. A family holiday with small kids and grandparents. The house is perfect, the location is 20 steps to the most perfect beach, the house is comfortable and we wanted for nothing. Pool was such a treat. Ice cream kiosk right outside back door !! (Kids loved) .. town is lovely for a relaxed family holiday.. memories made for life. Owners so helpful , communication perfect and so helpful highly recommend we will definitely be back . A hidden oasis with amazing views from every window .. only problem is we didn’t want to leave

Sonia kam mit uns an der Unterkunft an. Steile Treppe hoch und man war im WZ/Küche. Noch eine Treppe hoch ist das Schlafzimmer und der Zugang zur Terrasse, die leider Anfang November höchstens etwas Morgensonne abbekommt. Parken konnten wir vor der Unterkunft oder in der Nähe. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder dort wohnen wollen.

Helen's place in Lagos was beautiful, sparkling clean and exactly what our little group of friends were hoping for. Helen was an attentive and responsive host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Luis met us on arrival and showed us around and helped us get a lay of the land. We loved the location of the home. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get to the beach, shops and restaurants with a nice walk or a quick drive. Perfect set up for a couple of families but our group of 6 friends found the space to be a very comfortable respite after a day of exploring.

A beautiful and modern house. Very comfortable seating inside and outside. Lovely pool. Beds are very comfortable with huge bathrooms. Close to beaches and supermarkets nearby. Would love to come back

Beautiful home, perfect location for us as surfers. Alex was on hand if we needed him for anything, super helpful and friendly. Will be staying again and recommending to friends :)

A fabulous stay, Helena was so helpful, fast to respond & helped with our transfer. First visit to Portugal! Villa easy to access, we didn't have a car but short walk with cases. Super clean, great instructions. Every thing you need & very comfortable. Bonus aircon & lovely veranda. Staff at bar on resort super friendly & food drink tasty & welll priced. Lovely pool. Villa near pool/opposite mini park for small children if you have! Few minutes walk to some restuarants & easy to get to others by uber. This worked well, was cheap & cheaper than car rental. Raphael beach a walk of 15 minutes, lovely but a walk up hill on way back, if you have stuff to take or fitness/body issues uber/car advised! Also other beaches great! Boat trips a must & safari jeep into mountains to understand area better! Marina lovely & old town but more commercial, still nice but if you want quaint stay out of centre. Supermarkets fab, great choices & amazing quality. Would return in a heartbeat! ! Thx you!

Had a perfect stay for a full month in December - can only highly recommend it. Luz is a lovely little town, with beautiful weather, light and bars/cafes/restos even in winter. The apartment is a perfect base and beautifully equipped with everything one could need. Kate is a formidable host with great recommendations that go beyond the usual. WiFi is fast and steady, so it also works for remote working. Would love to come back.

Wir waren zu sechst und jeder einzelne von uns war von Beginn an sehr glücklich mit der Villa. Die Villa ist wesentlich größer als auf den Bildern und gibt jedem genug Platz, um seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Der Salzwasserpool sowie der Außenbereich sind das absolute Highlight. Bei zu windigen Tagen am Strand hat man immer einen Plan B um trotzdem in der Sonne zu liegen. Zudem ist die umfunktionierte Garage mit Tischtennisplatte etc. einfach toll und gibt einem fast schon das Gefühl nicht aus dem Haus zu wollen, da man einfach alles hat was man braucht.

War wie ein zweites Zuhause. Wären gerne geblieben.

We hebben een zalige week doorgebracht! De villa is zeer goed gelegen en ligt op een hoek van een rustige villawijk. Daardoor zit je nog net iets meer prive en heb je een zwembad in een toffe hoek-vorm. Je hebt een prachtig zicht op de oceaan en we genoten elke dag rond 7u van een mooie zonsopgang. Je kan buiten op het terras heerlijk ontbijten, maar ook binnen is het gezellig en huiselijk - we brachten enkele luie dagen binnen door, in de keuken is trouwens ook alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. We sliepen heerlijk en de badkamers zijn zeer ruim. De kust en stadje Luz zijn supermooi, ze liggen op wandelafstand. Een auto is wel fijn om de hele omgeving te kunnen verkennen, en het huis ligt op een heuvel. ;) Het zwembad is goed verwarmd, wat echt een must is voor iets koudere dagen. Beide hosts hebben meteen gereageerd en het probleem opgelost toen de pomp even haperde, waardoor we heerlijk hebben kunnen verder genieten van onze vakantie! Dankjewel aan de hosts, we hebben echt genoten!

We never met João, but the property manager Magdalena was so lovely and helpful. She was truly amazing and a huge part of our positive experience She also works at the restaurant inside the gated community. She is a very valuable contact. The location is as good as it gets. The house is very updated and has a great layout. 2 rooms are in the front and 2 rooms are in the back. Perfect for 2 families with kids. Awesome upstairs deck, plus a patio/side yard. The only thing we were not impressed with were the mattresses. They seemed stiff and bouncy. But that’s a personal opinion, and does not mean every guest will feel the same way. We went on a guided tour to the famous Benagil cave, and I must say, the beach in front of this property is almost the same experience, but without the inevitable crowds and regulations that are now imposed at Benagil. Just get a kayak and you will be amazed without having to drive anywhere. Awesome place. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful house in an idyllic location. The views of the beach and dunes are stunning. Felipe, the host, went above and beyond to help us. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this house for a peaceful holiday.

It was nice house with pool whis is good for children and adult. The beach is close to this house. Everything was good. Only one thing: There could be some basic spice in the kitchen (salt, pepper...), but in isnt problem to buy own in near shop.

The property is amazing, the pictures and description doesn't do the place justice. It was better to what we were expecting. The place was fully equipped with everything you needed. There was a balcony at the bedrooms the kicthen and the living room which was such an amazing feature. The shared pool was clean and deep was so good and quiet such a relaxing area to be in. There was a smart t.v where you can cast your phone apps too and there was netflix already on the t.v felt right at home and the place was so cosy and spacious 10/10 would 100% recommend !

Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Viel Privatsphäre, gute Zufahrt und sehr schöne Terrasse. Die Unterkunft ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht, einzig die leeren Koffer können nirgens sinnvoll verstaut werden, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell auf der Schnellstrasse in beide Richtungen und man ist aber auch schnell am Meer. An der Promenade hat es zahlreiche Restaurants für alle Geschmäcker etwas. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Had a truly wonderful few nights at Tania's beautiful place. It was so beautiful enjoying the kitchen or relaxing in bed and being able to take in the view. Located at the end of a pedestrian path, it offers surprising privacy. Only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Ti Raul is a great place to rent surfboards and enjoy a sundowner. A one of a kind experience.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus direkt auf die Bucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Marcs Familie empfangen. Im Haus war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)
